We decided to visit Osteria in domo based on tripadvisor.ie reviews. I must say it was a great decision. The food, service, and atmosphere met my expectations. It's very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It's a place you must go to. Their version of Tiramisu is just mouthwatering... the best I have ever tried. And the carpaccio 😋😋

Waitress was very frowny for some reason. We were just given a huge stack of disorganised menus which were not translated properly to English, so we still couldn’t understand what each dish was when looking at the “translation”. When I asked to have some description of the dishes, she was frustrated, described 2 dishes carelessly and left us again. The pasta with truffle was soso, braised beef and tiramisu were delicious. The chicken dish came without a side, and we were not advised to add a side for that dish. A meh experience overall.

The pizza was absolutely fantastic. This little pizza restaurant is close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa but not in the touristy area right next to the tower. Lots of choice and all very good value for money.

Ordered the pici truffle dish, good overall, could've had a bit more truffle within the dish, rather than just on top, considering that's the selling point. Friend ordered the chicken cacciatore and said the sauce was a bit too salty. Pretty sure they gave bread left from another table. Tiramisu was yum, but more a cake than tiramisu, no coffee notes. Cream and biscuit crumble topping was great! Red wine had a few sediments at the bottom of the glass. Saw the waitress drop a fork and not replace it whilst setting up tables.

Food was excellent and Simone has a history for every single plate and drink you take in Osteria in Domo. Very nice service. Tiramisu was terrific. Highly recommended.

We got recommended to this ristorante from our hotel and what a great Tuscan restaurant in Pisa. Out of the touristy stretch of restaurants and tucked in a alley, loved the nice ristorante ambience and had great depth of character. Service was top notch right from all the wait staff and front door team. All the dishes we tried were home cooked flavour, but elevated nicely for a ristorante and tasted wonderful. We were so glad that we went searching for this ristorante and had a very special meal.

The staff were phenomenal, the vibe and ambiance felt authentic, and the pasta and wine were nice! I got the pesto one and the pasta was cooked nicely al dente, but my one piece of feedback is that the sauce could’ve had a bit more flavour

We visited twice in one week. The food is amazing. The service is second to none. We came here last year and had to return as the food is so good.Our first night was better than our second night. Unfortunately my starter was wrong but the owner offered to amend the mistake. I did say it was OK as I was looking forward to the main course. He said he would take it off the bill at the end of the night. The food and drink continued through the evening at a 5 star rate. The bill was never reduced but that won't stop us coming back when we visit Pisa again.

Very cozy and elegant restaurant with delicious food, the texture of the fresh spaghetti was perfect and the salad was so fresh

My airbnb host recommended this place for me as homemade pasta and traditional food. I can undoubtedly say this is one of the best in Pisa. Their specialty is thick spaghetti, we love it, tastes absolutely amazing. The portions are really big, and can be easily shared. The place is cozy and can get busy really fast. Reservation is definitely necessary or comes when they just open. I didn’t make reservations and came around the open time. After 20’, the place was full.

BEST PIZZA EVER! The crust made this pizza so tasty. The topping were outstanding. The service was friendly and fast. I spoke to the pizza maker and he was a pure delight. This really made a nice way to end our trip to Pisa! MUST EAT HERE!!

I had a wonderful experience! It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. The service was excellent, and to top it off, I was treated to a complimentary orangecello at the end. I highly recommend this restaurant, and the prices are very reasonable.

small restaurant but with nice outdoor seating, not far from the leaning tower. excellent pizza and quick, efficient service. the dough is very soft and airy and the toppings are fresh and good quality. definitely recommend if you want to get a good pizza in pisa.

The best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life, hands down. And believe me, I’ve had a lot of pizza, but this one stands above the rest. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside. Every bite had the ideal balance of flavors—the sauce was rich, tangy, and bursting with the sweetness of perfectly ripe tomatoes.

Given the tourist traps around Pisa tower, this is an honest place, with fair prices and good food. We went there twice. I gave the service only 4 stars, because we went there twice - the lady that waited on us was was great, but the second server was not that welcoming.

