Best quality for price in town. This place is genuine and food is delicious. It’s like traveling back in time to a dimension of authenticity, extremely fresh food and uncompromising hospitality. We had a full 4 course menu comprised of a large antipasto di mare, fregola with shrimps, fried and grilled fish, fruit wine. Giacomo the owner comes in the end with free shots of mirto :) Make sure to reserve in advance - go in person or send and sms if you don’t manage by phone - and be ready to eat a lot of good food for a ridiculously low price.

This place was hily recommended to use we are extremely satisfied whit the service fresh tasteful quality fish & the satisfying amount followed by a bottle of wine amaretto & cheese cake 🤗😋

The best food experience during my whole Sardinia trip. Make sure you make a reservation. We got turned away when we (cluelessly) walked in on Wednesday dinner time, made a reservation for a lunch and No Regret:D! There are some of the dish that I didn't like that much but others so excellent! Overall, highly recommend it!

One of my favorite restaurants in Sardinia. The food is amazing, the seafood is super fresh and perfectly cooked. The owner is very kind and will make sure you are enjoying.

Food was not only tasting bland but also smelled very bad. Lost appetite just by smelling the plate. Definitely not worth the reviews in my opinion. Pasta from home for 2€ tastes better.

We thought this Restaurant is a Great underdog in cagliari , But at the Third Time We Went there were gettin ill . The Pasta was different then the Former Times and be careful don’t Order the Ceasers salad!!

Best dinner in south Sardinia! The pastas were to die for!!! Especially the gnocchi with mushrooms and saffron! Took a long time for the order to be taken but the food was fast and definitely worth it!!

They don’t always get it right but overall still my favourite pizza in Cagliari. It it’s the right season, do yourself a favour and have the pizza with bottarga and fresh artichokes. Other dishes are good too, but pizza is the star here. I wish they had a more interesting beer selection, especially considering how many craft breweries there are these days in Sardinia.

As casual walk-in customers we were greeted by an exceedingly rude front of house lady who, despite me asking in italian if we could have a table for two and explaining that I didn’t speak italian in italian, proceeded to point at a table, dumped a pair of menus on the table and scowled off back to her booth. We sat down a little taken aback and were definitely considering walking straight back out. Since we were hungry we decided to stay as it was becoming busier by the moment. Our waitress was amenable enough and our order of two pizzas and a mezzos of red and white wine arrived shortly afterwards . Pizzas were thin, crisp and tasty, and the wine at 5€ per jug was more than palatable. Two stars off for the appalling introduction.

Not satisfied at all! 1. Prices very high! There is also a 15% service fee! 2. Food Quality : low! 3. Food Quantity : ridiculous ! 4. Services : too slow! I would not turn back there! P.s. We ordered two glasses of wine. One glass was half full with respect to the other!

Great service, spectacular views, we had cocktails and desserts (too good that we didn't manage to take photos). The tiramisu is the best that I have had so far (creamy and a good size of soaked ladies fingers, chocolate dusting on the top was really good quality Chocolate) and the Panna Cotta was out if this world (soaked with lemon).

cool atmosphere for drinks. not sure for food. I visited twice for the view. got one of their signature drinks this evening. and found some blue plastic particles inside my drink. I asked the staff, and he said “I don’t know.” & I insisted to get me a new one. Very lame reaction. None of the staff apologies or gestured to compensate. Not so professional dude. I did not react too harsh, not bc I was okey, but bc it may simply ruin my mood. I’m giving two stars because I had some great moments the other day. but the service is not great whatsoever. I know people will still come for the view. but you just lost one costumer, or couple more local friends.

I just passed by the area for a walk and we decided to have a drinks to this beautiful looking lounge bar with stunning view. First impression was like “I think we will have a good time here”. At soon as we sat down everything change!! We ordered two classic drink as “Negroni and Margarita”. Drinks arrived and the Margarita was not drinkable at all and I just left it on the table. No one checked on us, waiter was not paying attention at all and was keeping himself busy doing small operation duty and not taking care of the guest, the feeling was like he was just waiting to finish his shift and leave. I had i little doubt on my order as the Margarita I ordered was “on the rocks” and maybe was not that type of cocktail who’s everyone drinking. I decided to prove myself that I was making a mistake to judge in advance and we decided to order one more round of drinks “Cosmopolitan and Paloma” and we asked for the bill at the same time. Drinks arrived and once again Paloma was not drinkable. I waited to my partner to finish her drink and we left. I would suggest to improve the service style and be more detailed and attentive also, Classic cocktails with Tequila base must be massively improved.

The view and location are great, the cocktails tasty but over priced (and a mock tail was the same price as a cocktail)!?! and the snacks we're cold and stale. I would not bother going back. Service was lacking too, they didn't welcome us at all.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Best meal we had in a 9 day trip. Staff were friendly, provided gluten free options, and the food was incredible value. Loved it.

Really expensive, orederd 4 portions of calamari, they got us 2, and after a while they came and said was actually 4 portions in 2 plates Also they brought some vegetables, uncuted,could not be eaten

I would have liked to review the food in this place, but our bad experience started much earlier. We booked a table for 4 people through the OFFICIAL website and after waiting many hours (so it is not true that the confirmation is automatic), we got a reservation number to show at the entrance. We arrived there and we were addressed to the manager by an ashamed waiter. The reason was that he is perfectly aware of the fact that the reservations done through their OFFICIAL website are not valid and, despite this, he doesn't care to block the link or simply add an information banner in the main page. So you arrive there to discover that there is no place. He simply said that it was not his fault (as if I was the manager of the place and not him) and that we were the THIRD group of the day to be left without a place. So, he is used to receive GROUPS of people sure to have a reservation and still doesn't take any action to solve it. It is simply ridiculous in a ""touristic"" city and in 2023 that you cannot rely on an online reservation. He was very rude and never even said that he was sorry, but he was dealing with other stuff while I was waiting for a solution of this unprofessional situation. It is clear that they have many customers and they are not interested in taking care of who (because of THEIR fault) cannot eat there. He just had money in the pupils and was disturbed by my presence which, it was clear, would not have brought any income to him. The explanation about the link in the OFFICIAL website was completely unacceptable and in addition, his way to deal with it was even worse. Full circus management. I will never ever recommend this place because the manager cares only about your wallet and not your well being. And, please, for your own pride, do not mention again the external company that manage the bookings, because people use the OFFICIAL website and the solution must start from there!!!

