I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Tbilisi during a short business trip and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long workdays. The location is convenient, especially for getting around the city, and it’s close to key areas while still being quiet enough for a good night’s rest. My room was comfortable, spotless, and well equipped. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I needed assistance, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was fresh and well organized, with enough variety to start the day properly before meetings. Overall, this hotel met all my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to travelers visiting Tbilisi.

This was a perfect hotel for my 2 day visit to Tbilisi and I wish I stayed longer. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and beautiful (my bathroom had a weird smell but it’s totally ok) and the hotel staff is very good. The compliments for the front office team are well deserved because they are super friendly and extreme helpful. The breakfast had EVERYTHING you needed. Every item was delicious and I really enjoyed. Absolutely would love to come back! Thank you for a great stay! ❤️

A very descent hotel, very very close to Avlabari metro station, with a 24/7 service, a good breakfast (eggs, 🥓 bacon,3 kind of croissant and some cheese and cold cuts choices). Some rooms have a very nice view towards Holy Trinity cathedral. Overall it's a good recommendation for Tbilisi. After midnight price for a taxi from the airport is around 24 GEL - 8 Euro, via Yandex app.

I had a really pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Avlabari. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I had an amazing and memorable stay at this hotel, and the atmosphere truly gave me a home away from home experience. I would like to thank Luka and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional service, as well as the housekeeping team for maintaining the high cleanliness standards of IHG. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of food, and the F&B team were incredibly accommodating. Hotel location is accessible for everything. Best pool I found in town. Quite expensive if you go just once (100 GEL) but more reasonable if you go often - I think it's 300 GEL for a month. It is kept clean, with a nice sauna, steam room and cold dipping pool. A 50m pool (I assume), which is rare to find. It is kept cleaner than other pools I've seen. The locker rooms are nice and comfortable. No need to bring your own towel - they give you two per person. Safe storage of your things in nice lockers. Very nice experience.

I have been going to this pool since 2009 and it is the cleanest in Georgia. Last time water is warm for good training, it would be better to decrease pool water temperature at least 1-2 Degrees. Some of the gym machines are old and it would be nice if they were updated. The biggest disadvantage is that parking is getting harder and harder every year and it is always busy. Although to the fact that there are many parking spaces around, you have to be very lucky to park your car. The price is not cheap and has gone up many times, but it is what it is.

Horrible service. There are no doors on the showers, and the cleaning staff in the pool washing area clean while you are showering and visibly examine your body, which is extremely intimidating. The pool itself is great, with good water temperature, but the service and lack of privacy seriously undermine the experience.

Dissappointing experience: I purchased a full-month aquaaerobics package. One instructor was absent for almost three weeks due to flu, even though classes are scheduled three times per week. I showed understanding and did not complain or request compensation for the disrupted service instead just went swimming as offered at reception during purchased aqua hours. After a recent fall, my doctor advised me not to exercise for about 10 days. I contacted the pool to ask if my remaining visits could be temporarily put on hold. Instead of a supportive response, I was told to submit a formal written request and a specific medical form, after which they would “review” whether any reimbursement or adjustment is possible. This is not about demanding a refund, but about reasonable flexibility and basic customer care. Unfortunately, the approach felt rigid and one-sided, especially given the circumstances. I expected more understanding from a wellness facility.

Gym in perfect condition with all necessary equipment and 50 m pool.

I had a disappointing experience at this gym. The cleanliness is lacking machines and equipment are often not clean, and many machines break down and take a long time to get fixed. There are also a lot of missing workout tools. During the summer, the gym gets extremely crowded, the air quality isn’t great, and the smell can be unpleasant. A lot of the cardio machines don’t work as well. You also have to buy a key for the locker, and the lockers are very small and not well-organized; they barely fit a gym bag. I trained here for a year only because I purchased an annual membership, and I honestly regret it. This was the most disappointing gym I tried in Tbilisi it affected my motivation and my overall gym experience, especially after being used to better facilities elsewhere.

I would give 5 stars, cause I love Tonus Gym, but that damn music they play there HAS TO GO! Today it was far too loud! I could barely hear the music in my earbuds, I had to keep turning up my music just to drown out there's... and that's definitely not good for my eardrums. Just keep the (so called) music LOWER!! Thank You!

I’ve been going to this gym for almost one and a half year and I’ve been really satisfied and they are one of the best not only in terms of equipment but also by the hygiene and behavior of staff in comparison to the money you pay. Highly recommend especially if you’re a student like me looking for offers with really good prices🫶🏻

The gym is good with all required equipments and there's an extraspace for cardio, zumba activities and other activities The cable machine is not adjustable plus the cable is not as smooth as it used to be The treadmill is also glitching sometimes where it does not go above a certain speed sometimes Rest everything, cleanliness, safety, staff behavior,etc is good

I and my friends subscribed to Sakemata while ago. Gym looked good and everything was fine until some trainers start acting weird. I was doing foot workout and trainer name Ilia came and told me he is busy doing that equipment. I did not pay attention on that time which was not big deal but he keeps being rude with me again. Saturday I was about to exit the gym in locker room he is keep yelling something in Georgian. One guy translated that he is saying you are smelling sweat you have to use deodorant. And I complained about this to the manager. And today she told me that I still have smell mixed smell) . This is unprofessional and extremely rude to tell to your customer. And they do it not because they are honest in their accusations.they do it because trainers are in personal conflict with our group. I and my friends will not gonna come to this again.

Disgusting, unhygienic nightmare—avoid at all costs!!! This place is a health hazard. Lockers are a trash heap of sweaty clothes and towels. Toilets are covered in piss, both on the floor and seats. Machines and bars are coated in sweat and dead skin. The smell of unwashed patrons hits you the second you walk in. I’ve never seen a gym this filthy, and the staff doesn’t care who trains—hygiene clearly isn’t a priority. Women especially are not safe or comfortable here. If you value your health, dignity, or safety, stay far away.