A warm welcome and a door that was held open for us by two friendly men is what we got as we approached the Il Peperoncino in a cold winter's afternoon. One of the gentlemen led us to a nice table for us two and promptly handed us the menu. Shortly after, while we were still browsing the menu (which has both, italian and english on it), the other gentleman brought a small basket with complimentary bread in it to our table. When it came to ordering, we werent quite sure what the one dish we sought after was actually called, but fortunately the waiter offered to, and actually did identify it by a picture we showed him - a type of spaghetti with all sorts of sea food. The other dish we ordered off the menu was a spicy pizza. The food was really good, the prices were reasonable (~30€ for 2 meals and 1 drink) and the portion sizes left the both of us satisfied. Noteworthy is that the seafood spaghetti were at only ~13,50€. After we finished our food, another Gentleman, who seemed to be the owner of the establishment, came to our table to kindly ask us if we wanted another drink or a dessert. We declined, and I asked to pay instead. As we were about to leave, the 3. gentleman inquired about our dining experience and asked me to write a review. At Il Peperoncino my wife and I concluded our trip to the Pisa Tower with a delightful, authentic italian meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Service is good . The frontliners understand their tourists well here. We had a moscato to start and no judgemental faces at all. Muscato was very good and was tempted for a 2nd glass but we still have lots more to do I had a truffle pasta. On its own... just enough flavour but adding in grated parmesan really pops the flavours. I am not used to these thick pastas but the dish was good anyhow. Wife had a seafood pasta. Generous serving size with lots of seafood. The have heating lamps and blankets for u to keep warm when u dine outdoors. Not far at all from Tower of Pisa .

We just had a really lovely meal at Ristoro Pecorino after visiting the Piazza dei Miracoli. We passed by at around 6 pm and decided to stop and have something to eat as the menu looked really intriguing. Being a veggie, it's nice to have a choice of dishes rather than have the same thing, and this restaurant had that option. We had the delicious brushetta vegana for starter, and ravioli del pecorino and pici con Fonduta di pecorino al pepe as mains, accompanied with a stein and a glass of house white. We sat outside next to the heaters, so although the weather was a bit fresh, we were warm enough. The staff were attentive we didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks to arrive. Our bill came to 55€. The place was getting busier as we were getting ready to leave, so maybe getting there early wasn't such a bad idea. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in Pisa, and it's a good stop for veggies as there's a variety of dishes to choose from.

It was such the great choice to go for this restaurant in Pisa. The food was absolutely amazing that I would like to rate 100/10. Would never have thought this would be the best meal in my Italy trip. Highly recommend to those visiting the leaning tower of Pisa.

You'll be accosted by many trying to convince you to go to their restaurant ... Pecorino is not in that place it's a nice gem.... You go and enjoy a lovely food large portions and tasty and served by very nice members of staff polite and helpful. I am staying in Florence but Pecorino food is the best I have till now !!!

Great service !! I loved the coke glass was like the Pisa Tower !! Deseart was great and house wine is ok! Soup was a perfect fit for the cold weather ... I would recommend if you are visiting Pisa !!

The food was satisfactory but not top. My pizza was good but I had a better ones in different restaurants in Italy. My husband got spaghetti with seafood. He said that it was also fine but the quantity was so little. They charge us 2.7 euros each for the coperto although it says in the menu 2.5 euros??! We had to wait for around 30min for the food. The lady who served us was so friendly and welcoming and explaining all the dishes contents. The location of the restaurant is very good and the atmosphere is lovely. I conclude that it is a decent place to grab a quick lunch but not a great one.

Very average. Its a nice looking place but kind of falls flat with the food. Service was good. I had a Caesar salad and my lady had a pizza. The salad was served in a mixing bowl and lacked any real depth, but it was only a tenner. Okay if you want a cheap meal and to kill half an hour.

i’m not sure what people expect, but we have travelled around the world at least six times and visited Pisa on four occasions. This restaurant is typical and enjoyable.

Didnt like my dish I ordered tagliatelles with scampi but was I big scam. I asled if there was a sauce with pasta I didnt see any in my plate only juice of one big scampi which hasnt any meat in it My friend had orderee penne with salmon it was delicious but the quantity is too small for the prices 15€ and 13€ we left hungry and unsatisfied :/

The food is beyond reproach. The prices are acceptable. The service is nice and helpful. However, the music played outside is quite loud and not typically Italian. It's bearable, but not necessarily nice.

