The room was well prepared for us and our child. It was nice to be greeted with water, champagne, chocolate and juices. We had a room on the fifth floor below the outside light display, so heard the wind causing the strings to slap against the external facade so sleep was challenging for just one of us. The room was too warm but we just turned off the heat. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, but the shower drain was slow. Breakfast was normal with a hot omelet station, it did seem overpriced though.

Excellent location, close to city center, excellent service by the staff, breakfast as well dinner service was great, both in quality and care of the service team. Front desk team very professional and caring to make sure to best of availability provide outstanding service. The rates are compatative with area hotel in the same stat rating .

Beautiful, very clean and roomy hotel room! 15 minute walk to old town. Great location. Staff is very friendly and professional. When we come to Salzburg next year, we will stay here again. Thank you! This hotel is a keeper and highly recommend!

Enjoyed 2 nights at Imlauer Hotel Pitter Salzburg. Very well appointed room. Very spacious and a great location. Close to train station and easy walking to all we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again should we be lucky enough to visit this beautiful place.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer. Check in was uneventful, people at the desk seemed uninterested in checking us or anyone else in for that matter. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great with even better views. Would stay here again if we go back to Salzburg.

Even if you are not a guest you can book a brunch table with a nice view. The staff will in any case provide useful and friendly introduction! The view from the Bar is quite unique and the Brownies were amazing!

The room had beautiful view, was clean, tidy and spacious with a private bathtub The parking was 5£ per night which was the best price we had in Austria hotels The resturant had an amazing view in the morning but not so many options for breakfast. If you want omelette you pay extra although the price of the breakfast is 20£ per person The room serving was below average, if you require anything for the room they tell you to come downstairs and get it by yourself. No one to carry or help you with your luggage

Excellent stay. The hotel is beautiful and completely smart. Rooms were really big and very nice. Parking - really affordable at 5€ per night! Breakfast was expensive at 20€ per person, so we did not take it. Staff - friendly! Rooftop bar is lovely for a nice sunset!

-The hotel location is excellent especially for few nights stop as it is near salzburg -It is new and very clean and smart -However, two issues we faced..one is breakfast as we paid full amount but there wasnt alot of variety and we had to pay additional feea foe omlette..another thing is conceirge service is not available as it is a business hotel we had to carry our luggage..last thing is the room lacks the extra lock on the door

Did not eat here, only stopped in at the bar for a few pints. Service was friendly and quick and the prices were just right. It was cold and snowy outside, so finishing with gluhwein before leaving was the way to go!

Had a late lunch around 2pm, no crowd and incredibly fast service. The terrace is spacious and has lots of nice shades from the big trees or the parasols so it was perfect during the summer. Offers a beautiful view of the city. Food was served very quickly and came hot, was a bit salty but washed that down with beer. A bit pricey but you're paying for the views and them to be open after lunch hours. Toilets are also incredibly clean and beautiful.

The restaurant is nice and has a great view. The service is also nice. The only downside is that there isn’t anything healthy in the menu and even the fish dish is accompanied by dough. It would have been nice to have something light on the stomach.

For a true taste of Austrian food, beer, and beer garden atmosphere, this is the place to go. At a recommendation of my cousin, who has been here many times, Stiegl Keller did not disappoint. Our waiter was so busy and clearly under pressure handling so many tables, yet he had the best attitude and sense of humor ever. He was making everyone laugh. The young lady who seated us was warm and welcoming too. I’ve been to many beer gardens in Bavaria and Austria during my travels and this is at the top of my list. Loved the Brotzeit plate with shaved horseradish, and a basket of rye bread. The Flädlesuppe (pancakes cut thin and in broth - see picture) was just like my mom used to make when I was young. We sat in the outdoor beer garden overlooking the historical town. A nice August summer night with a great view and great food. Highly recommended.

Probably the best restaurant for a view of the city! It was very nice to eat on the terrasse with a view like this. The asparagus risotto and schnitzel were delicious.

