Location: Seaside Muro beach Food : international and Japanese Service : Friendly and quickly respond We just walked in for dinner . The food it's very good and quality. Price a little bit high but the area is for Turismo so it's fine. We will come back again. Recommend food is tempura shrimp it's super super good .

We had Truffle Ravioli and a Caprese di Burrata - a really good lunch at a very fair price! Would definitely recommend!

As a large family we ate here every night for a week. The food was fresh every day and there is a lot of choice; from pizza and pasta, to sushi and other Asian dishes and delicious desserts. The restaurant looks modern and neat. The staff is very friendly, creating a nice atmosphere. We were lucky enough to be served by Jonathan on many occasions. He is a very nice person, with good energy, humor and is very attentive! Both to us, and to the children and other guests. But also the manager and other employees are very friendly. Price-quality is great. The portions are large and everything is fresh and well prepared. We have eaten in many restaurants in Mallorca. The good cuisine with varied dishes, together with the modern and well-kept appearance of the restaurant and the great service, makes Picco the best restaurant in the area. We can therefore recommend this restaurant and will be happy to return later this year.

I am not very excited about this place. I tried to pick a healthy meal (this salmon salad) but was saddened by a heavy dressing on my salad. The taste was alright, and the service was very good and fast.

Very friendly staff, as soon as we were on the table the lady brought a kids menu and paintings for our son. We ordered the tapas special and the kids menu. The tapas were amazing! Today we went again and the calamari was delicious!

We had two lunches and two dinners in this cafe/restaurant. This explains how good it is. Any food they prepare is simply great and is comparable with any of the top restaurants in the area. I can recommend A. Zulle and Pierre B. sandwiches. For dinner I had chicken breast stuffed with smoked salmon(great) and cod. Cod is the best fish I had in last couple years We will definetly visit this restaurant again once we are back in playa de muro, highly recommended!

Such a lovely atmosphere, great service and wonderful food. We really felt at home shame we didn't bring our bikes lots of cyclists and bikes with a designated bike park area which looked secure. Really fab place. They had protein recovery shakes on the menu too! I'd most certainly come back here and would highly recommend a visit. They had cycling events on their large TV, lots of interesting memrobilia on the walls and jerseys for sale. Food was delicious and the service was great. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful friendly staff too!

This is a hidden pearl. Dont get distracted by the name and placement. We took a three meal course and was so pleased. Cod croquette was awesome, melting in the mouth. Cod filet was perfect and large. My partner ordered a medium rare grilled tenderloin and it was perfectly prepared. Good chocolate mousse and chocolate ice cream for desert. 5/5 worth the money

Ordered the Chateaubriand for 2 people. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Just what we needed after Mallorca 312! fast service despite being busy. Couldn’t recommend more!

Went out looking for a steak and did we find it? Oh yes. I had the Iberian pork chops. These were the best pork chops I've ever eaten, succulent, tender and cooked to perfection on the big fire breathing grill. One of our party had a fillet steak, again fantastic and cooked to medium like we ordered. My son had a burger, he enjoyed it but 'had better'. Our last dish was the veal Gordon Blue, again very tasty. If I get time again this holiday, like Arnold, I'll be back.

The evenings at El Patio are always delicious. The fresh meat put on the fired up grill doesn’t look only very nice no it also tastes perfect. The Grill Chef knows what he’s doing. The service is friendly and fast. I can recommend El Patio.

We ate fillet steak here twice in a row during our vacation because we felt very welcome here. The steak was delicious and the price was reasonable. We sat outside and the ambience was very appealing. Thanks for the great evening(s)! ✌️

It’s an awesome location and most of the food is pretty good. However we ordered some Spaghetti Frutti di Mare and it arrived completely cold, probably due to waiting for the other dishes to be ready. When this was explained to the waitress no discount or complimentary coffees were provided as is customary in these cases. Quite overpriced and slow service is my final opinion.

Food is not the best here price are according Alcudia ans surrounding. Location and atmoaphere make the place unique! If your budget is limited you can just take a drink

Great place. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere right at the beach. The perfect place for a drink or bar menu dinner. It was really great to feel the breeze from the ocean after a hot day. The mojito is nice :) . It is a bar by the beach 👍

Friendly and fantastic staff and a beautiful spot with an outstanding panoramic view and that’s already all! The Poke Bowls are really awful! Less quality of the ingredients. Nothing seems to be fresh and that’s poor and disappointing at all. Hopefully the other stuff is better! Fingers crossed!

