I’ regular but can see the quality has been going down. The taste is still good, food fresh (except when you get the bread in the afternoon). Appreciate the juice to go is served in closeable containers that is much easier to trensport. Why only 2 stars - The food served is nothing like in the pictures. Display: a big thick chunk of salmon with lots of pomegrante Reality: one thin slice, little pomegrante mixed with lentils.. for 159czk Hopefully the franchisee will read this, as this one be one of the reasons why the amount of clients is bigger at the other food counters and the opportunity is missed.

I am not sure how it is wiith others.from experience the quantity was very less.

Again, they forgot to give me soup I bought. This UGO fast food is bunch of unskilled workforce, that is trying to make some hipster style food. Food is 3/5, but you will wait too much. Don´t be stupid and make your own Farmers salad at home - it will take you the same time they are collecting all the ingrediends on your plate. If you are patient and tolerant and have some money (100-200 CZK) to spent, you can go to this ugo. I won´t do same mistake again.

If anyone wants the food done faster, I recommend to visit the fast food "restaurant". I would be scared if they have it ready within 30 seconds, few mins is ok for me. Prices are a bit high, just like in McD, Subway etc. Who wants to prepare for example my favorite Farmer salad (or potatoes soup-cream) at home, to save 30 czk of the total price, ok, but to be honest - I don´t care to sweat 2 hours in the kitchen, by preparing and cooking potatoes, meat, onion ... I just want to take it after mentioned few minutes and to go and that´s what I do, same with the coffee to go etc. :-D

I will never buy anything else except their wrap+soup menu... Terrible small portions of everything and badly cooked... I don't know who's making their recipes but they should definitely review them!

If you're visiting Brno and like the Indian food you have to stop by and try. Its absolutely delicious! And the prices are great too! Highly recommended

This is one of the best places at the food court where they’re located. Very friendly and helpful staff and the food itself is tasty and worth the price. Due to the many options available at the food court, it’s always a bit difficult to choose what to buy but I always end up at this place. I’d recommend it anytime!

For Czech people it's a new and wondrous experience. For internationals, the curry is quite mediocre and practically flavourless.

Good inexpensive place to have a taste of Indian food. It's not exactly authentic, but in a foreign country one can't expect that!

This particular branch must have a bad supplier. the meat has so much skin and hard to chew. The onions are usually burned BB in the city center tastes so different. The "juice" is nothing more than syrup with ice priced for 70kč for small size cup Super hard to drink using a straw

Poor quality service. I hope it will improve. So far I got: reheated potatoes, no napkins (ordered to go) and the girl preparing my tea was constantly wiping her running nose with her hands or scratching her skin underneath her trousers

I think it’s a great restaurant run by an owner that is happy to go many extra miles for his client. I had a really nice lunch in the restaurant today. And I rushed to a meeting leaving my jacket with my car keys inside. I realized after the bistro was closed. But the owner was kind enough to come and open the bistro for me so that I can drive back home to Warsaw. And he drove us to the hotel afterwards. I think it’s a fantastic customer service. Thank you Martin!!!

Good place to sit with your colleagues and enjoy mostly healthy meals. As bonus, they sell good desserts and excellent ice cream. You can stop by in the morning and buy some coffee to go (or the whole breakfast and eat it in). Nothing to complain.

We had just a breakfast here - an egg omelette with cheese and vegetable salad. And coffee ☕️ Aaand fruit salad 🍈🍉 Everything was good and tasty, overall the service is fine here.

Really good Dalešice beer on tap. Czech cuisine is served, I liked it. It's not easy to park your car nearby.

From time to time there is a czech-country style band rehearsing there. It pretty cool.

Delicious food and great beer in a relaxed atmosphere for good prices, very nice staff.

I think there is a scam going on here. it is either burger king is scamming or the employees are scamming off orders. most of the times I get something missing in the order, and It is hard to tell at the pick up when the order is multiple items. it ranged from missing drinks to missing actual food. last time the order total was 520 czk, and I discovered at home it was missing items of value 123 czk.

2 times in the row they have messed up the order (takeaway, so noticed at home). Both times really basic order (2 stock meals and some sauces). Also, what is this pocket? :D

It's fast, convenient and relatively cheap - as all fast foods in the world. I'd say all the burgers taste the same, but that's maybe only me, not tasting the small nuances.

Good place for dinner. very nice and competent service, and recently the possibility of ordering at the kiosk.

They messed up my takeout order for a second time. Previous time didn’t get sauces that I paid additionally for, but whatever, I thought, can happen to anyone. Now I got a meat instead of veggie burger. 🤬 Never again.

Really good place to clean your car by yourself in tunnel or order a personal cleaning from the staff.

Very good and modern car wash. People there are very nice and everything work there great. It is sometimes overcrowded and you have to wait a while to wash. Also location is on the edge of the city and sometimes is just far to come.

Good washing boxes with not damaged equipment. Possibility to take out money at the cashier, but the employees inside are not nice very often.

Good facility, offers a big variety of services. My favorite is self-service dog wash box. Accepts cards directly, without 3rd party apps - I consider it a big plus among self-service carwashes of Brno.

A good car wash, even though the time for the money is a bit shorter than standard, so you pay a bit more. However it offers a wide range of extra services.

I ordered weekly special, goose dishes. I really recommend to try their weekly or seasonal specials! The price generally is a bit higher but it definitely worth of the cost🙂 I especially love their gnocchi 😇

Small plates for high price. The waiter is completely starry-eyed. You order 4 portions of food and she come's with 3. The wine is ok. Nice design inside.You can pay by card.

I was in the restaurant with my 2 brothers and all of us were more than satisfied with our foods, plus the waitress was really nice to us all smiles and caring. The whole place was fancy and tidy. Definitely recommend ♥️

We visited it on Tuesday afternoon, so it was nearly empty and there was also place in parking lot. The waitress was very professional, food we ordered was good - especially beef concommé - highly recommended. Acceptance of cards is a matter of course.

Food looks good, but tasteless, lack of spices, no salt in meat. No lactose free or vegetarian milk for cappuccino.

I’ve been going to this place for years now and it’s one of the rare places in Brno where service is really nice. Food is really good most of the time however if you happen to be there when chef Zbyněk is working, your in for a treat! Very talented chef.

Ordered double zinger menu for which I had to wait quite long time around 15 min after ordering. I assume the problem was lack of zinger chicken patties as without warning or information my sandwich came with strips inside instead of mentioned patties. Worth mentioning that at the moment of my order, there were only 2 orders before me. Additionally their soda machine was either broken or badly maintained. No syrup for cola so it was dispensing spitting soda water, tried my luck with other drinks and result was not better, either only soda water or awful ratio with the syrup (you could actually see the syrup stream and tiny soda water one). Only positive thing in all of this would be fresh fries. I go there from time to time on my lunch break and usually it's okay, this time it was simply too much.

I didnt want to believe all the negative reviews but sadly they arent exaggerated at all. I had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes even though there were only four people in front of me. Every time someone ordered something, we had to wait for a manager to confirm a storno, fix the order, ask the customer who didnt speak Czech about their order, etc. Credit card terminal for one of customers didnt work so she had to pay in cash. While waiting after making my order, there was a complain about wrong food delivered. It was absolute chaos. I am giving 2 stars since food was edible, but it would be literally faster to take a car and buy the same bucket in any KFC around the city...