Great experience: loved the tour, lots of fun merchandise and nice dinner to polish it off. The beer garden has also a kids playground, so parents can enjoy Stiegl and kids have fun. Absolutely recommend

Great place! Food, beer, EV Charger and plenty of parking. Museum and museum shop. We only had time for a late lunch/early dinner on our road trip but I would happily come back! I still got some souvenirs 😉

Excellent brewery with a wide selection of beers available. Seperate restaraunt available but there is also another area for 'lighter' meals. A shop also available for merchandise. Great, friendly service.

came here just to eat lunch and the food was good! i got the roast pork that was very tasty and soft, accompanied with nicely marinated crunchy veggies and a soft but dense dumpling. my mom got the baked chicken salad (but it was a fried chicken?) that came with a generous serving of cucumbers, tomatoes, coleslaw and kidney beans. the sauce was the signature beery housedressing that was sweet, zesty and refreshing with a tinge of balsamic vinegar. if you are a fan of hot chocolate do get it as it was my favourite hot chocolate of the trip. our waiter was friendly and funny, and the atmosphere of the outdoor seating was warm and comfortable. it was a really pleasant dining experience!

Great tasting food with an awesome vibe! We had the tomato cream soup, pork, bratwurst and apple strudel - and enjoyed every single bite. The restaurant was packed with both locals and tourists, but the service was great and we got the food quickly. We preferred the indoor seating as it felt like those bars tavern in the movies where people had their beers but we were unable to as we had not made any reservations. A pity but definitely not the fault of the restaurant. Definitely recommend when you are in the area, for the good food!

Very popular restaurant in a good location. A gentleman was outside in the cold, taking bookings and seating people, doing a fantastic job. We ordered the goulash (my gf favourite) and bratwurst (huge!). Both were delicious, as was the beer and wine choices. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back here, without a doubt.

Amazing & wonderful place. Food was so good!! Really authentic Austrian fare. Trust the recommendations of the staff. So on point. If u come early in December, the Krumpus & St Nicks wonder in and its great fun. Service staff is warm and super! We enjoyed every moment.

Although this restaurant was very very touristic the food was really good. Big portions , value for money and excellent service. Do make in advance reservation otherwise it is unlikely to find empty place. The staff is speaking also English and credit cards are accepted. We really enjoyed the dumplings with different fillings and the traditional Spätzle with cheese and onions. Different taste from the ones I have tasted several times in Germany

Schnitzel (veal) & the soup with pressed cheese was excellent. The goulash is not bad, tad too salty for my personal liking. The service is also friendly & helpful.

This place is a must-visit for foodies and beer aficionados. The entire dining process of having the chilled beer with some roast pork and sauerkraut is a unique experience. Describing the food as delicious would be an understatement. The beer and food serve as testimony to the 400 years of tradition and culture that is a major stronghold of this institution.

Very cool place with a lot of people, always full of people, different languages, companies etc. There are a lot of places to sit outside and inside. They breu their own beer. So the concept is easy as you can imagine: just grab a glass that size what you want 🍺, pay and they'll fill it up for you. Also, if you want there are different options of snacks, or food. Mostly tasty local. Parking is for free, just don't forget to stamp in while you paying for your beer.

We stopped in for just a 0.5 L but absolutely loved our short visit. The cask beer goes down super smooth and is delicious. Sitting in the large hall with Austrians of all ages enjoying beer is an experience not to be missed.

Very interesting place! A unique approach to your restaurant-brewery. Self service, you have some options to pick your food and the brewery will calm your thirst with some fresh beer. Definitely worth a try!

Beer is amazing and affordable. Food is not extraordinary but okay. Ambiance is very good. Everything is paid in cash only. On the ground floor, People line up to get their beers. You pay first at the cash register and they hand you a receipt. You go and pick up the beer mugs that you payed for. You can rinse the mugs if you want, there are some sinks there. You then get in the line, wait, and give the receipt back to the staff member to get your mugs filled with beer. The line advances quite fast. For food, there are some fish options on the ground floor. If you go upstairs, you see diffrent stalls each selling different kind of food like schnizel, salads, etc. After you are finished, you can drop off your beer mugs at catering tables. Usually waiters are moving around to collect empty trays and trashes, but you can always put them on the catering tables yourself to assist them.

Great experience for real Austrian dishes. We were lucky they had an empty table for us. Definitely should reserve in advance. Our lady waitress was just delightful!

