Very kind staff, preferably Spanish. The English is not good. However, you can communicate.. The menu is just in Spanish, so if you don't know, you will struggle a lot. If you don't like seafood. There is no NON seafood paella. Also, paella for €9.90 Is for 2 people so it is €19.80 together. It means, the price is per each person when minimum is 2 people at the table. (They will not give you "the big one" for 1 person, even though you would eat it all... 😅) OK. I don't eat seafood unfortunately. And there is no veggie or chicken alternative... So I was a bit dissapointed as the menu is nothing much to choose from for fussy eaters like myself... 🤣😕 The food was delicious by the way, we had croquettes and chicken strips and potatoes with aioli and we were full and happy 😊 🤩 🥰

The best public terrace in can Pastilla when it's hot. Usually get some sea breeze. Set menus good value. Service good. Food traditional Spanish menu including pealla.

We ate here 3 nights in a row. Every dish was absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault it. The service from Thomas was impeccable and so friendly. I’d highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Very tasty food, kind host and amazing staff with sense of humor. We had the pleasure of getting along with the owner, and enjoying a tasting of local and non-local drinks, as a compliment from the establishment. I recommend with both hands!

One of the best places to go by the bay, with a beautiful open terrace and a view of the bay and beach second to none in the area. If you want an open air restaurant or bar, this is the one. Great service and you can see the effort to welcome clients, I am sure I eill resturn for food, this time I had coctails only and got ther by bike, 5 km ride on the closed beach street from my Hotel (Akron Park Resort). Coctails were good but made the mistake of asking to alter the mix as I likemy cocktails with double alcoholic content, some bartenders know how to make that work in this case they didn't, but that doesn't make it a bad bar experience as my wife and daughter drinks were perfect. Great selection of food, startersand full meals. I will come back to try the food at some point because from the area it was the most elegant and attractive place and I do not mind paying a little extra for a place with such views and comfortable seating and tables.

The food is a little pricy, i must admit. But i got my moneys worth here, the waiters are very nice and i will definetely come again

Honestly the best Mohito and Pina Colada (made by Kate) we had during our whole stay on Palma. Lovely atmosphere and positive people. Strongly recommend

Great restaurant with Mallorcan cuisine. Super service, incredibly tasty food. We came as a big group of 10 people, we were seated and served quickly. At the end of the evening was an unexpectedly nice compliment - a bottle of Spanish champagne. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

We spent every night here, I drink the best Mojito in ever! The Ham was absoutely delucious. The atmosphere is very happy. Employees very friendly. Prices good :)

Excellent location and service. Very good sea food. I choose "Blank Palea" because it have seashell's without shells. So, it's a lazy man choice :) Restaurant was half full and the staff was still quick and professional. White house vine was a bit dry. I heard other customers chatting about it. But I like it that way. Therefore, I don't have anything bad to say here. And look at that view over your plate.

The food is very tasty. Be aware of the quantity for side dish as I received a huge amount of pulled pork and fries and cheese. I thought it would be an average side dish but I could not finish it, I wish they had told me beforehand 😅 Please try the "Bacon parmesan croquettes", they are awesome ! 🥓

The restaurant is pleasant with a nice view of the beach. The waiter could have been much nicer to us, he was rude, looking at his phone and replying without any sign of kindness. Also, I asked info about the type of ingredients in one food since I am vegan and he couldn't tell me nor made any effort to ask the chef or someone else. It was late so I ordered anyway. The vegan (hopefully) paella was ok, not bad but also not particularly good, just decent if you can't find anything vegan and want to try it. The sangria was also decent and it was cheap, no fruits inside and not very tasteful overall.

This place is great. We went here every evening and enjoyed the beautiful view. The service is great! The two guys working here were super friendly and already knew what we wanted on our third evening here. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The paella was amazing. I can only recommend it.

A very good vegetable paella. Well cooked and perfectly seasoned. My friend enjoyed the vegetable pizza. Clean bathroom facilities with baby changing. Has heaters for the weather should it get cold.

Horrible staff member was rude the whole time. We asked if we could change seats to watch the view and the guy couldnt have been more bothered. The food was bad and not cooked and the drinks was mostly juice and honestly i would not recommend anyone going there.

Came for lunch during the day at the beach. We waited food 40 minutes and other tables that people came later than us were served with food sooner than we were. Staff was rude about it and did not apologize like it was our fault. Chicken paella was nothing similar to paella, just some rice and chicken with curry. Do not recommend this place.

This place is very good! It has a nice interior, feels like you are really in a Manchester pub! 😃 Bartenders are nice, and the beer is refreshing. The place also has darts and snooker, if u would like to play, and big tv’s to watch rugby, football etc. I would recommend this pub!!

Absolutely brilliant bar , darren and tracy are possibly the nicest friendliest hosts you will ever come across . This bar is a must

Came here for the novelty factor, great liytle pub, the guys are freindly and fellow county and city fans!! Would reccommend and will be back next time I am in Palma!

We had bruschetta with Mozzarella to start, the tomatoes were lovely! Then I had a tomato spaghetti, I am vegetarian, it sounds plain but it was so tasty! Loved it! The other person had lasagna which he really enjoyed as well. The place isn't much to look at, we also went for it opening at 1pm as I was told it is always very busy so it was just us. It seems to be Italian father and son, they didn't speak much English but we got there! Apparently it is normally very busy and only seems to be open a few hours in the afternoon and a few hours at night. 100% recommend for the quality of food! Go for it opening to make sure you get a seat as it only has about 10 tables. It was a local Spanish women who told me about it and said she loves to go with her friends. It cost €25 for 2 starters and 2 mains. We had water on us so didn't bother with drinks. The pictures don't look the best but it tasted amazing!

