Extremely good food; I had fish but any other meat dish I’ve seen was looking and smelling delicious. Location is interesting, the owner is taking care of any detail. Price is fair for the quality. Only suggestion: to book before as it is always full

Fantastic. Make sure you make a reservation several days ahead. If not maybe you are lucky and the have a no-show and you can get a table. On my top 10 restaurants after visiting a lot of places around the world. We had the ravioli with shrip and borgatta for start (very good). The pig for main corse and it was perfect if you add some extra salt and with extra potatoes. Great white wine of the house. Excellent staff that know their job plus the owner and his wife mixing with guest making jokes and making sure you have a great evening. Improvements? Its warm inside :)

the perfect sardinian experience... the food was amazing, so was the service and the atmosphere of the trattoria was intimate yet lively. would definitely return! romani's seadas were the only ones that i really enjoyed in alghero. i also recommend the fritto. grazie!

Lo Romanì is definitely my favorite restaurant in Alghero. A must go when I am here! I'm in love both with their pasta "macarons de busa" both seafood and meat version. Wine list is extensive enough and desserts are unbelievable!

The food was ok, but nothing extraordinary. We liked Frito misto but tagliata di manzo was so so. Up until that moment we thought that is not possible to eat average veal meat in Italy. It was our mistake, this is definitely pizza place, more of the customers ordered pizza which looks delicious. House wine (the red one) was very good but they served it with glasses for white wine. The main disappointment was we had a reservation for outside, because the atmosphere there was really pleasant, but they gave us a table inside because they told us that they don’t serve the tables outside because it is possible to rain. The rain had definitely stopped and there were two outside tables with clients, the rest were free. But after our dinner when we left the salon inside we saw that outside there are other customers just on the table we asked for - obviously the staff had served them. And apparently it wasn’t raining. That was really disappointing experience. I don’t recommend the place if it is your last evening in Alghero. Otherwise, except for this misunderstanding it looks like a good option for pizza. Update after owner’s response: I just want to stress out that we are not a couple of weirdo fans of dining in the rain. Before going to the place we’ve been outside and it had been neither rainy nor windy. But I understand why for the restaurant it always makes sense to fill the less popular inside tables first.

A nice restaurant to try in Alghero. We had pizza quattro formaggi, ravioli with spinach, mixed salad and desert of the day (cheesecake with lemon). We were very happy with our choices and we'll definitely come back again. Don't miss Lu Furat if you are in Alghero :).

Perfect neapolitan pizza - diavola, very good caprese however with no seasoning on top (olive oil, balsamico and salt have been put on the table for selfservice)

I ate the most amazing pasta here, pasta La Furat (same name as the restaurant). We ended up here randomly and were very pleased. Would recommend getting a table outside in the evening. But there are many guests so be prepared to wait patiently for the servers. Also good prize! Would definitely come back.

Very nice place for Italian food. We had pizza and the selection was great. Best thing is you can order as whole grain. The waiters were attentive and service minded. The food came fast and at the same time. Price is reasonable and they open “early” at 1830 compared to many others places.

We had lunch here 5 times during our stay in Alghero. Food and service were amazing.

We were lucky to get a table as this place was fully booked. I had the Fregola with seafood which was amazing! Also a big thank you to the staff. You made us feel very welcome ❤️. They did their utmost best to serve quick ánd friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We had an amazing experience. We came as group of 18 people without reservation. They didn't have a problem giving us a seat. We ordered food and the service was very fast. Staff was kind and caring. Overall experience 11/10

Delicious food , mixed grill meat plate (default cook is rare), swordfish and pizza (wholemeal flour option available) were all very tasty. Helpful and attentive staff. Excellent all round - highly recommended

Excellent restaurant. We ate here 3 nights out of a 7 night stay in Alghero, and it was by far the best restaurant we ate in. I would advise booking in advance as it gets very busy, we emailed to book a table and had a reply within the hour. Brilliant staff and an excellent menu we will definitely eat here again when we return to Sardinia

Absolutely loved this restaurant! We ordered spaghetti with clams and linguinni with lobster and it was delicious, one of the best meals we had at Sardinia. The employees we’re the nicest, always super willing to help. We were delighted.

The most pleasant dining experience we had in Alghero. Staff was really kind and helpful. I loved energy coming from them. Food was fresh and really delicious. If you want to eat well and experience top service it's a definitely place to go. I am so glad we chose this restaurant for our last dinner in Sardinia. It was perfect closure for the trip. We'll definitely visit them again if we visit Sardinia.

I can highly recommend this place. The waitresses were friendly and helpful and overall atmosphere is really nice. I appreciate the focus on the detail in the interior and exterior design (it gives you the feeling of vacation by the sea and mediterranean style). The food was delicious - tasteful, fresh, light and local. The prices are adequate.

Great place for food. Wouldn’t order Spaghetti alle vongole again, but everything was amazing. The service was spectacular too.

The food was absolutely horrible. We were recommended this place by 2 people ?? Still can't understand. Nor can I understand the positive comments. It's quite simple or people done have any taste or they're just trying to be polite. Pretending to be a fish restaurant and serving this poor fish for 32e is an absolute scandal. Thank God the wine recommendation was decent so we could forget about the terrible experience and the owner gave a discount for the disappoinment ... nevertheless cannot and will not recommend this place to serve great or even decent food. All our dish were bad, one of the fish was overcooked, the other one soggy and tasteless and the simplest pasta so uninteresting and way too salty. Don't let me continue with the side dish ??? Blend and sad patatoes with even sadder tomatoes ??!!! Their bread is also a disaster, the olive oil at least was good. You can't have such a great location, good service and serve such badly prepared tasteless food. Oh and the heat. Just unbearable.

