The only restaurant we could find open in the town on a Monday evening and what a gem of a place! Excellent service, good value for money and food was faultless. It was busy but the staff managed tremendously well and we would certainly highly recommend it

Nice young people and authentic atmosphere. Delicious food. I liked the chicken tenders and the tasty dip. Fully recommend it, e.g. after a road trip to the Barranco.

One of the best restaurants on the island! The fresh fish with grilled vegetables was delicious, plus the prickly pear cold soup starter was unique and tasty. The restaurant is clean and decorated in a traditional Spanish style. Service was top-notch. ¡Gracias!

This rather unassuming restaurant is amazing. The food was delicious, staff were super friendly and the prices are very competitive. I would strongly recommend.

A place packed with local people that does not lack charm. However this was probably the most disastrous experience I have ever had when it comes to having a family meal: * Orders were mistakenly taken (I asked tenders which sit in the the menu as is I got kids menu chicken!!!!). Did not dare to even say word about it. * I was told 30 mns after I ordered snails there weren’t any more. * 2 consecutive errors were made, taking my dessert order ( the waitress came back 5 mn after my first order saying btw what did you order). Then she forgot one dessert. And no sorry at all, like yes when we did not have snails that’s a fact, me: but you could not tell me before? . Her: We did not know me: Mehh. Just start taking notes for orders, that will be a good start. Worse 85 euros and 2 hours(!!!!), I have ever spent. Never again!

Right next to a huge supermarket, this gas station is easy to visit and usually not crowded. forming part of a well known gasoline chain, the service and quality are naturally one of the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. Of course, there is the well stocked mini supermarket with products from local supermarket leader Hiperdino.

Very happy with the attention always received from the staff, both at the track and at the checkout with the card information, discounts, etc. What's more, I have more discount at another gas station but I prefer to refuel at BP Cruz de Arinaga.

Manual washing machine did not work. Autolavado stopped at the beginning and when the wash was finished the car was still dirty on one side.... I think the service in that aspect should improve a lot.

My self and wife stopped here on the way to the Barronco valley, let me start with the service that was polite and friendly, then the food was amazing, fresh & tasty we had the Canary cheese starter then shark main and a chicken main ( sorry I don't rmever the full names of the dishes) but all three was fantastic then we had the house wine which was sweet and fruity. When asked for the name of the wine, I was told it was blanco arico, which is made in Tenerife, a new favourite of mine! Highly recommended eating here! And the price was great value as well 2 mains, 1 starter and a bottle house wine 32 euro 😊

We loved it. They only have local authentic cuisine, very tasty. Great to discover what culinary wise the island can offer. It is a no-frills restaurant, which they feel very proud of as the huge statement on the front door reminds us. Customer service may not be great but the food is.

We went to this place with one goal in mind, to taste their "Bichillo Canario". We drove 40min to do so and it was a good decision. Great food for a great value.

We were searching for the place to watch football and end up here without any expectations. It does not offer gastronomic cuisin, however, the traditional food was very fresh an tasty and personal was friendly. Recommended.

Very nice location and authentic local food. However, the lunch menu somewhat over priced. Besides a good bowl of hearty soup, the mains was more like a tapas. The staff is friendly and the vibe of the place is nice. We sure did enjoy our meal.

LOVE this place! Food is absolutely delicious! Service is super lovely. Firday evenings from 21 is live band playing. You have to book a table on the weekends tho, otherwise at 21 there is a full house and no table unless you are willing to wait.

2 wheeled car whit balans system

The campsite was good and had all the services required. Their were plenty of bbq areas, laundry with washer and tumbler and sports areas and childrens play area. The toilets and showers were quite a walk at the reception area. The facilities were clean but twice I went and the showers were cold even at allocated times for hot water. The office had a few grocery basics too. Their was a book swap and an area to use your laptop with wi fi. Security was good and appeared very safe when we were out for the day. The surfing and swimming beaches were very close with lots of walking paths around the nature reserve area on the coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their was restaurant and bar on site. The reason i never gave good rating was the campsite is under the flight path and we had disturbed nights every night . The passenger flights may have stopped but the military were flying very low and fast overnight and we did not like it because of that. Also you had to pay for any water you required and many parts of the campsite were in need of a bit of tlc and the pitches were quite weedy.

Beautiful place to visit, food absolutely delicious and the waiter Victor super friendly, we will be back. We felt like we were at home and really enjoyed it here.

