We visited several times for lunch, dinner and cocktails and never disappointed! The portions were huge and excellent value for money too! Staff always really friendly and was busy at times when we went so a lovely atmosphere too!

Stopped here for a drink, when we walked in the person behind the bar was really friendly and helpful. He offered us loads of different tasters to help make our decision. We liked they had a variety of different polish beer on tap and enjoyed the beers we ended up choosing.

This is a review of the restaurant rather than the hostel. They have a fair range of beers; nothing special. The food wasn't good. The menu is far too varied for any quality and it all taster reheated. Edit: I didn't see 120 beers. I wish I had. When you go, ask to see a full menu, not just a single page menu.

Been here 2 times during our stay in Krakow, extremely satisfied! Prices are very low, compared to neighboring diners, the place is open during Christmas, which is rarely seen in Krakow. Huge portions, placek po węgiersku can be both a breakfast and a lunch

Really nice restaurant with great climate. The ribs are bone-less, I could not believe in that, it was 400 g of pure meat. Tasting set of beer is really nice as well, it's 1L in total, so You can taste and drink in the same time.

Stara zajedznia by desilva is a fantastic place to enjoy a variety of craft beers and Polish dishes in a spacious and atmospheric setting. The restaurant is located in an old tram depot in the Kazimierz district, which gives it a unique and historical charm. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and efficient. I visited the restaurant with my friends on a Saturday evening, and we were impressed by the selection of beers on tap. We ordered a tasting set, which included six different types of beer, from light to dark, with different flavors and aromas. The beers were fresh and tasty. For the food, we decided to share some of the dishes from the menu. All of the dishes were delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous. The meat was tender and juicy, the soup was creamy and flavorful, and the pierogi were soft and cheesy. For dessert, we had the szarlotka (apple pie) with vanilla ice cream, which was warm and sweet. It was a perfect way to end our meal. We had a great time at stara zajedznia by desilva, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves beer and Polish food. It is a cozy and lively place that offers quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. It is one of the best restaurants in Kraków.

Very nice food, accomodated a very large group of 25 people with good service. Beer was very nice, come in a 0.4, 1.0 and 2.0l sizes! Ribs were very good. They were happy to change up the menu to suit vegetarians within the group.

Cozy, convivial ambiance, outstanding service, fun selection of Polish vodkas to sample. The food was phenomenal- I had the herring appetizer and beef cheek stew—comforting and delicious. There’s a good reason you must reserve a table well in advance here.

Cozy place and not your average Polish food. You can see care was put into creation or boosting local dishes. The roast cauliflower and peas soup and main of beetroot gnocchi was delicious. Also don't miss trying their vodkas and even their 'hot chocolate' which we were pleasantly surprised was melted chocolate (kudos). Walked in the first time and was not able to dine. Second visit to Krakow, I was fortunate to secure the last table through email reservations. They have live music playing during dinner. Do check their schedule on their website and make reservations as the place does fill up. Definitely recommend.

This is an amazing place! Reservations are needed if you want to experience it. Unless you're very lucky. I booked online and replies were polite and prompt. On arrival the staff were really friendly and this continued throughout the evening. The service was super fast, engaging and attentive. We all (6) had different meals and all were absolutely first class. We may also have had a few cocktails which were amazing and some of their home made vodka which was sublime. All in all this place should be high on anyone's Krakow list.

The food was so good I nearly cried! Presentation was gorgeous, the food was incredibly fresh and the salad was a perfect mix of textures and flavours. Gabriel was friendly and attentive - all the staff were great. The decor is fun too

This is a lovely restaurant serving delicious food at a very reasonable price. The duck was tasty, and the apple cinnamon pie for dessert was beautiful. The vodkas made and served here are also definitely worth trying, in particular the banana flavour. The service was warm and friendly. You will need to book in advance as this is a very popular place, and it's easy to see why.

Tried here our first night in krakow and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever tried.I went for the pasta it was so creamy and the pieces of steak were so tender. We don’t have restaurants like this in Newcastle. Amazing Italian food.

