I checked a few places in Maspalomas and, unfortunately, most of them serve quick, kind of frozen or fried food which is not the most healthy choice. Here I was in heaven, super delicious food made of fresh ingredients, with vibrant flavours stayed in my mind for a long time after the dinner. Truly a taste of Greek cuisine! Amazing, very funny and chatty staff made the time very enjoyable. If you're not sure where to eat in Maspalomas, you should definitely visit Greek Village!

Food was tasty. Dishes were way too small! My fionce's main course was more starter than main course! Mine platter taste was good but size/price were wrong...(28€). Please increase your dishes size, then everything will be in balance👌

What a find. Such a great restaurant. Hands down one of the best places we've eaten in a long time, the food was so good,I can't tell you how good it was. Staff were attentive, and happy, and the service was really really good. We are coming back soon, booking it as we leave right now. Please try this place, I can't recommend it enough!

Fine if you like Greek food, but certainly not the best in town - that goes to Mr. Greek. We had the Tzatziki and the Aubergine Tzatziki for starters. It could have been more garlicky and have more cucumber in it. The Aubergine was sometimes sliced a bit too thick, so some pieces were a bit watery compared to others. Still, the portion was generous for a starter and the pita bread was very nice and fresh. For mains, the Village Chicken was again fine but not amazing. The feta was very much lacking in the dish as you couldn't really taste it. Also, a bit more seasoning/salt on the chicken would have been good. To add, the portion size again was generous but the rice with the dish was a bit too small compared to the amount of chicken on the plate. The grilled peppers were nice and sweet. Overall, it is a nice place and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I saw one of the waitresses was giving some complimentary candy to some of the children dining and wanted to make sure everyone was having a nice time.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional and pricing was based on quality. Waiting staff was lovely and happy to accommodate our requests. We have enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back next time.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We wish we had found this gem at the start of our holiday. Hands down the best meal we had on the island. The ladies tried the spiced duck with orange sweet potato puree, whilst the boys went off menu and experienced the Burgercalazone. We will be back!

The food was amazing. Can't fault them on that for a small island and 1000s of restaurants this place is in the top 3. The staff were fast and eager for the most part with a few mistakes. But they were all signs of miscommunication in their busiest hours and being an arrogant foreigner myself I can't blame them. The desserts were out of this world amazing I've never eaten anything better truly. The place was very clean to a standard held higher than anywhere else I'd been. 6 stars from me if I could. If you visit San Augustin. You must visit loopy's the restaurant name must be a local household name as the taxi driver even commented on how good it was.

The food here deserves 6 stars.. the deserts deserve 7 stars.. exceptional food.... The service seemed a bit wonky to start with, like they'd forgotten us.. but once things got going I couldn't fault anything about this place... I'd recommend anyone try here , you won't regret it..

I really enjoyed the time here. The place is very cosy. It is indeed a bit pricey, but the food was very tasty. It was served very quickly. I wouldn't recommend the dessert as it is a fancy plating for a maximum of 2 bites, but I think it depends on what you are expecting.

Fantastic restaurant, heard so many good recommendations so I thought I'd treat my family on the last day of our holiday. They didn't disappoint. One of the nicest burgers I've ever tried. Very good staff who were very welcoming l and great with our two little boys.

A good selection, nice staff and all freshly made. It’s 5* within its budget pricing which was €9 a head for all you can eat, so don’t go expecting Michelin stars. Husband did not love it though (understatement!) so there is controversy!

Wow the best all u can eat I've ever been to. The food was amazing fresh seafood and hot food. Loads of choice and really cheap. Our bill was 26 euros for 2 meals and 2 drinks unbelievable. I would so recommend this place it was great we went twice enjoy

Worst food and attitude ever... The lady who served us became aggressive, nervous and started shouting when I asked her why she was forcing us to order drinks for each person, the lady refused to introduce herself and when I asked for the complaints register/ complaint sheets she said that they don't have something like this. Even if everywhere they have advertisements with the price of 8.95 Euro adult buffet and 4.95 Euro children's buffet, in the end we are obliged to pay an additional drink for each person, which is a SCAM.

We are here now. Arrived around 3pm and it was heaving. Managed to get a table by the window and waiters were there straight away to wipe down the table and deliver menus. Drink order also quickly taken and received. The wait for food was just bordering on lengthy but it was really busy and no one was served who arrived after so food definitely being cooked to order. Our table got covered in sand as we were by the window but one waiter came to clean the table while another was bringing our food. He did blow on the knives and forks to get the sand off which was a bit off. Food was fab, husband and daughter shared paella which they both said was amazing. I had pasta with Spring sauce (tomato with vegetables) this also was really good. The other teenager had margarita pizza which she also said was delicious. I would definitely recommend for a decent beachside late lunch/dinner. They did take an age to come and offer coffee or dessert which are all generic fruits and sundaes. I'm fairly sure no one actually eats desserts other than the British. Desserts were good though.

