First time eating Vietnamese food. It's great, the amount of food you get is great. Great taste, great service. And if you sit upside, there is a great view of the kitchen. Food is in general not very spicy and you can add some with the spices in each table. I really enjoyed my stay here and gladly would come again!

The smell inside is really difficult for me to handle. The food is interesting. I would say good quality but not for me. I have a friend who loves Vietnamese food and for him is the best one in Brno. The restaurant really need some fresh air because it smells a lot. The staff is kinda friendly.

Some of the absolute best Vietnamese food I've had. Great amount of choice for food and drinks. The service is fast and staff are friendly. Food tastes amazing, really good quality ingredients and great balance of flavours. Always look forward to visiting here when I'm in Brno.

if you want tasty Vietnam food then your there. Wonderful pho bo and vegetarian rolls. My recommendation take homemade lemonade with passion fruit. Big portions and cheap.

Ordered the Bun Bo Nam Bo, was delicious, great customer service, true Vietnamese food, one of the best Viet food spots I’ve been to. Prices are good and affordable, highly recommend to anyone craving some Bun Bo Nam Bo or in general Viet food. Interior design is also very nice

Very good vegan cafe. The food is prepared quickly. It is tasty (tried the bowls) and relatively cheap. Paid 400 CZK for two people. I loved the sushi bowl. Free refills for water, sparkling water, some sodas and orange juice.

Lovely place! Location in the city center with an Amazing and spacious interior. The menu offers variety of delicous vegan meals! It’s a pity you have to order food by the counter but still it is worth it. I highly recommend going to the Forky’s. :)

What a great concept - a large space with lots of seating and an excellent choice - not just burgers, also super bowls and street food options plus desserts - free refill of drinks. I had the balanced power plate which was delicious. Fair price for good quality. Recommend

A fine vegan restaurant located in the Brno city centre. The meals there are more "fast food-like" (burgers, fries, wraps, etc.). The food we had was really tasty, the staff caring and very friendly. Sitting outside was possible, while sitting inside can offer really good looking interior and atmosphere.

Super nice vegan 🌱 place, I tried the “traditional Czech” option, but they have a very extensive menu. Very reasonable prices and also on the higher end of quality when it comes to fast food. The location is also great, with lots of seating outdoors.

The space was very comfortable and cosy, with very very delicious food. I chose to try the mix because i wanted to try everything and couldn't choose, and wow, was i surprised by how good everything was. My number one choice was definitely the butter chicken. The veggie one was also very good. This was my first time trying the Tikka, and while it did seem a little scary at first, it was also very delicious. Definitely recommended 👍

The best Indian restaurant in Brno, I can't recommend it enough (every time I'm in Brno, I have to visit and get the Mango Chicken, it's amazing). The quality is great, lots of foods to choose from, and they have Kofola on pipe. It's all reasonably prices, and the service is always fast.

Unexpectedly delicious food. Probably the best ever Indian food in Czech Republic. My wife and I ordered Samosa, paneer pakora, aloo paratha, paneer butter masala, tandoori chapati, mango lassi and strawberry lassi. Personal recommendation - ask for dahi (curd) when you order aloo paratha. It is so yummy!!

Had the mix lunch menu at this place - 4 types of sauce in total, and the only one tasty was vindaloo, the 3 others were really bland. The naan was good. And I know, it's an Indian restaurant, but the place doesn't look clean at all, making it difficult to enjoy your meal.

Going there pretty often as they have very good food there. Cannot be compared with those fast foods in shopping malls. Silent music, enough space and smiling waiters there. Recommend to try

Ohhh... Definitely it's one of the best places which I've visited! The atmosphere is just perfect, there is a lot of space, also on the street. Funny illustrations on the walls. The food is delicious! Everything cooked extremely good, smoothly, delicious! Definitely it's one of the best places to try traditional food and beer! Personal is welcomed and smiles, good choice of food and beer:) 5 stars!