Good italian food. - PASTA: The pomodoro and burrata pasta was really tasty, carbonara was not the original recipe with egg but it was made with cream instead, not that good. - Tiramisu was one of the best we’ve ever had, really creamy and not a super strong coffee flavour. - Service was extremely slow in our case, like 35’ to serve one dish. The waitress was quite serious / upset when she asked for 10% of tip and we said no (due to how slow they were).

Decided to try here based off the reviews from Google, Instagram and Tik tok. Waited 30 mins outside in the cold because it had to be worth it seeing 6k reviews.. sadly it was the most mediocre Italian I’ve ever had. The focaccia was dry so I had to pour lots of olive oil on it to salvage It and my pasta was bland and far too sweet, Too much sugar added to it. Carbonara was made with cream not egg and the pasta wasn’t made fresh, I don’t understand the hype of this place?! The service was great though!

Food was amazing!! We went on our first night in Krakow and it's safe to say the standards were set high from night 1. Had to wait roughly 30/40 mins for a table but was worth the wait.

Loved the atmosphere here, the staff were also very helpful. We only tried pasta. The raviolis were good, pretty standard and not amazing though. My favourite was the parpadelle with beef. Carbonara was good. Tiramisu was also good, big portion but lacked a bit of that authentic egg flavour I like in a tiramisu. Overall didn’t expect much since some reviews were not great but I think it’s a step above average for an Italian but of course not the best Italian I have ever had. Would return if in the area.

I was surprised how fast this Mc Donald’s handles the orders. We have recieved our order within 6 minutes. The only downside is one that is frequent lately and that is that the staff hides the locators for some reason, forcing you to pick your own order at the counter.

Place is always busy but moderately fast. I have never had an issue with a bad order and that is me speaking mostly English. Food is hot and as one would expect. Place is relatively clean given how busy it is and the outside area is very large and wonderful during the spring and summer.

Excellent! Portions were of a great standard (perhaps a little too big…), but staff were friendly, food was quick. However, the place was a little dirty and unclean at times (ie: the toilets), sadly.

It's supposed to be open 24 hours but I was just there and it wasn't open 👎

The good thing about this Mc Donald's branch is that it's simply open, with average food that will get you through the night if you arrive late. The food was ok, service was fine remember to collect your ticket with the number after the purchase. The design is amazing 😍

We had our breakfast there coffee, french fries and scrambled egg roll. Roll was not spicy it's regular meal for 23.50pln. But the amazing fact was that there is a lock on washroom door that can open with ur bill no. This kind of thing I never saw before.

Such a beautiful building! Check out the basement for the beautiful architecture and comfortable chairs and sofas. The temperature the day we visited was almost 30°c, so we ate our food sitting in comfort enjoying the air conditioning! Well worth a visit!

A hidden jewel in the Jewish district. Seemingly innocuous, yet a hidden oasis. The restaurant is much larger than its facade suggests, the menu offers a diverse range of cuisines, service cannot be faulted and the chefs know their way around a kitchen. We were all very satisfied with our meals and would happily return. Thank you Kolanko no6!

Went there for a mulled wine before dinner booked in another place, we managed to get a table without booking. Mulled wine was good, the atmosphere is very nice and the food also looked tasty. Would recommend also coming here for dinner although we did not eat here.

The food was really good. Just a note, do not visit with any prejudice about a cuisine because here you’ll be find a European version of it . One of the dish we ordered was ‘Thai curry’ which had pineapples and was more on the sweeter side which was new to me although it tasted amazing . Don’t expect the authentic taste but worth trying , you might like it.

Best breakfast in Krakow, as recommended by a local guide (Jewish quarter tour / local inhabitant). Buffet breakfast, relaxed, good coffee. Huge space inside, in a multitude of rooms. Food tables are right inside, so best to sit in innermost rooms. Also space in garden square within restaurant.

BEST BREAKFAST EVER! we went there 3 times to eat some delicious breakfast! It's an open buffet for about 8 euros! The atmosphere was great with jazz playing in the background

The place looks very good. Friendly staff. Very good food, the only thing i did not like was the crispy onion. The strawberry basil lemonade was amazing. A little bit pricier than average i think, but it's probably worth the money.