To me this place is more like a restaurant where you would have a meeting with somebody rather than something where you wanna go cuz you are hungry. Way more expensive than it should be: a plate with 2 tables spoons of salmon on it and some sauce cost me €24.

Very long tasting menu. Strong start with amazing tapas, a nice selection of vermuts. My favorite was the duck & fig. I was feeling full before getting to the main courses and couldn’t enjoy those. Overall good experience, but maybe would be good to have a smaller version of the tasting menu

One of the authentic culinary gems in Mallorca. No doubt why it is in the Michelin guide. It is not only about food, it is about the overall experience. The service was superb 10/10. Inside, the ambient and decoration very well designed. The tasting menu is an authentic journey of flavours. Price in accordance with the experience. No question that Javier Hoebeek, the chef, is a raising star. 100% recommend.

Visited the restaurant yesterday and we tried the tasting menu with wine parring. I must say it was an absolute unique experiance. The food was outstanding and the presentation was worth 5 stars aswell. The room is modern and the atmosphere is very cozy. Its really worth a visit

It’s hard to rate this five stars. That doesn’t seem like enough stars to convey the great experience of patrons at this establishment. The feeling and memory of Mallorca, the local flavors, the attention to detail by every member of the staff, the wine list, and the facilities are all far above par. If there’s one place I’d recommend in Mallorca, this is it.

Please avoid!! Any tourist wanting to eat here avoid at all costs. We came here for food on the beach front. My partner ordered a chicken kebab, myself a pizza and our friends pizza. What turned up was pink chicken for my partner and a pizza that seemed to have been dropped in a deep frier. Food took 1 hour to come. My partner was totally put off after the pink chicken which is understandable. So asked for a margarita pizza in replacement. By the time me and our friends finished a waiter came over saying "all finished" and totally forgot about my partner. When we said leave the margarita pizza knowing what was coming they said they will still charge us for this because we ordered this after. But we only ordered this after due to pink chicken provided for after a hour cooking!! I didn't take pictures of the pink chicken due to giving people opportunity to fix there wrongs. Please avoid at all costs! Save your money and time.

Food overall is ok - Fried squid ring is like you ate gummy - Paella is ok but a bit salty And the service not friendly at all.

A gourmet gem with a sea view! We ate there every single day during our stay. Staff is very hard working and they do their best. Food is absolutely DELICIOUS. Lovely playlist and an overall superb experience. Pick the mixed grill seafood dish or something like that, and you won't regret it. Oh, and the Roquefort sauce is YUM. Lunch or dinner, you must try this restaurant at least once. 😁

Food Amazing, a wonderful experience. We got there just as they were closing and stayed open so we could have the biggest calzone me and my partner could eat. Maria our waitress was very polite, very attentive. Service food 5star. The deco and artistic artwork is similar to what I make myself so I was impressed that they wanted to see what work I did, truly out of this world highly recommend, price is comfortably superb thankyou

Cocktails here are ace and not stingy at all. Good food, fast service. Our best eating/drinking experience in Playa de Muro - we went back a few times!

Fantastic interior and awesome food. The ribs are 11/10. Each table has remote with a button calling the waiter and the bill :)

Never buy Virgin cocktail there for your children!!! I asked for a virgin cocktail for my daughter, who is 4 (San Francisco on the menu). When we got the drink, I asked a second time if it is alcohol free. The waitress told me yes, that all the San Francisco are Virgin! When paying her coworker turned red, saying that this is not an alcohol free drink! After the girl drank almost the whole cocktail! We didn't have to pay and got free water, though.

I don’t like writing bad reviews unless it is truly deserving. Unfortunately this hotel merits it. We had to change rooms because of pests and still the next room had them and the staff didn’t care when we brought it to their attention. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, but the cleanliness really worries me. We love the area and will be back, but not at this hotel.

