Stopped after a wonderful hike to a secluded beach. Had a lovely mountain tea and a delicious healthy juice. Beautiful shaded area to sit in after the heat. Staff were friendly attentive and well mannered. The views over the marina were lovely too well worth a little visit. The ice-cream looked delicious too.

Rooms on the first floor are basic with comfy beds(but make sure they actually give you a double bed and not twin beds), the balcony is private but no view at all! Breakfast is excellent. Service is great in the restaurant and so is the food, very tasty with such reasonable prices. There are no extras like a swimming pool or spa.

The fish plate we ordered was a very sad story. Obviously, the fishes were not fresh, plain taste, such a disappointment. The waiter didn’t take care of us at all, seemed bored. We will never come back to this restaurant.

Terrible service, the staff were so arrogant and ignorant. Food was so - so. We asked for tap water, but they're forcing you to buy water. Normal tap water is only served in 0.2dl cup. The waiter doesn't know the menu, he's not familiar with it at all. The only answer we got is "I dont know". They never offered a high chair. Bad atmosphere, terrible attitude and moody staff. The prices are above head, but definitely not worth that money! Terrible experience! Stay away as far as possible from this place!

Room was stunning, paid extra for a top floor room with balcony which was definitely worth it! Location was also excellent, very close to all the good bars and beaches. Only downside was the food, we paid for full board but noone explained how this worked, the main restaurant menu was excellent but isn't included in the cost of full board, instead you have set menus for lunch and dinner which were very very limited on choice and not always appealing. Breakfast was okay, fairly standard continental buffet but the hot food was always cold no matter what time you went down. Staff were generally friendly, some moreso than others. We felt we would have really benefitted from someone explaining the meal situation a bit better when we arrived as every time we went for food we asked and were told different things!

This is a great restaurant to enjoy dining right next to the beach, and worth a visit just for that reason. In the evenings they even offer tables on the jetty, a special and unique experience, surrounded by water. The menu is standard local fare with lots of choices from fish to pizza. They also have a day menu that is of high quality. The signage for the day menu might look a little tired and touristy, but don't be put off, the day menu is definitely worth trying. Both the food and service are of a high standard. The waiters are friendly and help make your dining experience one to remember. Overall this is a great choice for beach location, quality food, reasonable prices and excellent and friendly service.

Me and my girlfriend visited this place in the evening when they have a service on the pier. which is dedicated to sports activities during the day. Looks quite romantic with all the lights and sound of the waves underneeth your feet. the service was excellent as were their pizzas and house wine. they also have daily menus at pocket-friendly prices. I will definitely visit this place again when I am in Makarska.

Beautifully presented restaurant menu enticed me in I had the seabass fillet with shrimp sauce and mash potatoes. It's was delicious. Staff were very attentive and friendly. All were really lovely and looked like they were enjoying their job. The jettie was beautiful you can dine out there and watch the sun set. As I was a solo diner I really didn't want to take a way a table from them and found a happy spot to watch it whilst I ate. Such a lovely evening and experience I would most certainly recommend this place a visit.

Best view for eating in makarska! Sat at a table on the pier, watching the sun set. Staff was really professional and helpful. However the food took about 50 minutes or so to arrive, could be explained by us ordering the lamb racks. Would recommend a visit or two as it also is a little bit away from the buzz of the main beach street.

It’s a beautiful place (you should go in the evening and catch the sunset). I recommend you to sit on the beach. The food is delicious.

The food and the service was excellent. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because there's no menu. You don't know what is available and as a tourist you don't understand all the ingredients. And you don't know how much you're going to pay until you see the bill. For the big fish for 2 persons, the server didn't ask us to choose and told us about a certain weight (because you pay on weight). After, we found out a different weight. Anyway, the food was delicious

EPIC Croatian food, which is prepared to the highest standards of love and quality. We yri d 6 man courses and each one was excellent and than some. From veal steak to tuna steak that. Calamari and grilled vegetables everythibg was excellent. Generous portions, value priced with epic quality and super service. Fast service with a a smile, meats prepared just right and seafood that is fresh and tasty will make sure that we will visit this place again. Recommended : steak, tuna steak, calamari Must Try : Chocolate cake

The service was really slow. 25 min to have a small starter. Then 1h20 to have 2 fish. It is quite expensive. 2 small fish, one tartine and one bottle of water. 140 euros and 3h. They also have no menu and sometime sélection is low. 4 options

We came here for lunch: house wine was good, and we chose potatoes, dorade and shrimps in a white wine sauce. It was good but a lot of work (do the shrimps, clean the bones) etc. The sauce was good. The best thing was the panacotta fig desert. It was surprisingly delicious!

