We cannot fault this hotel! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the garden is lovely. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are massive! The bed and pillows were 10/10. All the staff are very friendly. Big shoutout to the lady on reception (sorry I didn’t get her name, she was a blonde lady) who helped us by showing us on a map where we were getting picked up in Krakow. We had dinner in the hotel one night which was lovely, we did feel that choices were slightly limited but what we had was delicious! Same with breakfast, what we had was lovely but felt there could be a bit more choice. All rooms come with bathrobes which is a lovely touch, I do feel that they could be bigger though. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t very big but they do the job! The bar area is lovely and has a pool table which is a nice touch (this is free to use). Overall we loved the hotel and would most definitely stay here again!

A wonderful hotel and a great stay. I was here for the World Masters Weightlifting championship and stayed for 1 week 17th to 24th August in room 114. I enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna, the delicious breakfast and the superb service. My room was large, comfortable and had a great power shower Only fault would be people moving chairs in the restaurant (noisily). Thank you for a wonderful memorable stay. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the train station.

We recently organized an event at Turówka and it was such a pleasure! The service was top-notch, with delicious food, charming interiors and team of really professional staff! I highly recommend checking it out.

The Turowka Hotel is in a charming 200-year-old building but the rooms, pool, sauna, and restaurant offer every modern convenience. The breakfasts offer a huge variety of delicious food and the dinner menu is 5-star. The staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is located right across the street from Wieliczka Park and is just a short walk from the train station, restaurants, and shops.

Great Stay! Superb Service and Staff! All was perfect. Great location if you want to visit Wieliczka Salt Mine or take a quick and easy train to explore Cracow. Strongly recommend this hotel, you will enjoy your stay in this historic hotel.

Hidden gem near the Salt mines museum. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Food arrived quickly, reasonably priced. Kitchen modern European/polish. Offering some vegetarian options. Food itself was quite good however better to ask staff for some recommendations as they were quite helpful.

Our waitress was really sweet, but her section was full of customers, and the rest of the restaurant was empty. She did her best but was stressed, and the service became slow and akward. There were at least 4 other waitresses just sitting and chilling. I tried to order drinks from someone else, but the waitress answered very rudely that I needed to speak to my waiter instead. Because of this, it's a really bad place, plus the food was bland and boring.

We had the grilled chicken with penne and pork chop and it was really amazing, Asia our waitress was amazing and friendly! 5/5 will go back again

The aesthetics of the restaurant look great, and the service was good. I think the sweet dumplings should be moved to the desserts section of the menu, as they were basically candy. The fried dumplings were a mighty meal.

Parking nearby is a scam! Taking advantage of the visitors to the salt mine. Beware of the area!

After a visit to the Salt Mine we stopped here for lunch based on the reviews. The food was delicious and portions are generous. Both of us agreed that this was the best meal we’ve had whilst in Poland. Great value local food! Highly recommend.

Dropped by for some polish food for lunch after a tour at the salt mines. Food was good and the staff were very friendly and warm.

Great lunch at Zajadalnia in Wieliczka after a mine tour. Enjoyed a Four Seasons pizza with the Pear, goat’s cheese and sundried tomato salad. Citrus tea beautifully presented. Highly recommend.

Very good food in a tourist area with reasonable prices. Recommended.

Some of us had the crepes, but they were undercooked, could not finish them, a pity as one more minute cooked and they would have been much better. I had the pierogi with berries, they were ok, not sweet at all, but the dough was a bit hard, I assume to keep the berries inside

Amazing place, great service, big and affordable portions made with fresh ingredients. Plenty to chose from and very tasty. Absolute unit of a creperie :)

Came here for a gluten free breakfast option before salt mine, and ended up coming back for lunch too! Very reasonable priced and fast service.

A really lovely crepe restaurant! Does what it says on the tin. If you want crepes come here. They have a huge selection of them and they are all very well done. You can also create your own crepe if needs be. Other items are available if you want them. Nice to go to the salt mines in the morning then come here for a relax and sit down after.

Surprised by the tasty mushrooms cream soup with homemade noodles! And sweet pierogi (blueberry dumplings) with whipped cream were great. Good thing they do not add extra sugar- it was just perfect for me.

Be careful when you try to find the restaurant! It is quite hidden. This is NOT the first one but you have to go behind and left downstairs (20m behind the worst place to eat!). Very kind service, speak English well, very good food and correct price. Many place, outdoor terrace, and the service is quite quick! A full recommended place but be sure to not make a mistake when you try to reach the place!

I very strongly recommend this restaurant. I visited them during my vacation in Poland and after many disappointments with services it was for me big positive shock. Great food, amazing stuff and good prices.

Had a quick breakfast before going to salt mines. Quality is very good and I suggest that you try the hot chocolate and toast with eggs and spinach!

Delicious food, the ribs dish is huge and comes with perfectly pickled red cabbage. Loved the hot chocolate too!

The kebabs were awful. I do not recommend at all. The staff were also extremely rude.