Decent enough city gym. 85 gel for 2 weeks. Some machines needs repairing overall pretty good.

I am extremely disappointed with Aspria Fitness. I recently came across a racist video recorded inside the gym, targeting foreigners in general. Despite reporting it to the management, no clear action has been taken, and the situation was completely ignored. A gym should provide a safe and respectful environment for all members, regardless of their nationality. Sadly, my experience shows that this standard is not being met here. I hope the management takes this seriously and makes real changes.

A lot Equipment is broken, haven’t had a stairmaster in months and missed many other machines. The employee was rude and had me blacklisted me for not returning the weights even though I tried explaining that I was doing a superset. Unprofessional way of treating your client imo.

My rating of the gym is 3.5, price is 240 lari for two months This gym certanly has potential to be high quality place but right now it needs a lot of improvements. Advantages: 1. A lot of machines and you dont have to wait! 2. It isnt too busy, I go there aroung 12-1 PM and there is usually aroung 10 people overall 3. You can find there: boxing equipment; stuff for crossfit; room for group lessons (yoga mats, steppers, resistance bents, rollers) good set ups for deadlifts (4 different very convenient places for your taste) 4. There are a lot of types of barbells of different weight, no need to put plates just use what you want 5. Cardio zone is huge! Steppers, stairs, bikes, elliptical etc. Problems: 1. Card system doesn work! They put a card near the entrance so you can enter. If workers cant remember you they ask your phone number to check ( just order a new set of cards for new members!) 2. I need more light weights! There is only 2.5, 5 and 7.5 kg weights, and they are not comfortable to hold! Storage for those weights is so inconvenient, just sticks between which you stack the dumbells. Usually I have to pull some weights out before I find my number 3. Distorted mirrors! I dont know why but I noticed at different points mirrors show me thinner of fatter or Just weirder. A bit annoying cuz I like to track the progress on photos from the gym. At least there could be full height mirror in the locker room 4. Broken lockers in the bathroom, towel keeper, some machines also need repair.

Really great gym! Nice equipment and there isn’t usually a wait to use something midday. Cold, eucalyptus scented towels are included which is a lovely touch. The music isn’t too loud to comfortably listen to your own and the temperature is always just right.

This gym has almost all the equipment you could need, and the locker and shower rooms are always clean. I really love the subtle phytoncide scent on the towels. The variety of classes throughout the week helps me stay consistent with my workouts. Also, the two female staff at the front desk are very kind, speak English well, and always make guest feel pleasant. Love it !

The club's policy for new guests, guests with a guest pass, and guests with day access is extremely poor. Why don't you allow these guests to participate in group classes? My name is Andrey Pink. I'm a client of the club in Vake. On February 14th, I came to the club with my wife (I invited her through guest access). She wanted to try a group class before deciding whether to purchase a membership. Reception denied her access to the group class. I offered to pay for day access so she could try it, but reception also refused, saying that a day pass also doesn't allow access to the group class. This was very unpleasant. How are clients supposed to know whether they'll like it or not and decide whether to purchase a long-term membership if you don't allow them to try it, even for a fee? The club's loyalty to its members is extremely poor.

was for the first time today at this location and it was a terrible experience - no hello or goodbye at a reception as an answer to my hello and goodbye, simply the girl there ignored, looked with a gloomy face - yoga class had a loud music and girl was talking while doing poses super quietly, i asked to speak up, no reaction, just paused for a second and continued the same way - then some guys came in and started fixing electricity and changing bulbs, switching the lights on and off, one guy getting calls all the time - then the teacher assured there was no way sadhu board would pierce my feet if i tried standing on one leg, as you can see it did - this location doesnt have a sauna on the other side parking is free, at least something

The ice is bad. No one resurfaces, resurfaces, or cleans the ice. There are a lot of holes and ruts in the ice—it's very dangerous! The rental skates are dull, no one has sharpened them—it's impossible to skate on this ice!!! ((( The skate boots are wet inside from the sweat of the previous user🤢 (((

Great affordable place to shoot air weapons! Head to the reception desk on the first floor and pay 10 GEL for 20 general pellets. If it’s your first time, someone will likely guide you on where to go next. If you're facing the reception desk, go to your left until you see stairs on your right and go down one floor. You’ll see a yellow sign for the rifle shooting range next to the door. You can choose between an air rifle or an air gun. If you're a beginner, don’t hesitate to ask for a quick tutorial on how to stand, aim, and reload. Most of the staff only speak Georgian, especially the older men, so I recommend asking a woman who works there (there’s usually one on duty). In my experience, women workers are much more beginner-friendly.

It is a great and a huge arena for ice skating lovers. There is 20 lari fee for 2 hours and i would say it is worth the try. The ring is very good and staff is also helpful. There are a lot of assistance as well provided and guidance for beginners. I would say time would just fly and 2 hours would be too less. I would definitely recommend people to go and check this place out and give ice skating a try.

As foreigners, we have heavily overpaid in the shooting range. 1 bullet = 4 gel. Not nice. Scamming with a nice smile.

Arena Tbilisi is a great place to go ice skating with friends. The ice rink is large and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived at Arena Tbilisi around 8pm on a Thursday, and the ice rink was not crowded, so we were able to find a spot to skate right away. The ice was smooth and slippery, and we all had a lot of fun skating around and playing hockey. We also enjoyed the music that was playing over the loudspeakers. After skating for an hour, we decided to head to a different place. Overall, we had a great experience at Arena Tbilisi and would definitely recommend it to others.