Lovely people, lovely restaurant and Lovely views. Can’t really give it 5 stars as some things on the site are a little dated but we camped in our tent and had a great night. Will definitely return and will also think about camping and booking a bbq at the same time for birthdays.

Very friendly staff, saved us at 2 am :) The camping itself is nothing special, but there are many showers, a nice restaurant and the place is generally well kept. It's in the middle of nowhere.. But only a short drive from the airport. The location offers a small stone beach.. Not very good for swimming. The nearest city is a 5 min drive. There are also bus stops nearby, so you can get to any place around the island. Well, it's cheap :)

Very tasty food, especially shrimp with vegetables. Also Baraquita coffee and Sangria. Nice waiter, if it was closer to the ocean it would be perfect. But the food is really great. The olives are delicious, although they warned that our taste is different than in mainland Spain, but we liked it

We ordered daily menu (local fish and a salad) and a grilled black pork. The black pork was good, but the daily menu was so so, the fish was very salty, and salad had raw mushroom on top. We couldn’t really enjoy them. Though waiters are very helpful and patient.

We had one of the best meals of our trip to the Canary Islands here. Nice fresh simple salad, I had the grilled black pork and my partner had the ropa vieja, both delicious! Good sides portions and fresh ingredients. A coffee to end the meal, a perfect lunch sitting outside in the lovely little town of Aguimes on a beautiful day!

The secreto iberico with carrots, pies & honey was one of the best dishes I ever tasted. Highly recommended! Great, quick service. Lovely setting.

The best Baraquito I've had in the Canary Islands! The bar is located in the center of Aguimes, right next to the San Sebastián church. I came here completely by accident and was very surprised because I got to taste the best Baraquito!

Came here as part of the TUI aquarium excursion. A lovely surprise tapas lunch in a communal setting within a mountain.

Such a nice local bar in Guayadeque. We ordered some tapas which was good. Staff was friendly and there is enough parking space in front of the bar. There is not much decoration, but the place itself has its charms.

Not been here since pre covid but as usual, excellent food, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Definitely a must place to visit.

Exceptional views in spectacular surroundings! The valley itself is really worth a visit, but take a brake and grab a bite here!

Tapas were really tasty and made you full quite quickly. The local wine is worth trying. It was an unusual experience to have lunch in a cave restaurant.

EAT THE DESSERTS! The restaurant is really good, and the prices are super cheap compared to the times we are living! I recommend the “parrilada de carne” that you can see in the picture and please eat the Nutella/white chocolate/jungly chocolat tarts, they are truly amazing and BIG

Amazing restaurant in the center of Gran Canaria island. You can reach it by car, 30 min from Las Palmas. The restaurant and some other places in this area were carved into the mountain. Amazing and authentic place, you should go! Here you can find traditional dishes like papa arrugada, fried vegetables with local honey and different types of pichos, kind of barbecue. A lot of them were cooked in a wood oven, it gives them a really good taste!

We had a reservation and ended up showing up half an hour early. When asked if we can get some drinks on the terrace, the waiters replied almost shocked by my simple question with "It is closed" even though all the tables and chairs were there prepared. So we decided to sit inside and we were interested in an area which was more "animated" or with at least some people around so we told the waiter if it would be possible to have a table that type of room (which we were standing at the entrance) which he replied really fast that the room is only for multiple guests (we were only 2 people) and he ended up placing us in an empty room, full of flies due to the plates that were still standing on the tables as it can be seen in the photo. On top of that, after we were seated, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to bring us a menu and then, when one of the waiters finally came, we asked for an English menu as well for my friend and the waiter disappeared again for another 10 minutes. It is still unknown till today if the waiter came back with the English menu or if he is still searching for it as we left after a total of 20 minutes of waiting. The moral of the story is that it seems that they pay more attention to big groups of people and don't care if they two people looking for a fine dining experience in their "cave". If you have reached this far reading my rant, I recommend driving 3 more minutes up, past this place, as there is a better restaurant, both service, food, location and most of all, vibe.

Amazing food! The goat meat is the one to try! Everything was so good, and the place is really nice. We were lucky to get a table the moment we arrived.

Really nice plays.. in a cave...the starter bread with dip from the house is amazing. Food also really good. Not huge portion..the chips were home made but cold and soft. Make reservation!
