We visited the restaurant several times, it is located near the ski jump, and from the garden there is a pretty nice view of Innsbruck. The restaurant is in Tyrolean style and is welcoming inside. There is order inside. Very pleasant and helpful staff who really care about their guests. The food is very tasty, there are vegetarian dishes. My point is, when you order, remember the portions are really big. I recommend !

We stopped following recommendation on the way back from Italy. Excellent and friendful service, nice building and interiors, but what is the most important, FOOD is fantastic! The best Käsespätzle I’ve ever had, Schnitzel really good! All perfect 👌

- very kind staff, we really appreciated it! - typical austrian traditional dish choice - very big portions :) we left a lot so i recommend splitting orders! - unfortunately i did not enjoy my cheese spätzle at all, but i think it’s due to my very different usual meals in italy, a completely different cuisine (because the spätzle looked great and the people with me got the cordon bleu, which they said was ‘fine’) - we also got an appetiser and desert which i would rate a 7/10 + a salad which was (in my opinion) way too dressed with a strong sauce - clean bathroom and nice ambience

Excellent ambience and food. We tried the chicken schnitzel and cheese dumplings. The taste and the portion size is great. Thumbs up from me. Staff is also polite and also speaks English which was convenient.

I have been there for dinner and enjoyed the Delicious fish and salad.

We had a very good experience. Dinner was great, breakfast had a lot of variety. People are kind and hotel is cozy, spacious and cute compared to other options and in a low budget plan. Happy times. We had a bedroom for 3 people great space.

This hotel have a pretty view. I believe every room can have the view ( from balcony ) The beds are single beds connected to each other . The breakfast option is okay . The staff is good . They have good amount of parking , including hybrid & Tesla chargers

My room was very nice, though there was no real view. I was not satisfied with staff when I left my cell phone in the dining area, and it was not returned by staff. Front desk and support staff were less than helpful to the point that they appeared annoyed at my request for assistance.

Very great view from room! Food was very bland and the waiter didn't get any of our tables' orders right. Breakfast was alright

Stayed on a group tour; the hotel facilities and rooms are clean and modern, with AC and windows that open to amazing views. The housekeeping service was excellent...the food and food service was simply overwhelmed by an influx of your buses...they worked hard to rise to the challenge, only occasionally missing the mark. The location is likely ideal for skiing and outdoor sports...for sightseeing, it's a bit of a ways from the Old City. Recommend.

The food is always tasty, it doesn't matter if it is pasta, pizza, salad, rice, it all tastes really good. The prices are also more than affordable. There are also gluten free options. Plenty of parking options

Pizza was surprisingly good, they use some sort of magnetic card that you get when entering and then need to register your orders on it, pay on the way out, so there is no table service, but overall it was all good, food, staff very friendly, for the quality of the food the pricing is absolute ok.

Outside of Italy it is very hard to find good close to authentic Italian food. Vapiano provides a close to authentic Italian culinary experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also great with great attention to modern design. I would gladly recommend this chain of restaurants to anyone searching for a nice Italian experience. They even provide a nice variety of Gluten Free dishes including pasta and pizza. The deserts and coffee are also really great!

A modern Italian restaurant based on stalls where you order the food and prepare it in front of your eyes. The pastas we ordered were reasonable.

The food is delicious, but keep in mind that if you leave your car in their parking lot, it may be towed. This happened to me when I arrived at the parking lot at 10:45 and went home to pick up my family so that we could all go have breakfast together for the opening, the children took a long time to get ready, and when I returned I didn’t find the car in the parking lot. As a result, plans for the whole day were thwarted and minus 315 euros for evacuation. the car was evacuated at 11.52. At 12 o'clock my family and I were in the parking lot ready to go to breakfast. The director's attitude towards clients is like that of a bad butcher towards meat. And from talking to him it seemed to me that he was a racist. I highly do not recommend it.

Thin and light pizza, not much of flavor, I expected more! Atmosphere is set but not delivered, missing some decorations or pictures. Great self service.