Went twice over 2 days as it was highly recommended by a local friend. I love the oven-baked pizzas (we tried the magarita, 4-cheese, and sausage with mozarella) here and the cecina was to die for. Will come again if I'm ever in Pisa

The food here was delicious! Ordering the food was a bit confusing though. We arrived right when the restaurant opened according to Google maps, but the staff were only starting to set the restaurant up. They began putting out tables and chairs, etc. a line formed so we lined up but as we got to the front (which took a while since the line was long) they told us for dine-in eating, we had to find a table outside. Since we spent all our time in line there were limited tables but we managed to find one. After that, it took a while for the servers to get to us and give us our food. They were nice about it and attentive, but the service was just too confusing and not well explained for someone who is not a local. Overall, the food was really good, not too salty, very flavourful and felt authentic for the pisa area.

Pretty awesome place. The owners were kind enough to give us an indoor table on a rainy day (indoor section was not open yet). The pizza was awesome and we also got a corn based dish (can't remember the name) which was great as well. Nice cozy place. Loved the artwork on the wall as well sculptures made out of old circuits. As an engineer this was pure Bliss for me :D

If you like pizza DO NOT eat here. Quite possibly frozen pizza which tasted disgusting. I have no idea where other reviewers ate but it definitely wasn't here. Service dismissive, food really awful. Avoid.

It was terribly salty. Worst pizza ever I have had in Europe. Also service was bad. They took 20m just for one pizza. And they automatically add tip in bill without ask. In addition, they made us pay for water. Crazy. Don’t go please. i dont know the reason, why this is popular. There are many places much better than here. Please do not go here.

Most delicious sandwich I ever tried, in the heart of Pisa - very near to leaning tower. if you are passing by - I recommend you try Variations of choices, amazing bread and fresh products and very reasonable price

This was the best lunch we’ve had in Italy so far. There was a woman outside who helped us with the menu. She was very kind and patient. Inside, ordering was a bit more rushed, but we were still well assisted. In the end, we ate the sandwich outside since there’s limited space to eat on-site. All in all, it was a fantastic lunch!

While waiting for my order with my wife, we witnessed the horrifying scene of a blonde-haired manager yelling incredibly loudly at her employees in front of all the customers... having worked as a manager at a McDonald's restaurant for two years, I could understand what they were talking about... It's McDonald's, not much more to say. The place was clean looking and they had plentiful self-service kiosks to order from. Orders were called clearly and in both Italian and English when I was there. Food was quick and hot. I got nuggets, fries and a drink which costs about 10€ and overall decent meal. Nuggets were hot as were fries. Both were tasty and the drink was, well a drink. Overall, decent McDonald's.

It's not up to me to comment on the quality of your burgers, but it's really sad that you didn't do your best to remove the toilet and prevent the smell of urine from reaching the entrance. This shouldn't happen in the center of civilization, please.

I Porci Comidi is a great place to stop. We were a little tired of eating pasta so sandwiches were a welcomed break! My family ordered the Farmer and the Professor’s sandwich amongst a couple others and everything we had was so delicious! There’s very little space inside the shop but plenty of tables outside. The pigeons are walking around for crumbs but are not too aggressive. 10/10 highly recommend!

We stopped at this panini place that we came across by chance while leaving the Pisa Tower and going to the central train station. Two very entertaining staff members introduced the menu as if they were doing animation. The result was magnificent. It was a real feast with a huge delicatessen plate and breads. I will definitely stop by here again and taste other things.

Porci Comodi in Pisa is a great spot for delicious food! The pork is incredibly tasty, juicy, and full of flavor, and the truffles add a perfect touch. It’s an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. However, there’s limited seating inside, and the bar tables aren’t very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was raining during my visit, so sitting outside wasn’t an option. Despite that, the food alone makes it worth a visit!

I visited I Porci Comodi in Pisa, and it’s a fantastic spot if you’re looking to try delicious jamón and sandwiches. The atmosphere is great, and the place is so popular that it was quite crowded when I went definitely a good sign! I tried the Mortadella sandwich and the Porchetta, and both were absolutely tasty. The flavors were delicious , and the ingredients seemed fresh. If you’re in Pisa and want a casual yet delicious meal, this is the perfect place to stop by. Highly recommended!