The worst birthday of my life. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, but these visits are worlds apart. Last time, everything was great: the room, the view, the service. That's why I decided to celebrate my birthday here this year and even invited my family, believing in the hotel's quality. But this time was a disaster. We had to wait longer than expected for our check-in. Only at the moment of registration, they informed us that our rooms would be on the first floor (1 room had a view of rooftops and other rooms' balconies, and the 2nd room overlooked the pool where musical events took place). I had corresponded with the hotel in advance about getting high-floor rooms with sea views, and I also paid extra for the "room with a sea view". In the end, the staff said they couldn't help, and I noticed rude behavior from them multiple times. A friend had pre-ordered a bottle of alcohol and some fruits to make our arrival better. At registration, the staff said it would be a gift from the hotel as compensation. However, later they charged us for these items and a few others we didn’t order. On my birthday, I lay on the bed in that awful room, crying, all thanks to the terrible service and quality of this hotel. The staff wasn’t interested in helping – that much was clear. I felt taken for granted, just another face among many, even though it was meant to be a special day for me and my family. The previous part of the review was my emotional take, but now I’d like to list out the facts: - Dirty and old towels in the room, - Filthy walls, holes, - Rust on almost all metal surfaces, - Brown stains on the ceiling, - Large, unidentified spots on the upholstery, - Rooms poorly cleaned, lots of dust and trash, - Almost no hygiene products (hair conditioner, gel, body lotion), - The hairdryer was falling off the wall, - THERE WERE HUGE COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM (I'm petrified of insects, but we had to face this shock multiple times). I highly discourage staying at this hotel. They don't care about making your stay pleasant; you're just a guest who will be replaced by another in a few days. My birthday was filled with tears, disappointment, and sorrow. The cleaning and repair quality in the rooms is unacceptable, and health standards (because of the cockroaches) are clearly violated. Do yourself a favor and pick a different place for your vacation.

No English TV, all is German. No car park, just public areas with parking places. Old style, no yang people. Good Beds, good fresh food. Wonderful Beachfront but no City attractions, no clubs, silent place.

Rarely do I write negative reviews, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to raise awareness about my recent experience at the hotel. The hotel’s only positive aspect is its beachfront location. Upon entering the lobby, I was met with a disturbing odor reminiscent of a public toilet. The check-in process was efficient. Due to overbooking, our original stay with the Grupotel group was canceled, and we were transferred to this hotel, where they claimed to provide their “best room.” While the view from the room was indeed beautiful, the rest of the room was poorly designed and impractical. The beds were low-quality singles ON Wheels , making them move with the slightest motion. Additionally, the room lacked basic hygiene equipment, and the bedsheets were dirty. Furthermore, using the safe required an extra fee. It seemed evident that the hotel staff had lost hope in the management’s ability to maintain proper standards. Within the first hour of our arrival, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, a member of our group was singled out by the hotel manager for wearing a Ralph Lauren t-shirt and Nike shorts. We would have complied with any dress code if it had been clearly communicated. What made matters worse was that the manager didn’t directly speak to us, but instead relayed his message through his staff even though we were 1 meter apart from each other, leaving us feeling like second-class customers. When we asked the manager about the hotel policy, he stated that there was none regarding shorts, but he personally disliked the fabric of the shorts. Ironically, we noticed other diners wearing shorts and even swimsuits in the restaurant. We sought a simple apology for being called out in front of everyone due to the manager’s personal preferences on clothing, but we were never given one. Instead, we were told to “just go enjoy your stay, why do you want to create an issue.” Although the manager greeted us with a smile in the following days, we found their initial behavior highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the hotel is in dire need of renovations in all areas. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially considering its price range.

In short. Exceptional location Impeccable service. Staff is outstanding; helpful, polite, professional. The people who work in the hotel deserve 5 stars! Exceptional Room. I bought a "sea view" room but, unfortunately, the view was on the internal parking lot. There was, to the left, just a distant glimpse of the beach. A room like this is not a "sea view room". Be careful if you book. Being on vacation, I wanted to avoid the stress of filing complaints. And I accepted that I paid a high price for a room with a sea view which was a parking lot view. Buffet. GIANT! Both at breakfast and dinner. location. Wonderful beach just in front of Playa de muro. However, you have to pay separately for sunbeds and an umbrella (two sunbeds and 1 umbrella: around 15 euros)

A bit uneven.....visited the restaurant 2 times during the holiday and the first time it was great but the second time nothing special. The first time you got, for example, nice spices on a plate to season your food, the second time no spices and when we asked for salt and pepper we got little ugly paper bags with it. The free shot you got after the meal was great though!

Date night with my wife was fantastic. This restaurant has been serving premium meat continuously since 1978 for a reason. They know thier stuff. The owners of the restaurant are hands on deck, the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were attended by Mr. Muri, I would like to thank him for his time, dedication and recommendations. We enjoyed everything recommended. The meat here is mouth watering and honestly out of this world. Amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, honestly if you like meat, check it out.

Excellent steak! Busy and popular place. Nice terrace but not ideal on the main road. Service so fast you feel a bit rushed if anything. Would go back for the food though, steak was top.

If you are a meat eater then this is a must ! Fantastic food, one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. You can taste that it has been cooked on a wood fired Grill/BBQ. The service was absolutely spot on. All washed down with an I've cold beer.