Been after a good paella for a while. It was ok, the risotto rice was a bit underdone. A little bit more seafood would have been nice. We went for the included white wine option but I would recommend asking if you could pay extra for a better one. Got us drunk but was quite watery. Good service.

At the time of this review we've already eaten 3 times at this restaurant. The service is good one day and bad another day... it doesn't depend on the tip, as you might think... I think it depends on their mood...The food... It depends on what you choose... Paella is really tasty, Chateaubriand is ok but the prawns with garlic and the sardines were a disappointment for us... I would recommend it for paella 🥘

Great service and amazing paella, the canarian potatoes were the best we have had. They were sold out of tiramasu which ended up being a disguised gift as I ordered the chocolate mousse and it was one of the nicest I've had, much better than the picture and 3 layers of it, a fondant type topping, with white chocolate middle and milk chocolate bottom. Didn't manage to get a photo of it but we will definitely be back! 3 courses plus 2 beers, jug of sangria and bottled water for around £50 equivalent, great value! The main host who welcomed us in was great and service friendly enough throughout. One of the waiters didn't seem very happy which was a shame, but maybe he was just having a bad day.

Great beach restaurant on Playa del Ingles! Tasty grilled fish and mussels in white wine sauce. And the wine was incredible tasty. All for a very affordable price and on the beach, how can argue with that? Service was fantastic. If I am ever back in the area I would consider going back; highly recommend

Hands down the most amazing food I’ve had. Not too expensive either. Service can be a bit slow when busy as only one person takes the food other and one person drinks order so we were told. The fish and chicken we had were both spectacular though. Worth the wait.

12.11.2023 - still everything perfect Rumpsteak as buttery and tender as always, brilliant team, nice sides. Seeing you again the next days 24.05.2021 - Update Another year, another time at Chez Luigi. Quality and Service still on an extremly high level. As we say.. Luigi always performs well. I guess we have come here for more than 50 times and were never dissatisfied within all the past years. Rumpsteak with Pepper Sauce/double vegetables on the side and Lenguado "Müllerin" with Papas Arugadas are our absolute favourites. Also Salads are good, You always get a bread with Aioli as a starter for free and always a shot on the house when asking for the bill. Id also recommend to get an Cortado after you finish your meal. Its cheap and tastes great. Value for money has almost never been that good anywhere else. Old review 2020: Luigi is delivering for years now. Always a good rumpsteak and sole fish. Even in corona times restaurant was pretty packed but you will always find a spot. They are taking care of all the distance/hygienic rules. Service is fast and food always food. Garlic bread as a starter is normally included for free as well as a drink after the meal. We are coming here for maybe 5-6 years and were never disappointed. Only the ambience is a bit rough and hectic. The restaurant next door (polaris, run by the daughter? of the owner) is doing a better job with extremly friendly stuff and well known people (Jamal and Minou).

Excellent food. I have tried different starters and main courses and enjoyed them all. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was great. The staff were friendly and they made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went there twice just to be sure the first time wasn't a fluke. The quality of food for the price I found was great! Accomodating staff were brilliant with a rowdy toddler. Offer free appertives at the end of the meal too which is a nice touch.

Service was very attentive, but a mistake was made with a wrong side coming out and a missed starter. Steak for 2 people @ 60€/kg was a bit of a gimmick as about 600grams of our 1.2kg steak was fat and bone. Steak came out blue, and we had to finish it off on a hot plate. But I'm no chef and what went into my mouth wasn't the rare I wanted. Great presentation and taste.

Great meal and great value. Really welcoming staff and food was amazing. So surprised at how great the price was for what we had. We got 2 starters, 2 fillet steaks with 3 sides & a dessert as well as drinks and it was just a little over 70 euro! The steak was delicious and the sides were amazing too! Would definitely recommend the desserts so yummy!

Perfect service and price. Really high quality steak, however I would have preferred to have the steak cooked medium rare other than having to cook it myself at the table. I understand that due to the vast number of people who do not know anything about food, you decided to let the customer cook to avoid complains about the internal temperature of the steak. Highly recommended.

A restaurant with a beautiful view. On the beach front with a view of the sea and the dunes. Staff were very helpful, and showed that most items on the menu were gluten free. Dishes Ordered: Salmon (Cooked beautifully and came with canary potatoes and a side salad.) Beef tenderloin (Although not cooked to order, was flavoursome and tender still. Ordered with a mushroom sauce, and chips, which were some of the best that I've ever had.)

Gosh, so amazing, a nice break from the beach. Fab food and lovely staff. We had tuna steak, wowsers. I didn’t try the the rabbit but it got thumbs up. Just a delight, loved it!

We visit this restaurant for many years and it’s always and still our favorite one. The food is incredible and the staff is kinda like family. Everyone will find something in the menu. The prices are also great and haven’t been really changed for years. Just an example is the litre sangria for around 14€ or the lamb shoulder for 20€. And not to forget: It’s a big-boy-portion. If you want to have a great evening with an even greater dinner visit the Columbus!