One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten. The food was alluring. Lobster soup was exceptionally tasty. Thanks to Mario for the good hospitality. Bura serves affordable mouth watering food in Makarska. A must visit restaurant.

Loved this restaurant. It is perfectly located in the marina with views over the riva. We had the fish plate for two persons which comes with 2 breams, 2 pieces of tuna, 2 big adriatic squids and 2 prawns plus roasted, boiled potato and swiss chard. The whole thing costs 65 euros and it is very much worth it since 3 people can enjoy this instead of two. We also had prawn cream soup and vegetable soup as a starter, exquisite! will certainly visit again. I must also say that the service was very friendly and that as opposed to some local restaurants they do accept credit cards.

It was an amazing experience. The food -as it has been said before- is tasty and perfectly cooked. Although there are some reviews about the rude attitude of the waiters, for us was absolutely perfect. The waiter was friendly and attentive that he even suggested us a good local wine and some variety of food as recommendation from the house. If you're into a diversity of seafood, you may go for the fish plate.

No apologies for making us wait 1h to be served. Plus really bad talking when we were saying we would pay separately (table of 8). Its like it was we were asking a mental thing. You could just explain nicely. We liked the food tho.

The restaurant is located in the Makarska 's harbor and the view is spectacular: boats, palm trees and mountains in a single image. We went on a Tuesday evening at 19:30 and we were able to find a table without a reservation but after a half an hour it got really crowded so it's best to make a reservation first. The staff was not the kindest but I'm giving 5 stars for the food which was amazing. We had deep fried squid, fish pate, tagliatelle with salmon and shrimps and pasta with sea food. It was a nice culinary experience and I definitely recommend it.

We ordered 2 picas. Prices were reasonable. But the service was really cringe. The waiter kept pacing behind us the whole time. And when was finished eating we waiting like 15min before I got frustrated and asked for the check.

It’s a place for tourists and it’s decent. I went there to watch some premier league matches and that was really cool. If you ask they’ll put on what you want. I always got a table by just showing up, never needed to book in advance. The meal I had was average, maybe even expensive for the quality, but ok all the same:)

One of the best Pizzas I ever eaten in my life. Guys working there are charming and making sure you're taken care of. Place is situated right in the middle of the Riva where even when scorching heat, you can enjoy sea breeze and views, including a promenade of ridiculously good looking women ;). You have to go and eat there. That simple....very nice place

As a British tourist, this has been by fair the best place I've eaten at. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. Great for the family. Access to a high chair for the little ones. You will not be disappointed.

We had stopped here for lunch before leaving town to head to brela. So glad we did. We hadn't eaten yet, so I decided on a pizza with egg. The waiter kindly pointed out another one with eggs, that he said was better than the one I had picked out. Always trust the waitstaff! My meal was excellent! My boyfriend enjoyed their crepes and helped with my pizza. We both agreed in was one of the best ones we've had in Croatia. Absolutely go here

As a live-music, rockband bartender myself, this was definitely the place to go. Although I only went for coffee as it was my last day of vacation; excellent choose in beers, great service, very good taste in rock music playlists, plenty of seating inside and out, wonderful atmosphere and creatively decorated bathroom! (Ladies, idk about the men's).

Amazing pub, great asortment of beers, coffe is very good, and with a few interior and exterior details you do have a feeling that you are in London in the middle of beautiful Dalmatia. Personal very helpful and proffesional. Place to be when in Makarska.

The staff are very friendly and helpful they look after your needs and highly recommend I am coeliac and need gluten free beer it's the only place that sells it thank the lord

One of the beat dishes I have ever eaten in my entire life, everything was perfect. I was here twice in my vacation. Drinks also are great. Maybe it is a expensive place but it is worth it. I really appreciate it and recommend this place for everyone visiting Makarska 😅😎 i was here with my friends and everyone was shocked about quality of this place. We recommend Hillbilly Steak it's amazing. Potatoes there are Poetry for the mouth. Salad is also very good. Best place to eat in Makarska

I ate here with my two teenage children on holiday in Makarska. One of our best and most enjoyable meals thanks to the quality of the food and nice service by waiting staff. We would definitely go back. Small improvements that could be made are the lighting and music. The nice ambient lighting created a lovely atmosphere but was a little dark as we struggled to see our food and read the wine menu. We sat under one of the speakers which played relaxing ambient music that created a nice atmosphere but the volume was just a little too high for easy conversation. Great location next to the harbour and prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.