Ok. Busy Sunday at 18.30, staff were attentive and friendly. Food, well I ordered fish and chips. So the oil was too hot when it was cooked so the chips were overcooked and you could taste it.. The fish batter was too oily so normally I would expect better. OK so it was a busy night after a big weekend, but this is Hard rock.. They should be better in the kitchen than this. I didn't complain because it wasn't the worst meal, but they could definitely do better. Staff were great. Also ordered the promotion cocktail and got it supplied without the promo glass, I'm guessing they had run out. If you advertise a promo.. Have the stock necessary. All up not the worst experience, they could definitely do better.

Loud music all day and evening can't eat a meal like this and have a conversation, salmon had a very spicy sauce on top which then took the taste of the dish away. The starters were massive and over facing.

Can't beat a Hard Rock cafe.. and the Krakow one is no exception. Great venue with views overlooking main Krakow Square. Food and service really good.

Fantastic place right in the heart of Kraków. We had one vegan and one normal burger and both were amazing. Flavour and texture wete great, nothing was dry and buns were top notch. The portion size is also very big and you will be leaving with full stomach. Definitely recommend a visit.

Great place with delicious burgers! The burgers were huge and tasty. I had the harissa lamb burger and it was very well spiced and balanced with beetroot. They also have very good kid menu although the chicken strips were quite bland. Overall, brilliant place to drop by if you are craving some tasty burgers!

During my trip to Krakow, I was able to visit an atmospheric place that serves amazing burgers. Entering the restaurant, it becomes pleasant to be there at the sight of a smiling, sweet and beautiful girl, who completes your order. The food is delicious. I ordered a burger with beef, bacon and cheddar cheese. The only thing wasn’t perfect that the meet wasn’t fully cooked, but this still did not interfere with enjoying the food. I was also lucky with the cooking time, which was only 15 minutes, which is also an advantage if you are in a hurry. The location of the restaurant is also convenient, being in the very heart of Krakow. Definetely I recommend to visit this place

These are some of the greatest burgers in the city! We tried several of the choices, including the big kahuna chicken burger. All options were spectacular and value is very high. I would highly recommend this great burger joint!

The food is very good so I ended up going twice during my week long visit. There is a good variety of burgers, including vegan options. I tried a chicken burger, chicken wings and a surf and turf burger (beef patty and breaded prawns). The burgers are very large, most people wouldn't need to get a side or two people could get a burger each and share a side. The price is reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend checking it out.

A nice restaurant in the city center. It is located in one of the most popular places. Despite this fact, the prices are very good and the quality of the food was pretty good. We had the biggest schnitzel I ever saw.. there is also a playground on the upper floor. Everything we tasted was good, however be noticed, the chopped steak is actually a really well chopped steak ... It looks more like a burger than a steak ! When we arrived there was a huge queue , but we went to our table and ordered fast. A very good choice, with good prices in the heart of Krakow.

Amazing polish cuisine. The menu is bilingual Polish and English. Nominal prices and value for money definitely. The hot wine was amazing, spiced abundantly with claws, making it special. Tried the Polish sausage, it was over filling and it’s good for 2, one cannot finish it alone. The service was amazing. Really should appreciate the waiters and waitress waiting on the table as a serve with smile and. They were quite friendly and also if required. They also do give recommendations. Unfortunately, tipping has to be made in cash as they don’t add it to the bill even when requested. The place is always crowded, owing to its popularity and best polish cuisine. There is a brief wait. However it’s not long and it’s definitely definitely worth it. The standard compliment of fresh cucumber and horse radish Pickles are amazing with bread.

Really amazing polish food. We got there at 15:15 and were in the queue for 25’ more or less (it was quite long). We recommend to reserve if possible. Chicken soup is really cheap and so yummy. Amazing Pierogi!!!

we came in at 10pm and there were a good amount of people still dinning. We were quickly seated and the interior of the restaurant was very cozy. We ordered potato pancake with beef and it was outta this world tasty 😋 the fries with the steak was very delicious too. The pierogi were marvelous too. My partner and i had such an amazing time there and will miss it!!

Really enjoyed this restaurant! We thought we entered a tourist trap with all the tourists, but the prices were really cheap, the dishes and drinks were sooo creative, there was live music, service was litterally awesome and the food was great.
