Randomly stopped into this cool restaurant as the kids were hoping for burgers for lunch. Excellent all around! Good food, great beer on tap, and terrific service. Had a good chat with the owner, great people working hard for 5+ years to make a successful casual spot with tasty comfort food. Looks like it would be a great place for watching futbol or other sporting matches. We’ll be back!

Great service, great prices, great beer and food as well. They are welcoming, provide a water for your dog, and bring you whatever is in their hands. Halušky is the all-time classic dirt that cannot go wrong on places like this. Pretty big portion for a regular person. The chicken tortilla is well packed, tasty and with fries on the side. Urpiner beer is not one my favourites, but they know how to tap it, so it actually tastes pretty well. The beer choice is also quite big. There are nice seats outside in the pedestrian zone or nice spacy interior with TV for sport broadcasting. Parking is not that close, first option is across the main road in the side streets. On week days and Saturdays they are paid.

The place is really cozy, the staff is polite and the food is yummy. I had an appetizer and the famous "bryndzové haluškyn", there was a lot of food and I did not managed to finish it.

Fantastic local pub that serves delicious local food. Very cosy and 'chilled'. Nice stop for a drink and nibbles or a proper meal. We had a family dinner there and were quite happy with our food (although maybe a bit too full :) ). Great and prompt service too!

We stayed nearby for bunch of days and had several foods in this restaurant. Staff was very nice and the food was awesome. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The restaurant is mostly focused on Italian dishes and they're very good at that. Of course there's a plenty of other dishes to choose from as well. The beer was also fine.

Consistently very well cooked food. Their cooks are really good, they keep the standard high for many years. Kind people and place is spacious and clean (including toilets). We return here often, it never disappoint us.

Awesome food, reasonable places, nice atmosphere with French songs and also a great variety of meals. Service was pleasant and very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

Nice pub but the food was just meh 😕. We had Tatarski Biftek, a pork (gipsy) burger and duck pirohy. The burger in particular was disappointing (super sweet). The rest was just expensive and below average food. The atmosphere is nice though, so I would come back for drinks rather than food.

This was a wonderful hidden gem we found in Poprad. Everything was great: the food, the place, the service, the atmosphere. La Primavera is a small, true Italian restaurant located near the Poprad river and the city center. If you're ever in Poprad (or the Presov region) then you have to pay them a visit. We went there and were blown away by the exquisite food. We had a minestrone (which was full of flavors and colors), an anchovy and vegetables pizza (which was light and savory), pork with a side of mashed potatoes (which my wife said were really good) and a tiramisu (which was delicate and delicious). They have a lot of pizzas and other dishes in their menu (and all of them look and sound amazing) and we'll definitely come back to try more. The drinks menu is also really diverse, containing excellent Italian coffee, natural juices and different alcoholic beverages. Overall this is definitely a place to check out: you won't be disappointed.

You have to make a reservation. We waited a long time after ordering, until we got the food. Too long! Some of the dishes weren't exactly what we ordered. One of the waitresses was very rood. The food was o.k, but not more than that. We didn't enjoy the meal.

If you are looking for good food at a reasonable price, Restaurant Stodola is a great choice. The food is excellent, but you may have to wait a bit longer than other places. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The place stayed very full and we enjoyed the selection and quality of food. The pork was undercooked, but quickly corrected. Our waitress was efficient and knowledgeable. They also have anglicky (English) menus a available

20th of December 2017 Everytime I come for visit this place is getting worse and worse. Staff ignored me amd my fiance for at least 30 minutes until I decided myself to go to order personally at the desk. Nobody paid attention and I had to beg for order staff behind the bar! I have ordered two meals and a beer. The worst food and beer I ever had, and all the dirty dishes were sitting on tables around us and nobody went to clean them up for our whole visit. Very unprofessional. Why is the manager not doing anything about it? This place could be much better. Thanks for ruining my day.

Brilliant customer service, large space, retro music, jovial waiting staff. However, a bit on a pricey side (who isn't these days, though).

Have been there during our family trip through Slovakia in july 2017. The first idea was to stop in a shopping center because there is easy to find fast food places. We traveled with kids (2,5, 8) and usually in restaurants there it is a problem what the kids will eat. We were pleasantly surprised to find a local restaurant with such an original interior design. They had a menu in English so even with some minor language adaptations we were able to order what we wanted to. The kids eat everything and even said that the chicken soup id like grand ma'. The portions were even bigger than expected and the food on a higher level for a moderate price. A nice surprise to find such a place in a shopping area and form us a warm recommendation.

We had a great family stay here at Hotel Satel. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was delightful. Highly recommend it! Will definitely be coming back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location just 5 mins walk away from train / bus station and 3 mins walk to city centre. Rooms are newly refurbished and my room was very clean and comfortable with all the essentials. Housekeeping attended daily. From my understanding the double glazing is planned in the near future hence this shouldn't be reflected in reviews in my opinion. En-suite bathroom was modern and stylish. Plentiful options for breakfast. I chose to dine in the hotel on couple of occasions and found the options to be very good value for money. The level of care from the staff from the management, reception to the catering / bar staff was outstanding. Helpful, professional with great customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in hotel Satel therefore highly recommend it and will definitely return when next in Poprad.

Clean renovated rooms with great service and staff! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Location was close to lots of amenities.