Italy, in general, has always stood proud in my book of incredible food and dining places and this is unfortunately, NOT one of those places. An over hyped tourist trap that rests heavily on the laurels of their fantastic location (which actually if you read the reviews, will see where the higher rating solely comes from) We paid 32 euros for each fish. One was heavily overcooked and the other was extremely soggy. The snooty, full of himself waiter who claimed he would filet the fish for us (with of course all the show and tell of a tourist trap) seems to have skipped most of his culinary classes and brought back a fish that seemed to be fileted with a LEGO knife. It had almost all the bones in there and seemed like he had sat on it to get the bones out. Everything we ate, except for the wine that didn't come from this kitchen, was absolutely terrible and not worth the money at all. Having eaten in 100s of Italian restaurants and having varied but relatively positive experiences, I give "Ristorante Nautilus" the top spot for worst restaurant for food/service and an average to good for the location and view, IF you get one of their 6 tables on the balcony. Otherwise you're stuck in the poorly acclimatized interior with the full of himself waiter and chef who either clearly needs to go back to cooking school or not depend so much on their reputation for a good location. NEVER going back here again and sadly, Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Fancy place and you can tell by the ppl eating in here. Maybe not my cup of tea but staff were so nice and attentive Had calamari and pasta as main dishes plus aubergine and we did not need anything else which was a good thing A bit overpriced but it's obvious you pay for its outstanding view over the harbour Recommended overall

We had dinner the first night we arrived, and it had very good reviews, so we were excited to get a table with no reservation. The food was good but not amazing for the price you are paying. And if you get the fresh fish, please don't ask them to take the bones out as they will serve you next to nothing. And they don't even do it in front of you. It was very disappointing as we had high hopes. You basically pay for the amazing view the restaurant has.

Superbe terrace with amazing view over the port and the city. Very poor quality food which was a huge disappointment. Not a good value for money. I will not visit again.

Got pizza out of this place 2 times to take away. Took 5 minutes each time, super quick and tasty. If you are taking it away make sure to ask so they can cut it into slices for you. We got the buffalo mozzarella pizza this time

First visited Aragon over 15 years ago, however it has been 10 years since we visited Alghero. With 3 kids in tow this time, we visited some of our favourite restaurants and bars. Aragon was as good as we remembered, both adults went for steak, perfectly cooked with a lovely bernaise. Two kids had pizza, both were excellent, the other had chips (staple diet). The bill was v reasonable. Excellent service in a lovely environment too. Recommended.

The best gluten free selection! With most dishes gluten free you can enjoy anything from steak or seafood to pizza. The pizza was out of this world. The staff were amazing and were very aware of dealing with a Coeliac. Highly recommend

We enjoyed the lunch set, and the price was decent! They could accommodate gluten-free option also in their lunch sets. Food was tasty, and the portion was really enough for a hungry guy 😃

food was perfect , service was good and fast. it was pitty it was not open outside and we got table in the second part of the restaurant where it was empty - we did not have choice to choose table ourselves. anyway thanks a lot!

The food was tasty, we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main courses. The appetizers were delicious as well as the pasta with clams. The grilled tuna was great. The expectations were higher at first. Overall an okay experience.

Shared a 3ft pizza. Very reasonable price. Large restaurant with plenty of tables. Beautiful views onto the beach. A lovely spot to watch the sunset

Starter was not great for €18 the steak was not cooked well and the seafood risotto was very very salty ! Service was a slight mess you never had one waiter. Even my kids prefer their pizza from the restaurant down the road. The view is lovely but the restaurant needs an over haul, it looks shabby from the outside and my partner couldn’t use the toilet as the latch was broken ! Even paying the owner didn’t seemed to care at all - no manners nothing Won’t return there again

You need to book a table in advance as it gets busy during dinner time. We ordered 2 different plates of fish (unfortunately, my orata was frozen and no one informed us about this fact when we made our order) and mussels in tomato sauce. They have roughly 35 tables (outdoor+indoor) so the service in peak hours isn't quick but the waiters are really nice and helpful. The overall price is a bit expensive for my taste (2,5€ coperto per pax was added to the bill).

Great local food (sea food, pasta and pizza). Starters are must try. I recommend to book dinner in advance. This was the main course (sea bass) for 4 adults and it was delicious!

This place is a gem of a seafood place - loved the whole cooked fresh fish with cherry tomatoes and potatoes, so fresh and succulent and the sauce was full of natural umami. The fregola seafood was cooked perfectly, al dente with each pasta soaked in seafood goodness. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Sardinia thus far. Came here a second night, soooo good

Best quality, taste and service in Sardinia! We ordered monk fist pasta, calamar and ceviche and were really satisfied with it. Make sure to reserve ahead of time though

Unforgettable sandwich! Fresh and flavourful. Was fun to watch how they put them together for the crowds.

Good service. We tasted better focaccia 's around, the crust was crunchy, more like a baguette, not a fluffy focaccia. The portions are okay and they serve everything cold and in a plastic tray. +30% for table service. The fragola con panna very tasty!

A bit of a disappointing experience. We had the Contadina focaccia, it wasn't very tasty, something was lacking, there were a lot of peppers which were very overpowering. The focaccia itself was disappointing too. The staff was very efficient and attentive though.

Focaccia was disappointing for me, the bread didn’t taste fresh but maybe I’m just not used to this focaccia style. Very good value though