Burger was horrible, 3 snippers onion, boring little bit of sauce, and tasteless meat. The burger patty tastes like nothing, has totally no flavour. This burger was 6,80 euro. Even Mcdonalds burgers tastes way better than this. Cavapcici had a bit more flavour, but nothing special. 5 small fingers with fries. This dish cost 7,90 euro. In my opinion not worth it.

It's an awesome place, I spent less than 10€ for a burrito, which was very tasty, and a glass of water. The service is great and English-friendly, to order the waitress will give you a sheet where you have to tick what you want to order. The only problem is to find a free table as it's very crowded even at 3 pm. I am definitely coming back when I'll be in Innsbruck!

Mexican/Americans here! Probably one of the best taco places I've ever visited! Even better than most in my own hometown! The Beef was on another level marinated with delicious sauce and tender. I'm glad a place like Innsbruck can culturally appreciate our food and do justice to it's potential favor. Thank you Machete! I wish y'all the best!

We are two Californians who have eaten a lot of authentic burritos and this is as good as it gets in Europe! Great portion sizes, service, and yummy food for a great price! Very busy and popular in the evenings. 10/10 recommend!

The tacos were incredibly good. The burrito bowl was better than the burrito (not that the burrito was bad) but just preferred the taco the most and then the bowl. The place is unique and a small cute place. Loved the vibe and food. Visited by many locals and tourists too.

We are from Southern California, so we've had a lot of great Mexican food. This was one of the best burritos we've ever had! The pulled pork was absolutely perfect! We kept going back and every time they were playing great music and had great service. We would never imagine that a burrito shop would be one of our favorite things about our trip to Innsbruck!

I'm a vegetarian looking for good Italian options & this place is the best. Firstly, the listing is very clear for vegan, vegetarian, Gluten-free and lactose. The order is done through card a various counters and final payment is done against the orders on the card which is seemless. We had the Pasta, Pizza, Bruschetta & Latte macchiato - everything was perfect with fresh to ground pepper & salt and sauces. Per person price would be 15€~20€

The lady at the reception was very kind, we even spoke in Spanish. The atmosphere is great, very pleasant to have a meal and talk with friends. The concept of choosing your food is very nice. Excellent view of the city gate and the Alps behind.

Was told pizza would take 30min was I happy to wait. After an hour no pizzas. Only when I complained did they make the order. When we got back to our room to eat them. The one was half burnt. An airpocket in the dough made half the pizza burnt. We could not eat it.

This restaurant is very unique coz you can watch right away the chef cooking. The taste is really good and the place is really nice

Took long to take our drinks order. Had to call for service. Beer not cold. Food was quite good. After eating our plates were never taken from our table. After paying our plates still not taken from table. A restaurant like this needs to be better than a fast food franchise. Looks like not enough waiting staff.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had, and guess what!! The locals aren't impressed cause this is a chain restaurant. I wish we had this chain in the USA. Also, they let you pick different toppings on the two halves of the pie. If that's not enough, the service is just beyond good. The local beer is a must try!!

Phenomenal pizza, pasta and red wine. The pizza and calzone portions were very large but the pasta was less so but still satisfactory. Staff catered our every need including our limited German.

I had to much exceptions for this place . My friend suggested me to go there . I took 2 pizzas one of them full of herbs like he took from his neighbours garden . The other pizza was like it has been made before 2 weeks and they are serving it now . But pizzas were big enough and the atmosphere was great ( a lot of noises coming from the kitchen and from other waiters moving the tables ) . I highly recommend this place to not go again.

Food really tasty and value for money is excellent. Good housewine at reasonable prices. When we went in we were told just to sit anywhere however several tables were unoccupied but still covered in dirty plates and glasses and it felt like walking into a shopping mall food court with all the dirty tables. Service was quite slow but our waiter was good and friendly, just seemed a bit stretched, maybe they're just understaffed at the moment like a lot of places. Pizzas are huge so still worth a visit!

