Stopped in for here for the first time for brunch. Very laidback atmosphere and good decorations. Our server was very friendly, and knew a lot about the menu options. The only reason 4* on it is because the crispy part of the chicken did get a little soggy while on its way to the table, which happens. I got the chicken and waffles, which tasted amazing and the presentation was on point. Very satisfied and would love to come back to try out the dinner menu!

I always enjoy stopping by Park Street. Whether I’m dining inside or enjoying the outdoor patio, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting perfect for catching up with friends. The portions are generous and the service is friendly without being over-the-top. It's just a comfortable spot to enjoy tasty eats and drinks in a laidback setting.

Wonderful Thursday night dinner at Park Street. Atmosphere was lively and patrons were having fun. Enjoyed a Horsefeather Cocktail and the Chopped Salad. My daughter enjoyed the Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. Both meals were prepared with care and enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit.

This used to be our favorite place in the summers 3-4 years ago. The atmosphere was great, there was live music, was very nice. I think the vibe is still great, but the food reliability and overall tastiness decreased since then. We normally get burgers, and they are mostly meh every time we went for the last 2 years. One commonality is that a "medium" burger always comes out well-done and kind of dry. A couple of times when we specifically invited friends to go with us - we'd end up waiting for 45 minutes for the food once we ordered, and it would come out Not hot, so feels like there are some operational imperfections that creeped in. Tried more than half of the menu and for us the burger has been the preferred item, Cubano also nice, I think. Empanadas and wings weren't as wonderful to my taste (I was surprised to not like those), we tried a few other things as well, but I cannot remember much on those. The sweet potato fries is mostly very tasty, though a couple of times it felt undercooked. I expect we'll keep checking it out, as we just hope it will get back to glory. Kind of feels like its been much less busy than a few years back, and to me its the unpredictability in quality (and lowered deliciousness overall) - we went around 10 times in the summers 4 and 3 years ago and got food to go many times, and we went down to 2-3 visits per year in the last two years.

Came here with 2 other couples and our children on Friday 6/6 and sat outside. It was not busy at all around 5pm. Every time a food runner came out, he stopped at every table to ask if it was theirs, as if there was no system or numbered tables. They messed up 3 of our entrees, one they never even got the right meal out so we just ate what we got and paid for it. Then we had to chase the server and the bartender and server down multiple times for our drinks that they charged us, but never brought out. I had second hand embarrassment for them. How do you have such a prime location with such terrible service? I understand a bad night, but this was ridiculous. And then the sewer backed up so we just left and went to Emil's to finish feeding everyone. I have tried this place a few times over the years, and consistently have bad service while others rave over this place. Our friends that were with us even had their wedding and baby shower here and were floored at how Friday played out. Very disappointing and a waste of $200!

Ordered a caramel macchiato. Staff was kind. Taste was good. Atmosphere was clean. I would come here again.

Caught the worker at the window saying, "the ones who order matcha are always the biggest haters" to her coworker today after I had to clarify twice what my matcha should have over the speaker. I didn't yell. I clarified by spelling the word oat since I kept being misheard (oat and foam sound similar). I don't mind clarifying or spelling things out in a calm manner. I don't think being called a hater was warranted in this situation. Most employees at any business trash talk customers. But can you do it after I drive off instead of to my face as the window opens? Thanks.

Amazing and fast service and very clean establishment.

Good place to stop by in the morning. Staff is cheerful and happy it’s just what I need in the morning. And I love those strawberry overnight grains. I never had anything similar anywhere else. Definitely recommend this place. Light roast coffee is amazing too. Thanks Starbucks.

Ordered a cold drink that is no longer "on their menu" but was told they could still make it.."great" I say....Strawberry Acai .....Not enough ice to make it "slushy" and no Strawberries in drink or strawberry drizzle on inside of the cup....did not taste like it did at a different Starbucks location..YUCK :(. Won't return to this Mundelein location.

A really nice place! While we were waiting for our order, we were treated to salad and miso soup, and even given some new sushi to try so they could ask for our feedback — a very thoughtful touch. The sushi we ordered was fresh and delicious. Everything was prepared in about 20 minutes. The staff was wonderful — attentive, polite, and genuinely caring about the guests. Cozy atmosphere and overall a great experience.

If you're craving the best and freshest most scrumptious Hokkaido Oysters (I could easily gulp 20-30). This place will be your holy grail. These oysters are known for their plump, succulent meat and a smooth, delicate texture. Akkeshi, in Eastern Hokkaido, is particularly famous for its oysters, often referred to as the "milk of the sea". They have seasonal Japanese tuna and other varieties imported from Japan. Unagi, White Tuna and Katsou nigiri are outta this world and melt in your mouth. I highly recommend it to all authentic sushi lovers.

Had dinner here with my boyfriend tonight and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The Firecracker Roll is a family favorite, and tonight we also loved the King Crab Roll and Kani Maki Roll. The draft Sapporo was a perfect pairing. We’ll definitely be back!