Prices acceptable for the centre of Brno. Discounts passed on to students after processing the customer card. Friendly service. Food also good. Mostly offer Czech specialties. Beer straight from the tank. The restaurant has a nice design. The pearl is the toilets. You won't go wrong if you stop here.

In this pub you get the best Tank beer ever. Always cold and fresh! We go there for many years and come back every time we visit Brno. The waiters know us and they are really friendly and helpful. The traditional food is tasty and the prices are reasonable. You notice that it is cooked freshly. We can really recommend this place. We hope that you can keep that high standard! Conclusion: Absolutely the best waiters, the best beer and the best food we know in town!

Best beer bar in town! They have Pilsener in large barrels and you can taste that their beer is better. The tap is almost continously pouring beer. Nice interior as well.

Great tasting beer and nice looking place. However when I order a fish fillet I should not be finding multiple bones in the dish. Its quite hazardous actually. Plus part of the fish was not cooked.

I wanted to try authentic Czech Food. Big mistake coming here! Avoid going there, for the following reasons. 1. The staff were miserable and rude. 2. My food had hair on in! 3. The duck had pork in the cabbage, this isn't mentioned on the menu 4. Was overcharged 5. Food was too salty, tasted really bad 6. The staff were ignoring other customers or arguing with them 7. I was charged in £ not CZK. I was not given a choice! The waitress just pressed GBP and then handed me the card payment machine to put my pin in. I only realised after I got my receipt. The difference was small (5%), the issue is the lack of ethics.

Absolutely great place in the old town of Brno. Great food and great beer. The beef sirloin steak was absolutely perfect (and much cheaper than in any Polish restaurant) and the home-made french fries were great as well. Kids were very happy with goulash with Knedliki. I fully recommend!

So far this has to be the best meal we’ve had on this trip, 5 beers and a sharing schnitzel platter value for money large portion . Only let down was the service, felt like the waitress was doing us a favour by taking our order!

Very nice Czech pub and restaurant with traditional interior and very tasty food.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the waiter who imposed a tip on us. Although we loved everything we werent in condition to pay more, yet we had to, because the employee would not leave us alone and was terribly rude, making us feel bad in front of the rest of the customers. Its a shame but this ruined the whole experience. If the tip is mandatory please include it in the bill.

Wow, this restaurant and the quality of their food was a real surprise for us - we lived in the neighbourhood for years and never tried it until recently (too bad for us). We tried various dishes from their different menus (Mexican, steak and lunch menus) and everything was delicious! They definitely know how to prepare meat here! The staff were great, helpful and we didn't wait long for our drinks and meals. One little con - maybe there are a bit too many items (across all of their menus) so it might be a bit difficult to go through them all and choose but otherwise a really good restaurant that I would recommend.

I like it here but was disappointed when they remove crispy skin salmon from the menu and also cheese sauce. They replaced it with rare Kingfish which was also delectable but when I tried order it again it was still in menu but it was not available. They announced they will change menu again next week - we will see. I removed one star because my soup was served cold yesterday, probably because I ate starter a bit long but that doesn't excuse them.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff. The portions are ok, nice wine list, a bit more expensive and also helpful the cocktail list. easy to understand. We ordered the kingfish, prawns and pork chops. The pork was good, nice taste, prawns tasty, the kingfish nothing much I would say. It was looking uncooked inside. I am not sure if I can recommended to someone else. The cocktail was good but a bit delayed 25mins. In total we paid for a main course + 1 drink around 700kc per person.

The meat was very tasty and well cooked but we waited for 1 hour to get two steaks one medium rare and one rare when the restaurant was empty, it's a bit too much! I'll give it a chance next time. Update: we went again and this time was all super! Giving five stars

Food was alright. But it took too long for the food to come out. Service was bad. The food did not come together for everyone. They forgot to order my food and there was no apology. The altitude toward customers was terrible! It was not acceptable and it felt almost racist. They should improve the quality of service or else don’t come here.