So so good! You'll need to make reservations before arriving because I tried going in as a walk in on a Thursday and was turned away. However, you can try asking to sit at the shared table number 11 as a last resort which is how I got in. The food is worth the effort. Get anything fried and you'll have a wonderful meal. The schnitzel was excellent for me. The burger was enormous and would fill anyone. The beer list is a good compliment. Staff does speak English. Seating is indoors across two floors.

Wow wow wow that was an amazing experience. Highly recommend Venison stew and Apple Strudel. The waitresses are so lovely and friendly. We will come back again if we have a chance :)

Very good place for typical food. Good size portion and prices. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We also had a fantastic view over the river .

Very cosy atmosphere with super friendly stuff❤️portions are big and food is good. What you should know is that The famous dessert Salzburger Nockelr can only be served from December❤️ it is better to make reservation, although there was empty table for us at about 16:00-17:00

The worst pizza I’ve ever had!! The Margherita was just a cold dough with a thin layer of tomato sauce and ONE cherry tomato, the basil stated in the ingredients list was missing! Parmigiana didn’t have the garlic oil for which I’ve paid extra The receipt also came all dirty with sauce! Absolutely no respect and a total mockery to the client!

Easy 5 star rating! Found this place after searching for recommended Italian restaurants in the area. We were 8 people, 5 of them are children. The staff welcomed us very kindly, the food was delicious, came in large dishes and the service was great! Also, the restaurant is located near the city center, shops and attractions.

Great value and location. Lots of seating outside. Friendly staff. My family and I ate here 3 times when we were in Salzburg. Pasta and pizza portions are big so great for family style sharing so that everyone can try everything. The food is tasty enough, but I think most come here for the value. Super kids friendly too as the outdoor seating is along a sloped street with a top to bottom water feature where kids often float boats or balls down it. Tips: 1) can ask to have pizza split on two plates without a fee, 2) every pasta they can do a small portion for a few euros cheaper that is more than enough for a 9-11yr old.

Pizza very big, not the best one i had ofc but very nice and not expensive! I recommend. Beer was fantastic

A very spacious restaurant which a diverse menu. We had the beef goulash which was incredibly tender and tasty. The schnitzel was a generous portion and tasty. The half chicken was succulent and the bratwurst was juicy. I would recommend all dishes.

Heidi, the waitress was amazing. The food was good and the deserts also. I had the pork which was good, but the dest in town? All in all, it's a good place to go. But you will pay 30 to 40 euro.

The food was nice but the atmosphere was better. Cozy seating on the lower floor and the restaurant can fit 1200 pax! There are two outdoor areas, halls on the ground and first floor. We ordered to share as we Asian cannot really finish the european portions. I had the Sternbier, which was smooth and easy to drink. There are clean and fully equipped WC on first floor. There are playroom for children on the first floor too.

Apple strudel was very good. Service was good. The other dishes are a bit too salty, but just realized Austrian food then to be salty.

nice restaurant in a typical location. the staff is really nice. the food is very good and they offer a lot of dishes served with traditional recipes. if you want to try some local dishes you definitely need to come!

It's a stunning place where Red bull displays all they are involved in. It deserves a 5 star review, I just couldn't give it. We went there first after dark and the place was just badly lit. You could so, so see the beauty of it all, but couldn't make a decent picture. Also they shut parts, like the upper catwalk, down after a certain hour. That takes away the experience. So I recommend all to go during daylight, then it's definitely a 5 star experience and for free!

Definitely beautiful experience and stunning place for redbull fans and F1 fans. Surprisingly it doesn’t have entrance fee. you can also enjoy the bar on the ground floor and the restaurant on top with an amazing top view of the cars displayed.

Great place to experience all of the adrenaline sports Red Bull is a part of. Everything is roped off to protect each exhibit, but can still get close enough to enjoy them all. My 2 year old thought all the F1 cars were the best! Side note shame the red bull machine was broken, couldn't get a Red Bull at Red Bull.

It’s an amazing place. They showcase many important Red Bull’s historical pieces. As an F1 fan, this place is like a dream come true. And it’s free! 🏁👍🏼

What a great place to visit, if you’re into this sort of thing this is the place for you. There is a cafe and restaurant there, it’s free entry which was good to know. There is a merchandise shop there also to buy various things.