I had to go into the office, so I decided to meet up with my grandma at Osaka Sushi during my lunch hour. They have very reasonably priced lunch specials! I got the Tuna Poke bowl, and it was delicious. Lunch came with soup and salad as well. Fast service - I was able to order, eat my food, pay, and still be back to my office before my lunch hour was over. I will definitely be back if I have to go into the office again!

Came here last night for my birthday and was blown away by the quality of the sushi. From outside it looks very unassuming but the interior is a wonderful sushi bar with an incredible selection of delicious and fresh sushi. The rice balls were also particularly good, especially the smoked salmon.

As regulars for Sunday breakfast, we just love the atmosphere at this McDonalds! The staff is always helpful and really friendly. Good vibes, great tunes, and lovely people.

I order the special that was just advertised double daily meal for $5.00 and was informed that the price is now $6.00. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a receipt and no receipt was provided at the pick-up meeting.

I stopped by today to try out the new bacon crispy Cajn ranch sandwich and it wasn't crispy was more soggy and the sauce it was just like they spit on it i had to get home and add my own mayonnaise just to have that rich flavor and im a cook for flemings stake house soo i know more about FLAVOR but experience is terrible the other McDonald's actually proved to be more efficient but this one is a thumbs down.

I normally let this stuff go but when I pay $3 for a lousy cup of coffee, I at least expect to get it how I asked with the extra ingredients I paid for. ESPECIALLY when I’m the only car in the lot?? And A MACHINE MAKES IT FOR YOU. all you have to do is press the buttons. And now they won’t answer the phone and keep hanging up on me.

Pop machine is only in the back. Still free refills, but now you have to ask for one.

Franks for the Memories has officially stolen our hearts.. again! My boyfriend and I came back for our second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first. We ordered the boneless wings and fries with cheese sauce, and everything was absolutely delicious. The wings were packed with flavor, the fries were perfectly crispy, and that cheese sauce… heavenly! Even though the place was busy, the staff had such a great, lighthearted attitude that made the whole experience even better. They were friendly, upbeat, and on top of it all, our food came out in less than 10 minutes! You can tell they care about both the food and the people they’re serving. We’re so happy to have this gem near our house. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again! :)

This place has been on my radar for years. Today a buddy and I were in the area at lunchtime, and decided to stop in for some wings. I'm so glad we did! The inside is loaded with sports memorabilia - mostly Buffalo Bills stuff, but some Bears stuff as well. The owner is from Buffalo, and this place is known for Buffalo wings so I get it. We both ordered a pound of wings with their traditional hot sauce. The sign says: "Your girl friend can handle it", but I'm pretty sure my girl could not. They were delicious but definitely had some heat. These are some of the best wings in Chicagoland! But don’t take my word for it: Franks is in the National Buffalo Wings Hall of Fame! Service was friendly and quick. We met the owner and he seems like a good guy. Can't wait for my next visit!

I’ve been wanting to go here for over three years now. For a first time experience, I got to meet the owner who takes pride in his business and was running the cash register. We talked about fishing life and his history with Buffalo New York such an amazing clean establishment. I’ve had a lot of chicken wings in my life. These are by far the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back again thanks for the hospitality.

This past February marked the very first time trying this place and I'm so glad I finally gave the famed wings joint a shot. For the longest time I always thought this was just another Chicago style grill and that eventually someday I'll give it a try just to compare against dozens of other similar venues. I was dead wrong about this place, this is NOT just another Chicago grill! Franks for the Memories is special and a real gem in Mundelein. The local residents should be proud to have this iconic wonder. With the exception of the curly fries, we all ended up ordering different items to eat which was good so I could give an overall excellent rating for the food alone. My wife mentioned that the buffalo wings are some of the best wings she's ever had in her life, that burger and fries were awesome and my son never complains about the chicken strips wherever he goes. We'll definitely be back for more great grub and I wish for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Only reason i stopped in is because working nearby. Had the boneless wings yesterday and it was a no go.. came back today and ordered the 9$ italian beef Was pretty shocked at the small portion.. It tasted decent, but its nothing special. Wish the prices were a little lower compared to the quality of the food..

A hidden gem in the suburbs! Gale Street Inn – Diamond Lake in Mundelein is an underrated secret that more people need to know about. My friends and I originally planned to head into the city for dinner, but we ended up switching plans and coming here instead, and I’m so glad we did. The food was outstanding, especially for the price, and the view of the lake added such a relaxing, scenic touch to the evening. The atmosphere really stood out: quiet enough to have a real conversation, yet still lively. It made for a perfect dinner setting. Service was solid, and here’s the best part, their bread and butter might just be the best I’ve ever had. No joke, it was that memorable. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food, a peaceful lakeside vibe, and a place that feels like a true local gem.

Went there last night for our 19th anniversary dinner and they simply knocked it out of park. This is really an excellent restaurant. Everything was perfect! The quality of the food is off the charts!

Excellent food. Slow service, but a very busy night. The whole place sang happy birthday for somebody. The prime rib was HUGE! King cut $60. Ribs were excellent... $35 I will be back!

