Decent place to stay but the rooms aren't the cleanest. The hotel was a little run down but the food was decent, and the portions large. Overall not bad but I wouldn't book here for more than a single night.

The hotel itself looked fine at first but after taking a closer look the rooms and espacially the bathrooms were really dirty with used soap, shampoo bottle caps from other guests and dust all obwohl the place in it. After talking to the personal we were able to move to different rooms but calling that an improvement would be quite the overstatement. Would not recommend.

The breakfast was late and very minimal. the staff were quite fine . The hotel is quite rundown and the beds were barely comfortable. The wifi didn't work in our rooms.

This hotel needs total refurbishment. The room we had was very tired, full of poor quality furniture and not very clean either. The mix of styles within the hotel was not eclectic but just tacky. The breakfast was poor - no croissants, no pastries, no yogurt, no fruit, cheese served in the same container as cooked meat, no fruit juice other than watered-down apple, poor choice of cereals, no alternative milks.....The whole thing looked like it furnished from a car boot sale

Room are big, clean and comfortable also the food is great.

We had only desserts they all tasted really good. The prices are also good to ok. I would totally recommend it

Traumatizing. They literally used barbecue sauce instead of tomato on the pizza. We were really really hungry so we finished but combination of barbecue and dry pizza is not one that I enjoy, nor recommend.

Food was ok, we ordered pizza and spaghetti bolognese. Pizza arrived but the spaghetti did not. My hungry daughter waited for pasta for 1 hour. Despite me checking for it 4 times. Clearly they forgot about the order. I was scared to order a coffee after the meal. No one came to cleaned the table after we have eaten. + There was in only one serviette for 4 people. I’m really not happy with the service and definitely don’t recommend.

Awful service, disappointing dinner experience. A so called "Italian" restaurant where they use ketchup instead of tomato sauce... yeah on a pizza.. This place is an absolute joke. You better buy some frozen goodies and eat it at your accommodation:)

Nice restaurant in an interesting setting neighbouring a Roman setlement. The food is always delicious and the service is quick and friendly. Definitely recommended, make sure you book in advance.

Good location. Good parking even if you just need to make a stop without getting gas. Interior is in-line with current Slovnaft standard. Lavatory facilities are nice and usable. Selection of foods is great. For car stuff the selection is average.

I didn't stop for fuel I stopped for parking For shopping the staff was helpful the parking lot is not very big but it works 🙏🏽

Nice renovated station with car wash and premium fuels. Access is nice, the shop inside offers only basic selection. Toilets are nice and clean.

Yesterday, we took out our friends from abroad. It turned out to be one of the best dinners I ever had in a restaurant in my home town. All the meals were truly excellent, far above what one would expect in a small town like Komarno.

My favourite pizza in town. I brought my boyfriend there from Hungary, he loved it just as much as I do. Their tomato soup is top tier, and the Kofola isn't watered down like in many places. 100% recommend.

My favourite restaurant ever. Whenever we come to Komárno with my girlfriend, I always try to persuade her to come here at least once for a pizza and a bottle of Kofola. I usually order a small Quattro Formaggi or Hawaii pizza, and they are the best I have ever eaten (and I have been to Italy). It has just the right amount of salt, they give a generous amount of topping, and it is just enough for me that I can eat one whole pizza. And the place, it is beautiful. On a calm and sunny day it feels like you are on a vacation, even when you come here regularly. There are lots of plants and there is a small fountain that gives the place a peaceful vibe. Sometimes a cute black cat comes here to chill on the chairs. It is very friendly and lets everyone pet it.

Had a very nice lunch. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food had a fair price and was well prepared. The scenery is beautiful and you can have a nice walk next to the river after eating here.

The dishes were delicious. The service is very kind and helpful. I really recommend the restaurant for dinner or just a couple of beers.

Great location, the pork+knedlik+cabbage dish is great and large portion. They also serve very good draught beer.

Fast friendly service. Good quality food. Really good coffee and ice cream! There's nice sheltered outdoor seating and a view of the Danube. Also there's a great kid's play area. This is a very family restaurant. We will go back for sure. Funny quirk on the menu that made me laugh. 5g of ketchup costs almost as much as 100g of tomato salad 🤣

Great choice of Slovak cuisine as well as daily specials and a kids menu. Decent enclosed kids play area also. There are quite a few sheltered outdoor seats. Good place. Only taking off a star because I hate not being able to pay with cards.

It's a lovely restaurant and the food is outstanding. They have everything and anything you fancy. Nothing is too much for the staff. There is a play area for the little ones is well. It's good for families but also great for a smashing night with friends. You spend minimum amount of money or you spend it all , you will have a great time. Enjoy 😊

best place to go for family events with kids! inside and outside seating available, large playground. the food is on the better end of classic local cousine, especially the "halászlé" was first class! One star minus because the otherwise comfy chairs are too low for the tables (inside).

People in Slovakia (yes, "magyars" included) need to stop comparing this place to bloody McDonald's, it's a disgrace. I just popped in Komarno for a snack out from my wellness resort and this spot hit my eyes I thought why not and expected nothing more than a classic fast food.. What came after was a proper finger-licking experience. Buns beyond sublime, meat fresh and succulent and filling veg tasty and juicy.. now the hot wings are whole new world and I must say, people who compare this spot to McD simply don't deserve these treats that's it. And lovely ladies behind the counter made our stay even better. Next time I'm in Slovakia this sacred little place is a must!!!

Good overall design, good burgers. The rest is not on standard and very expensive for nothing. Please check your prices for nuggets & fries.

Although very similar to other fast food restaurants it is a special. They have their own burgers, that are delicious, fresh, tasty. Cozy venue for a stylish appointment, a fast food. Junk food lovers will love this place :)