I remember quattro formaggi penne having more sauce in the past as when I had them now. The rest remains - the place is mostly Czech pub with beer lagers and meals that are suitable with beer.

Favorite place in the city for hanging out with friends, grabbing some drinks and also enjoying some good food. I recommend their burger, chicken steak and mango beer. The servers are nice and the food is always good. 10/10 from me. Best place for a nice evening.

Very good service and huge portions. I’ve had ribs and I was struggling to finish them. A decent place for a drink for sure.

A few of the waiters especially the older woman were so rude that we left the pub because of her. that's why travelers still avoid Brno. Classic Czech customer service. Otherwise the pub is nice, good beer and variety of food

The last time I was here I had an excellent steak. In terms of beer, you have some 8 steadily on tap. My beer today was Svijany 11. Not excellent but definitely good. I will be back for sure.

U Dřevěného vlka is a beer and steak bar in the center of Brno. The pub has ten taps of beer from local Czech breweries and a pretty good choose strong alcohol. Also, the pub has a lot of types of steaks and other meals. There're three big halls in the pub and a summer veranda. Separately, I would like to draw attention to the pub's interior. The walls in the pub are decorated pictures with wolfs, it looks very beautiful. This pub is a pretty place where you can have a rest after walking on Old Town Brno and have a bite of delicious steak with a cup of cold beer from local breweries

Great selection of beer and lemonades. Very large portions of appetizers, normal prices. However, the service is very slow.

I ordered cream pasta, with chicken, but it was really really bland. The sauce wasn't creamy, it was more like watery. The service was also very slow, and many times the waiter decided to ignore me after seeing that I was asking for service.

Nice steak restaurant a bit alternative style. Big menue with large choice of food and drinks. Close to market square. Quite popular with students. Very friendly staff. Walls full of nice paintings of wolfs. Open until 02:00 in the morning. Good variety of draft beer. You see two table at the entry but the there is a hugh cellar with large tables in the basement.

Very tasteful food and great beer with affordable prices. One bartender was really unpleasant and rude.

Just a typical McDonald's. Not a crazy waiting time, place is most of the times very busy. Food is okish, don't expect anything crazy good.

Regular mcdonalds, nothing speciall about it, if you need to do something in brno/meeting advocate and dont want to go far from the highway and loose time in the center this is a place where you can conclude your meeting if your counterpart doesnt want to come to okympia, he can come to m-palace and mcdonalds has its parking and a possibility to meet in mcdonalds if you like theyr food.

We were on a day trip so we just took the advice from a website and came here for traditional Czech food and we were not disappointed at all. The Moravian Sparrow is in fact a pork dish. The pork was so tender and the white-bread and bacon dumplings were so tasty. The white and red cabbage was heavenly. The Spanish bird is a beef roll stuffed with boiled eggs and smoked sausages, it’s tasty but the beef is a bit over cooked for my taste. We ordered the rice to go with it, I would say stick with the dumplings. The sausage though is the highlight of the meal. We had leftovers to pack away and we were super satisfied. I guess it depends on the time you came, we were here at around 2pm, the service was superb. Friendly and efficient and our waiter spoke perfect English. It’s a great meal!

We came here because of the reviews. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Food was delicious. But the service was really slow. We waited a really long time to place our orders and for our drinks also. Its a really touristic place and I think thats why they need more personal.. and also because you can see they are exhausted running to guest to another guest…

My friend and I ordered three dishes plus drinks and only spent 16euros, including tip! The portions were generous and the quality of food was excellent. My favorite -- which I will highly recommend -- was the smoked sausage. The service was excellent and the staff are friendly without being overly chatty.

Quick, nice service, very tasty and big meals. Beers are a must have. If you go on a weekend definitely reserve a table as it can be a bit crowded. We really enjoyed our evening here.