If you're in the general Krakow area, do yourself a favor and eat here. Their doner kebabs are the best that I've had in Europe. They're so good that we made sure we traveled here on our last European trip just to eat.

A good kabab shop with quality produce. Spicy or non-spicy offered, with the option of chicken and/or beef in a flat bread, bun or tortilla.

Very disgusting tortilla kebab. The chicken looks like a ball and doesn't taste like chicken at all. Who puts pickled cucumber in a kebab!? I don't recommend this place at all....

I stayed at the Lenart hotel for an extended week-end at the beginning of December 2023 with a group of 50 people. The staff was kind and professional, Julia - the manager with whom we established and updated all the details for our stay - was very cooperative so that we could have a very pleasant stay. The hotel rooms are spacious and very confortable, the food very varied and of high quality, breakfast exceeding all expectations, but also a good dinner at a good price. I will definitely consider again this hotel for future occasions.

Located outside Krakow center, 15min walk from Wielicka salt mines. Family suite room was quite big and cosy. Good breakfast selection. Fair 3 + stars hotel. Next to hotel there is an nice food supermarket, as well train station (city center - Wielicka salt mines branch) - modern train will deliver you to Krakow center in 20 minutes, as well ticket is something 5-6PZL per person (1-1,5€). We selected this hotel due to location outside the city center since we planned couple of days in Zakopane, Energylandia and Auschwitz - Wielicka located on Krakow roundabout - some time saved not driving to city center every time.

"country chique" we rented the red suite on our way to Ukraine, very strange room with not ununderstandable details like led-lights that cannot be switched off in the bathroom and a big forest picture above the bed. Breakfast was okay.- Staff not really friendly.

This hotel meets American standards, very nice crew, breakfast with big assortment -full buffet with all kind of coffee choices. “Extra large bed “ I believe it is two double bed together - I think it is little bit bigger than king size bed. Rooms are very large with tiny 32 inches TV……(LOL) For people staying longer than one day very convenient -Walking distance- grocery store similar to “ ShopRite “or “stop and shop “.

Late night dessert. Hot apple pie with cream and icecream. Beautifully presented and delicious! Reasonably priced at 22pln. Also a most delicious lemon drink with a hint of mint. Sadly bored looking staff who took order, wait staff a bit more friendly. Others around my table had some delicious looking burgers.

I had a dinner here. It was completely awesome! I loved the mozzarella pizza. Probably the best i have ever eaten.

Absolutely loved this restaurant after being in the mines all afternoon. Delicious refreshing cucumber gin cocktail went perfectly with seafood garlic pasta and roasted tomato and salami pizza. Was absolutely amazing and haven’t had a better pasta dish to this day

Came here for some lunch after being at the Salt Mine. Great ceasar salad and local beer- great prices too!

It’s an okay/good burger. Nothing to get excited about but well made and tasty. Decent drinks selection too. They say wait for burgers can be up to 20mins but was much faster than that when we went at about 3pm.

The service is very nice! The staff are welcoming and attentive! The restaurant is clean. There are 2 floors with restrooms on both floors which is very convenient. Also one can find an open kitchen downstairs, so actually you can see all the activity going on. It’s very thoughtful that you are served water with lemon! The food is good, we will definitely come back and try more! The atmosphere is very pleasant, too. There is a paid city parking lot in front of the restaurant. The only thing that I’ve noticed is that the entrance to the restaurant is easy to miss.

Classic "Good food, big portions"! I was pleasently surprised by the size of my burger (see the picture!). It was good also. If you're looking for food after visiting Wieliczka Salt Mine, then this is definitely the choice!

The food was perfect as much as the atmosphere and service, but we waiting half an hour to sit, so make a reservation before just few tables inside

Very nice restaurant with cosy ambience and elegant details. We went there for a quick lunch (between the salt mine visits) and ordered two burgers. The food was good (excellent burger and coleslaw, but below average fries), and the portion was very sufficient, but the service was quite slow, although we had stated from the beginning that we were in a bit of a rush (we only had one hour to spend, hence the burger choice).

Cozy ambiance, good and tasty food. I ordered beef carpacho, which was fresh and delishes. Also I ordered tenderloin fillet steak. It was really soft, juicy and cooked exactly as requested. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.

Amazing. Simply amazing. It s big but very cost, nicely decorated place. Stuff is very friendly and Attentive. The food is incredible, it’s like Polish grandma’s food but the portions are way bigger ( and normally I could not move after eating my grandma’s food) delicious 😋 all fresh and prepared just before serving. I ate there couple of hours ago and I still can t move ;p I wanted to eat a fish and the waitress recommended me salmon - was juicy and with a nice, original sauce. The shnycel was so big and well prepared. Soups delicious, no salt or pepper needed. The dessert was light in spite of its size. Loved it!!

Traditional Polish cuisine with wide range of dishes. Everything we ordered (mushrooms soup, pork ribs, potatoes pancakes) were extremely big and tasty, and cheap for its size and quality. Interior is also nice and suits Polish culture. Highly recommended!