The rooms are quite newly renovated, it is like you were in a 4* hotel, looks amazing. This is true for the bathroom as well, all new, clean, cozy. The room where we stayed was quiet, beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful and kind. The outside look of the building might confuse people (looks old), as per additional information they are continuously renovating the building and actually doing really great job with that. The value for the money is great, and the room where you are staying is the most important I believe. Breakfast is also great, it was totally ok, I can just recommend to book your stay with including breakfast, worth it I believe.

Stayed here several times throughout the past years. It is always a very pleasant experience. The views of the mountains are stunningly beautiful, the staff is always very helpful, the rooms are clean and the food is plentiful and good. We really liked the feel of the "old" hotel, with the old room designs, elevators and furniture. Really gave the feeling of a bygone era, and we were really sad to see it go during renovations. Of course I do understand that most guests prefer modern rooms and equipment, but for the sake of the nostalgy, it would be great if a few rooms could be preserved in their original conditions! I would certainly enjoy them. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are not afraid to experience the "old times" if you get one of the non-renovated rooms. Everything, including the prices are good! Thank you for the pleasant memories through the years! We hope to visit when it is possible to travel there again.

Nice venue and location, friendly staff, just not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. There's one vegetarian 'burger' which was basically sliced eggplant with salad in a bun... more of a sandwich than a burger, and way overpriced as it should not cost the same as a meat burger!!! An opportunity to diversify the menu maybe?

Valéria was amazing and very kind and helpfull, fullfillig our wishes and needs. We all cheer for her kindness and Service! We wish there are more waitresess as her. She was great!!!! Great food and excellent service that helped us choose from a wide range of burgers. The only thing is that we returned after a year and we found out 30 mins before the reservation that the restaurant had moved of which we weren't notified when making a resevation. Still highly recommended, we'll come again to have some tasty burgers with quality meat and nice beer.

Nice place. Very big selection of Italian food We ordered the pasta with the salmon and it was tasty with grate amount of salmon inside. We also ordered pizza which was ok but not really my type of pizza mostly because of the dough that was thin and wasn't fluffy enough. The service was great and the atmosphere was very nice as well.

Love this place! We got the mushroom soup, meat pizza, salmon pasta and tiramisu with 2 glasses of wine for 19 euros. Everything was delicious!!

Very nice pizza. The interior is quite specific, all the chairs, tables etc are of a different style, but looking good. Wide selection of pizzas and drinks. Prices are very polite. The location is a bit "strange" and 5 min walk from the downtown.

Really nice staff who can speak multiple languages which helped. They have their own recommendations and can help find the right beer for you, also give free testers as there’s a lot to choose from! They have a nice selection of snack and sides like sweet potato fries, also general meals such as burgers and pizza.

Good selection of beers. Staff is a bit slow. We ordered grape juices and got grapefruit juices. Menus looks worn and dirty.

Visited Dobre časy in August 2021. I ordered grilovaný hermelín and jalapenos burger. Both are very tasty. There are many beautiful girls in Slovakia, especially in Poprad. Dobre časy has very kind staff, a lot of beers to choose and pleasant atmosphere. Also beautiful sight on Vysoké Tatry. Very Nice experience and hope I could visit this restaurant/beergarden again.

Had a "nice time" meeting up with old friends there. Good food and friendly staff.

We came to this place because we saw many good reviews. Unfortunately, for 2 burgers we waited more than 45 mins. After mentioning it to the waitress, we didn’t get any explanation. Luckily, after long waiting time, we finally enjoyed the burgers which were really good. Sadly, in the end, the receipt was wrong and we had to get that straight. Definitely, the waiters need to be trained how to behave well in such situations.

This is one of the best places ever… I am highly recommending to go for 1 full day of you want to relax.. It is having more than 5 sauna rooms with different types and don’t forget the cold cave sauna :-) Jacuzzi and private pools and for sure Thai massage.. Pools are amazing and the outside pool is something from another universe.. All pools are heated

There are many names for the thermal baths and AquaCity for this is really suitable. If you are keen on swimming, you can enjoy yourself in the "city" of swimming -50 m indoor swimming pool. There was a swimming competition today and because we have 2 small children we did not feel any disadvantage of not using this swimming pool. Our children enjoyed time in the indoor children's pool and indoor children's club. You can find more cities in one AquaCity:) and enjoy, relax, have your own time and world not be disturbed by others. Are you a senior? Create a group of 10 seniors and pay only 8 € in the working week. If you are aqualover check their permanent tickets for 139€. Definitely check AquaCity website and have even cheaper entrance if ordering a ticket online! The only annoying thing is smoking area, eating area and small kid's club in the eating area - the smell of the heavy smoke gets into the part of the eating area and because the place for children is opposite the smoking area all smell gets there as well :(.

During the off season, especially in the morning, it is less crowded. You can swim inside (in a brand new pool) or outside in the fresh air. Even in cold weather, the water temperature is very pleasant.

That very nice staying at this place. Hotel and food in local restaurant was really good. Room was clean and prepared for resting. SPA was not for me because it was to crowdy. I really enjoyed sauna space and privat pools for adults, over there you can find peace and maximum relaxation.

waste of money. no lifeguards, anoying entry to every pool, not enough restrooms, staff - i dont even have words, didnt met anybody nice, all grumpy, no nice words. and main atraction out of order. Like, i dont like to complain, if entry fee is 7€ I would give 3 stars. Like, nice new changing room was cool suprise,....aaaand thats it :D