Fantastic service. Great quality food and definitely get the best quality and portions for your money. Personally ordered; Main: Chef Special Pork Ribs with Barbecue Sauce (served with grilled vegetables for garnish) - Managing to eat 8.5/11 ribs from the rack. Drink: Tropical beer. Shot of caramel flavoured spirit served to all after the meal. For a group of 5 people, all ordering 1 main and approx 2 alcoholic beverages each, came in at under €140.

Enjoyed the food & music. Visited 3 times in one week to get away from all inclusive food in hotel next door. Wife had fish & chips, portion size was too much for her. Having Kilkenny on draught was nice. Not had it in about 20 odd years. Highly recommend a visit here.

Enjoyed a lovely meal I had the fajjats mixed chicken and beef l, the only issue was had more filling to wraps ratio witch was fine becuse I enjoyed the filling on its own after. Served to you still sizzling showing how fresh it was with the wraps, guacamole, sourcream, salsa and chesse separate so you can make your own is a lovely touch. Service was brilliant the staff was all so lovely making jokes and joining in with the evening entertainment. The atmosphere was fantastic so much that we finished our food and decided later on in the evening to return for drinks where the cocktails were brilliant the staff still lovely and the live music was great having the whole outside area singing along and having a great night

Visited this place a few times, fabulous food and cocktails. The live music is a cherry on the top. I'd highly recommend giving this place a visit. We definitely will be back one day.

The place is striking from the outside, but once inside it is spectacular. First of all, emphasize the great atmosphere that was breathed, clean, great and the music. The food is spectacular, my friends and I tried beef fajitas, nachos, and a chicken burger. the service is super fast and the moorers are incredibly fast and nice. highlight the attention of Luis especially, always very attentive. Everything was fantastic. A great evening experience with live music on Friday. The restaurant was fully booked but we managed to get a seat. So make reservations in advance. For the starter we tried the crunchy prawn and crispy eggplant with honey both of which were fantastic. The main dish was also amazing. Both our dishes were very tasty. The desert was a bit too heavy for us. I could not finish the chocolate cake and the desert in the glass was bot our favorite. Too many sweet and sour taste in each bite. Soleiman our waiter was a fantastic guy. Very energetic and fun. We would definitely go back as they were a lot of tempting options in the menu that I want to try. Totally recommend. 7% service fee is also included in the bill.

The food is absolutely incredible, so many great flavours and choices to choose from! The sangria is lush and staff are very friendly and attentive! Will 100% be going back before we leave

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Had seafood croquettes to start, followed by baby squid with truffle mash and a salmon poke. The portions were generous and was too full to enjoy a dessert. The servers were lovely and friendly as always.

Great service, beautiful location and really good food. I had a fsih gratinado (oven baked fish) and it was deliciously soft, practically falling apart. The starter was well done but not something Iw ould repeate - I had the aubergine with sesame and honey and it was just too swet for me. The desser was amazin and had a mermelade in the bottom. Worth visiting and coming again for sure. Also the food had a really fair price.

Amazing! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and cocktails. The service was good and our food and drinks came fast but when we wanted another drink and to get the bill, us and a few tables around us were waiting a while. However the servers were lovely and I would highly recommend a visit!

Outstanding dinner! Gonzalo, our waiter, was incredibly friendly!! Also Gladys, the manager, took the time to visit our table personally, she was very professional. The nachos, wings and burgers were all delicious. Highly recommend!!!

I had the twisted Mac and cheese and it was a little spicy but it was nice, just was not expecting the spice. My partner for a mushroom burger (sorry can't remember the name) also The waitress, I'm sorry I did not get her name. She was so nice and accommodating, she has such a friendly, bubbly attitude. The views were also very nice, we sat outside and were able to see people from parachutes. I also got a delicious sangria and would recommend a visit

Absolutely LOVED this place. Had a choice of sitting on a terrace or inside the restaurant (with AC). The staff were super friendly and with a big smile on their face. The best customer service in Gran Canaria! Food was also great, and the drinks even better (especially Passion Fruit Mai Tai - one of the best cocktails I have ever had). I would 110% recommend this place if you are looking for a great customer service and want to treat yourself to some nice food.

An excellent Hard Rock Cafe. We went for lunch while in Gran Canaria on holiday - our hotel was just a short walk away! Youssef was great and even sorted us out some extra fans for our table as we were very clearly not surviving the heat! Burgers are delicious - can highly recommend the BBQ Bacon Burger. Drinks are also very nice - Cookies and Cream Milkshake (with Vanilla Vodka) was my favourite. Only downside was that it seemed that during our visit the music went from classic Hard Rock Cafe music to a selection of pop music. Was a strange choice and didn’t fit with the Hard Rock Cafe brand. The music also seemed to stop, start and change as the person who put it on went to use his own headphones only to realise that it then stopped the Spotify playback on the speaker system. Overall a great experience and would encourage anyone to visit during their stay in Gran Canaria.