We enjoyed our experience here and it was nice to eat a good burger! Would've shown a pic but apparently it was all gone before I took one (sorry, not sorry). The only thing that was off was that our food was delivered to the table next to us. Then another server brought out their actual food and everyone was left staring at the plates already given them. A server picked them up and gave them to us. Luckily we were watching and noticed that the food hadn't been handled - that would've turned us off completely to be given food already touched by others. But, it ended well (luckily). Good music, good vibes.

First hard rock café I've been to and was not disappointed despite other reviews! Yes the drinks were quite expensive but the other items were not terribly priced considering they were actually quite delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful, the nachos were loaded (even the half order was enough for two people) and the brownie dessert was huge and very good. When we went the vibe was a bit dead and atmosphere not the best, plus the service, while great, wasn't extraordinary (hence just 4 stars). Overall not a bad place for a nice dinner in Innsbruck!

Food was good, but drinks were shockingly expensive. No vibe, as we were seated near the exit, and away from the live entertainment and the core of the memorabilia even though there were plenty of empty tables! Not like Brussels or Penang in terms of atmosphere where staff actively wanted you to enjoy yourself. Basically, Innsbruck Hard Rock is just about selling fast food and nothing else. My €110 would have been better spent elsewhere 🙄

Burgers are indeed pretty neat here, but in terms of steak not a big deal And sadly consistent. Well for a 40€ steak I would Expect at least a mid upper quality. From Taste point of view wast bad, had worst but sorry that didn’t rock. Service nice a bit cool but overall ok. Not that typical HRC style but hey its europe everything cool Here 🤣 Ambient cool 😎

The nachos were a huge let down. We’ve been to Hard Rock’s all over the world and the nachos here in Innsbruck, Austria were not good at all. Barely any cheese and the cheese that was on it wasn’t melted, barely any beans, felt like mostly nachos, onion and jalapeño. Didn’t send it back to kitchen. Figured that they let it out of the kitchen that way they didn’t see anything wrong with the plate.

This place is very popular. We waited in a line but the line did move very quickly. Because it’s so popular we ended up sharing a table with another couple which was different but not too weird. The menu is offered in multiple languages. The food comes out very quickly. The atmosphere is crowded but jolly. The food was yummy and I enjoyed it very much. I wasn’t able to eat my entire meal and they packaged it to go in very nice take home container.

This place is very big and has a lot of customers. We walked through a lot of rooms before we would find a seat. Here you could try many local dish. We ordered the pork and fish. They taste fine but they’re not our cup of tea. It’s a great place to try the local cuisines!

No reservation, you should wait in the queue. The restaurant’s vibe is nice and cool, well decorated for Christmas. I tried the cheese soup and it is very tasty, it is a must! The best thing I ate during my stay in Innsbruck. The goulash is also tasty, the portion is big as well. We also tried the schnitzel and it is really tasty. Staff are so kind, they speak also english and italian.

The restaurant is big and have a few entrances and is just situated at the centre of Innsbruck! The decorative of the restaurant is great, we chose to sit at the outdoor as the weather was greeting with sunshine that day! Business is good but the food is served eventually fast as well!

Great Gasthouse with very good quality food and fast, friendly and efficient service. The restaurant is massive on few levels inside old church. You might have to wait 10-15min for a table as it gets very busy with both, locals and tourists. Staff speaks English and very friendly. Prices are slightly higher than in other local restaurants away from the center, but worth the money. Very much recommended when in downtown.

Great shoppingmall with a variety of different stores. They have everything from clothes to vegetable/fruit stalls to homeware. Will visit again for sure and recommend to others 🛍

A nice place with a wide variety of shops, a very good choice for shopping, with many big supermarkets and mini restaurants or cafeterias to have a good time. Also, it has 3 places with sofas and free WiFi, two of them at the first floor and one at the second! Recommended!

A very nice shopping center you can find pretty much everything you're looking for; however, it's a little bit outside of the city center. It's better to go there by car, by bus or by bike. From the city center, it takes around 15-20 minutes to arrive there by bike. There are a variety of shops such as clothing stores, shoe stores, souvenir shops, cosmetics shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and so on.

Big , fine shops and brands ! Lots of shops TK max , C& A , Libro, Hofer. Intersport, Vapiano ! Parking is free outside & inside!