Best Italian food I have had in Spain. Large portions prepared thoughtfully by such a sweet chef who ran the place by himself the night we went. Took a bit of time and facility may look unassuming, but we felt so comfortable with his cooking, especially for the prices. Terrific night in Mallorca!

Just AMAZING. We were not expecting to have such an amazing pasta in Mallorca. All the plates were amazing. The place is small and simple place, the food is incredible. A MUST!

I don't understand how this restaurant has this note. I was eating twice here and everything was perfect. The restaurant is for the ones who love fish and seafood. The portions are big, everything was fresh and tasty, the waiters are very polite and they behave impeccably. The seafood platter si delicious, the sangria also. I also recommend the garlic oil shripms. Also the restaurant is located on the seashore, from where you can see wonderful sunsets. The prices are a little bit high, but also is the quality.

Very good restaurant right by the water. Fresh seafood, perfectly cooked, good service. Desert was good too. Typical Mallorcan almond cake; delicious. Prices are fine, considering the location. I had multiple meals there, and kept coming back.

The food was very good. Especially, I will never forget the mussel dish recommended by the staff. The T-bone steak was also delicious. It is located next to the beach, so the atmosphere is very good.

Potatoes, chicken wings were stale. Chicken wings were raw at the middle. I selected 5 (free) ketchups from the panel, but they only gave me one and it was not visible on the bill. Hamburger buns were not fresh. We had large and xlarge potatoes but xlarge only had 2 pieces extra. Terrible place and experience.

These guys thought i couldn't speak Spanish, started joking about the English guy once I placed order. Funny because I said I didn't understand and let them joke about it. Delayed order and poor food and poor service wouldn't order from again.

Don't eat here, this is the worst BK I've ever been to! We were four people ordering and all orders were almost uneatable. The fries were not done, the meat tasted like it had been reheated several times and was lukewarm, the cheese was not melted at all. This place doesn't deserve to be allowed to be open 🤮 Would give 0 stars if possible.

The staff here are so rude. Once again a visit is spoiled by bad tempered staff who cannot smile or act in a civil manner. They need training in customer service if they are going to work in a public facing role. They shout your order out in Spanish and then get stroppy when you don’t understand and cannot smile when asked a simple question.

We stayed for a long weekend and it was the perfect location bring so near the beach and the strip of restaurants. The pool was lovely for a cooling swim and had enough loungers and shade. The rooms were simple and clean and I would definitely recommend upgrading to superior for the balcony size. However the breakfast could be improved and the mini bar could be filled more often. We would definitely recommend to anyone for a short break.

Lovely hotel - hotel has the back entrance/exit close to the beach. Airport is only 10 minutes by taxi, you can even walk 30-40 min. The food was amazing, lots of choices and we were offered a cold brekfast served in the restaurant at 5am - Amazing! You can late check out - 7pm for additional 30 euro. Air conditioning is very good, no issues at all, however the soundproof of rooms is not the best so if you are sensitive i recommend ear plugs. The bus stop to Palma, Airport and Shopping centre is just outside of the hotel. Highly recommend for convenience and friendly and helpful staff :)

I would NOT recommend this hotel at all ! The only positive review about this hotel is it's location. We stayed there at this hotel for one week. The check in process at the reception is taking half an hour time for processing one room booking. They are living in 1950s with the working model. I chose the half board option (breakfast + dinner). What is disgusting is the fact that I found cockroach in the coffee which I took. When i reported it to the kitchen responsible and i asked him to open the coffee machine, to my SHOCK, i found 10 cockroaches in the coffee machine. When i reported this to the dining hall lead (he says he is not responsible for this and that I inform kitchen lead). I informed the kitchen lead and he get's irritated because I found this problem. He doesn't respond to my questions about food quality. I complained this to the lady at the reception. He comes to the kitchen and now this gets interesting, rather than they making me understand the situation by explaining in English, they start discussing something in Spanish (because i do not understand). What i was afraid and concerned was, my 2 year old son drank hot milk from the same coffee machine. At the end, they did not provide me a proper feedback on how to correct that. The next day i thought they fixed it by cleaning or disinfecting the place. To my shock, i saw cockroach again near to the dessert area. Then i thought, they have serious problems with the kitchen management. I did not eat food at this location from then onwards. The rooms were pretty Ok. But when i pay money additionally for food here and get this quality, its disgusting. The presentation of food items is really good, but the quality now i the big QUESTION to me! They are scamming people here with the price they charge!

Rooms basic, not cleaned everyday and sheets not changed during our 7day stay. Beds super comfy though. Staff lovely except one wee dark haired man that likes to think he owns the restaurant..! Affects the whole ambience In restaurant when he’s on.

No drinking water in a 4 star hotel..? Everywhere else we had stayed, even in lower rated hotels, there was always a water bottle or purified water dispenser, in most we also got welcome drinks. In the pictures it also showed espresso machines in the rooms. In reality - nothing, not even a kettle. It says in the welcome sheet to ask for one in the reception, but when I did that, they refused. Very disappointed.