We just love this place! It's very unique and special...Every year we are at least once there when we are in Makarska. Food, location and service are just great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant (on the pictures you can see the foreplay smoked salmon (sooo good) - Kentucky chicken (the chicken could have a bit more flavour, but the waffle was awesome) - tempura shrimp (some more side dishes could make it even better) - brisket (the meat was just hmmmm tasty)

Amazing service - at least dual language speaking. Fantastic. Food served in almost fine dining like manner. Catchy names for the dishes. We tried Tacos, Tempura shrimps and Teriyaki chicken. Definitely worth trying.

Most amazing food ever with a great welcome drink! I had Brisket which the waiter recommended and it was the best meal I ever had!!! Ambient is super cool and chill, the staff is amazing! Coming back tomorrow.

In for a quick dinner. Delicious pizza , great service and ice cold beer. I’m in heaven. The spicy was great - not too spicy though. The seafood ones was awesome. Lots of locals - offering incredible value and much better than anything you would buy on the Riva. Worth visiting for a great value meal ✅✅✅

Came here after hiking on the Biokovo and we were starving. Location is good, service nice. Ordered pizzas very good, i recommend shrimp pizza.

Really delicious pizza!🍕🍕🍕 Dough is medium thin and well baked. Frutti di mare was the best so far. Spicy isn't spicy at all. Table wine is really good just as service. Interior is really nice and there is very good atmosphere with good music. I'm looking forward for my next visit.

The service was hectic and talking with the waittess was kind of cringe. The beers didn’t taste good and the pizza was terrible. There were only two olives on olive pizza. The salami pizza tasted good, but only without the salami. Also there were A LOT of cheese so the pizza was quite salty. We were told that we couldn’t pay seperatly (there were 8 of us).

Honestly pizza from Domina was the most salty one i have ever eat… Cheese on it was awful. Additionaly i ordered Martini Bianco but they gave me Rosso which i dont really like - change it in your menu card Lol

Very good and nice looking place with grilled meat. We were 3 people who ordered 2 burgers and meat plate. Everyone was happy and full. Portions are really large. Everything was tasty. We started with 3 soups - all of them also were really good.

We were here with six people and the waitress recommend us this dish and it was amazing we could taste national food. The beer here is also great. Very high recommendation for because there is good price to pay. Must recommend to all visiting Makarska 😎

Nice place with delicious food a little bit aside of the main tourist attractions in Makarska. All 3 soups from menu are worth trying, but I'd especially recommend mushroom soup. As to main dish I've had air dried burger and from the first bite it became my personal top 1. It doesn't have a lot of fancy add-ons but the burger itself is just perfect. The meat is juicy and tasty, bum is crispy. I highly recommend this place!

Great food for meat lovers, little far away from the beach, but it is cheaper than most restaurants in Makarska. Food quality is great. Good portions, friendly staff.

We ordered the meat platter for two persons.. was amazing, huge and very tasty. The atmosphere was excellent and the service great, friendly waitress with very good English speaking.

We went here for our first night after seeing all the online reviews. Overall it was good but wasn't anything spectacular. It's also worth mentioning that the restaurant don't have any allergen guides and seemed a little confused when we asked - they did do their best to let us know what food is cooked fresh though. We ended up having the chicken wings and fries which were tasty. They were full of flavour and cooked well. The restuarant does have tables by the sea front which are perfect for taking in the beautiful views while you eat.

Food: Oberall very good food. The BBQ Ribs were great. The Tuna steak was overcooked but the service was excellent and we got a new dish. Service: Very good and friendly service. Very attentive and customer focused (see comment above). Location: amazing location right at tha sea with lots of seating options. We very much enjoyed it. Prices: Prices are ok, certainly considering the location. Verdict: Great Restaurant. I can highly recommend it.

Lovely views and good food. Service was great. I have been told that this place has the best burgers in Croatia and I can back that up after my experience. Definitely recommend the burgers!

Came here for a quick breakfast, we ordered only cappuccino, croissant and orange juice. The waiter has mistaken our order, he inquired us instead of apologising (rude but apparently normal custom here). We had to wait half an hour for our easy order, even though the bar was only half full. The orange juice was watered down, the ice in it already melted. Location nice and prices in range with the rest of the town. The only moment the waiter was quick was when he handed us the bill.

Beautifull location,on the beach,so close to the sea so you can feel the waves,enjoy the sound of it and eat perfect food in the same time. Food is delicious,cocktails great and the service is so polite and professional. The sunset view is a big bonus to all of that Highly recommend