Tasty food, kind waiter and good atmosphere. :) Although we got our sose dish when we almost finished the main dish.. The primi piattis are quite big, so you might go only for that and maybe some dessert

This is a very tipical restaurant in the area of Marina. The food was amazing. Staff was very nice. Costumers are mostly local people so we can tell that the palace is good. Price was also good.

Service was quick and friendly staff. Food was really good and massive portions that would feed two people and at a very good price. Many options to choose from.

I went there after checking the reviews and the menu on google maps but it seems they just changed the menu and prices. I think the food here is overpriced. The portions are huge so I recommend you to share the plate and then price can make sense but I was alone and paying 20,5 euros for a pasta and a coke was way too much for me. However everyone was so nice and helpful. I would go back there but with someone next time :) Thank you! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of dining at S'Incontru on Viale Trieste in Cagliari, and it was nothing short of delightful! The restaurant itself is bright, open, and incredibly inviting. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, showcasing their knowledge and attentiveness without ever feeling intrusive. One unique aspect of S'Incontru is the variety in their menu, as they offer not just one but three different menus – pizza, steak, and sushi! We opted for the pizza menu, which was diverse and included both traditional favorites and several adventurous choices. Most of our pizzas were absolutely delicious with firm, crispy crusts and perfectly cooked toppings. However, there was a minor issue with my pancetta and red onion pizza. The pancetta seemed undercooked, and the released moisture made the crust excessively soggy. Despite this, the other pizzas at our table were simply excellent. That being said, I will definitely be returning to S'Incontru, but I'll likely opt for take-away orders to avoid the cover charge. The food truly was fantastic, and I can't wait to try their other dishes! If you're in Cagliari, I highly recommend giving S'Incontru a visit for a memorable meal. Just be aware of the cover charge, and you're in for a treat!

This place is excellent on many aspect. The environment is nice, clean and romantic. The service is quick and friendly and the food is delicious. I have eaten a really good pizza and dessert.

I made the mistake to walk into this place without checking prices beforehand. I ordered a Margherita pizza with bufala and a beer, plus a limoncello. I ended up paying more that 19€, which is totally overpriced especially when considering that none of the three items I ordered were of outstanding quality. On the contrary, they were totally average. The pizza was mediocre to be generous, the beer was a standard blonde (I think a Stella Artois), and the limoncello was on the same line. Out of these items, the one that was by far most overpriced was the beer (4.80€) and the cost of table service (2.50€). Overall, something that should cost at most 15€ ends up costing 19€+: that is more than a 25% markup. No thanks.

We were a bit disappointed by this after seeing the good reviews 🤷🏽‍♀️ having said that the food was really fresh but nothing mind blowing ! It could be that we ordered the wrong things but nothing really stood out ! There was also a bit of a language barrier so make sure you brush up on your Italian! I ordered the local Italian vegetables with Italian dressing but it came with no dressing and the vegetables were literally just placed on the plate. Also, the green salad is only lettuce !

Amazing fresh seafood and serves local dishes like Fregola pasta and sea bass with olive sauce. Must visit when in Cagliari. Restaurant has white table cloth so fancier than the other restaurants on the strip but the prices still very reasonable. Wish we had bigger stomachs as I wanted to order and try everything on the menu. Make reservation to avoid disappointment as it was packed every night when we walked past.

We visited for the first time as tempted by Google reviews, pictures and the venue. We were craving for seafood fried plate as a starter which was really tasty but disappointingly small, definitely not to share for two people and not really appealing either. Although spaghetti with frutti di mare was quite good, also tomatoes and prawn pasta too but again quite small for the price. Sardinian wine was really good. Overall spending over 60€ for starter two meals and glass of wine we left restaurant bit hungry still.. Would we come back? probably not as this city has huge variety of restaurants to offer for reasonable price with amazing food.

Food is delicious, tried the fregola and absolutely loved it. All the staff is very polite and professional as well. You need to call to make a reservation but they seemed to always be able to accommodate walk ins, it’s quite a big restaurant. There’s another Antica restaurant a few doors down part of the same chain with a different menu, worth the visit as well

Highly recommanded! Very good local fresh food. The mussels dish (12€) is very big, about 40 very tasty mussles. The tiramisu was great! The octopus dish (14€) was very small and bland... Overall-very good place.

The food here is traditional and ridiculously affordable. The front of house led by Francesco were amazing and they make you feel like family. We went back twice and couldn’t fault it.

Our absolute culinary highlight in Cagliari! Amazing Pasta, great meat dishes and unforgettable service by the main man Francesco. They do not serve seafood and if you try their specialties you will understand why. They clearly have mastered their craft of serving traditional Sardinian cuisine with a special touch of hospitality. 5 stars fully deserved!

We have beed in Su Cumbidu 4 times during our stay in Cagliari. Very nice food and outstanding service. Francesco need special mention! He is such a great waiter! He made our each visit very special. Thank you so much for being so entertaining!

The food is exceptionally well served, well done, and really good, and the decorations are unique. Staff with a good sardo way, always smiling, and pay super attention to the table. Everything on point.