This is my second visit since the remodel and the decor and atmosphere is still great. My chicken Vesuvio was not up to the usual standards. The potatoes were hard and chicken was overcooked. The rest of the dishes ordered was great!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience here that I had to share. I came in with my wife and kids last week for our first time after being recommended by some friends. From the start, our server Madalyn was such a pleasure and made our dining experience wonderful. It was our first time here, so naturally we had a lot of questions for her. She was so knowledgeable and she was so kind and patient with us. It can be difficult bringing in our kids to sit down somewhere but she was so great with them, we loved having her serve us. We started off with the lamb lollypops and could not get enough of them they were to die for. For our entree we got the ribs and shrimp combo as Madalyn told us they were famous for their ribs. They absolutely delivered! The meat fell right off the bone and the smoky rub mixed perfectly with their sweet barbecue sauce. We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu and will be requesting Madalyn as our server. Thank you!!

Super classy restaurant. Excellent service. Had a great meal. Captain Special is an unbelievable deal for $36. Also had raw oysters and soft shell crabs.

Chicken Marsala and rice pilaf, surf & turf. Had calamari and baby back rib rack for appetizer.

Had a Celebration of Life there for 35 ppl. Great space. Hot Food served hot, Cold Food served cold and all was very tasty.. Price was extremely reasonable for Soup, Salad, 4 Entree Choices, Dessert, Beverage. Service was very attentive, but unobtrusive.

Had a wonderful time! We celebrated a birthday on a Saturday evening. They have a live band and a packed dance floor full of people. We ate, drank and danced! Absolutely wonderful evening! The food was great Shrimp Fish and steak. Great service! Long time staff.

We love this location! My father has been coming to dover straits for decades, it's his favorite sea food restaurant. We came out for father's day and it was fantastic. They gave each father a 25$ gift certificate for the next visit. Not to mention the awesome salt water fish tanks! Great place, great chill atmosphere and very nice people!

I love pancakes, so it was a win to find this spot so close to where we we stayed. This place is HUGE inside, so while the parking lot was full we were seated right away. Our server was fantastic and very attentive… ordered a Latte, pecan pancakes and some bacon. They have quality bacon here , so thumbs up there. Pecans preferred cooked in the pancakes so thumbs down there. All and all we enjoyed our meal. The guy who brought our food did not have the sunny disposition that our server did which was unfortunate.

We went to Elly's for family breakfast. Omg everything tasted so good !! Everyone loved their breakfast dish and we had few leftovers. Very fast service, food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Very reasonable prices for the quantity of food. This is now our new favorite breakfast place. The manager to our servers were great !! Thank you ! See you guys next time.

This is hands down the best breakfast/lunch spot. The quality of the food is superb not to mention the wait staff is attentive and very pleasant. Pete always warmly greets us and makes sure that we are enjoying ourselves. We’ve explored the menu and you really can’t go wrong - their skillets are my go to though!

Excellent price. Scrambled Eggs were cooked to order. Great variety for a small plate. Looks like it's been remodeled and was much brighter, cleaner, more updated than we remember from our last visit. Wheat bread was delicious. My southwestern omelette was undercooked and a little soggy with some uncooked cheese and eggs in the center. It could have used three or four more minutes on the grill. Service was quick and friendly and I'm sure if I had asked they would have taken it back to fix the order.

Delicious stuffed crust. We ordered the Bills special pizza. Nice portion of veggies, meat and cheese. The sauce was hot and fresh. Enjoyed the outdoor seating too

One of the best pizza places known to man kind. Most tasty well cooked and put together pizza you'll ever taste Will the bartender knew how to keep conversation with the customers while multitasking. He actually explained the menu to me and gave me a run down on the establishment thats been there for many many years. The environment looked like you stepped in to a log cabin with a stone fireplace and taxidermy animals throughout the establishment. Very well put with great taste. Outdoor seating and also a great view of the pond to view while eating. Sunset would be best in my opinion. Great waitresses and friendly as soon as you walk in your greeted right away. Next time ill get more pics to post. I will be back NOTE slot machines are available but there are no ATMs so you must bring cash for that.

I have been going to Bill’s for over 50 years and I’ve always loved it except recently for two bartenders who have zero customer service. But Will the bartender on Saturday afternoons is one of the best bartenders around. We had so much fun yesterday we met two other couples and had a blast. Nothing better on a Saturday afternoon than watch a Cubs game while eating, good food and being entertained by the bartender. He anticipates your next move and is ready to serve you. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t know if we would come back. ❤️

Hidden gem of the far NW burbs for sure! Definitely tops some of cook county’s “best” pizza Vibes, service, and decor were great too. Emma killed it - she went above and beyond 🙏 See yall next time!

Dang, that was one great pizza! This thin crust tavern pizza took us back to our long lost youth when square cut pies came out oven hot with prefect crust and generous toppings in every bite. We’ve been searching for this pizza for years and finally found it. Fergit the chains and the fancy-pantsy, over-priced Italian emporiums. Bill’s Pizza is the place. And the place…old school kitschy. Time machine!
