Very nice japanese style restaurant in the city center. We got attracked by their interior design and got very good service and food ! the wakame / greentea icecream entrée was very interesting and tasty, as well as all other dishes we tried. Absolutely recommended !

As a fan of Aleix Espargaro, was very keen to try out the food here and it did not disappoint, very tasty, with great flavours and textures. Staff were great! We had a really enjoyable experience 👍🏼

One of the better sushi places I’ve been to in Europe! Classy ambiance, great service and amazing makis and sashimis! Items were aesthetically presented, right down to the strategic placement of the mango drops. The sushi rice was cooked to perfection!

I was happy when I saw crayfish on the menu so of course I ordered it. What we received were prawns. I mentioned it to them and they told me the menu was wrong. So annoying. I could've ordered something else since I'm not a fan of prawns. We then ordered the tartin with ginger ice cream. I ate the ice cream on its own and I could not taste any ginger. It's so subtle I can't taste any ginger. I thought it was a mistake and that it was vanilla ice cream. Nope. The staff confirmed that it was ginger ice cream. The other roll we ordered was decent. Eggplant was good. Staff were top notch!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were extremely well welcomed and treated with great care by the entire staff. I would especially like to highlight Mihai Balaj, who truly made a difference in our stay. He was incredibly kind, patient, and generous with his time, helping us a lot with transportation arrangements and logistics. His support was not only helpful but genuinely thoughtful, and it had a very positive impact on our trip. Service like this goes beyond expectations and shows true hospitality. An unforgettable stay Our stay at Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness Andorra was incredible from start to finish. The spa experience was pure bliss. This a lovely place in a great location. The spa is nice with sauna, steam room, cold showers, heated tile lounge chairs. Sofia at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. We would stay here again!

I highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable, the location is right in the center of Andorra, and I especially want to highlight the spa — the massage I had with Jennifer was amazing, truly one of the best I’ve ever had. Very professional and relaxing!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Andorra la Vella. Receptionists were so friendly and helpful as were the bellmen. The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved my room - it was so comfortable. Walk in shower was very good. I drove into Andorra la Vella and found the hotel really easily with navigation system. The Main Street is about 2 blocks away and the old town about a 10 min walk. Breakfast had a good array of offerings. The hotel itself is modern and inviting.

Nothing spectacular. The food tasted alright. The chocolate bomb was nice too. The burger was amazing. Majority of The staff look like they don’t care, a male worker seemed so overwhelmed sorting out trays and taking orders and when he called over to a female colleague she just shrugged off and kept talking to her colleague in the kitchen. Even though there was a large line forming and her colleague clearly needed help. So rude.

My husband and I popped in for lunch. We both had a salad and it was absolutely delicious and so filling. Its easy to order and the food was delivered quickly.

I loved my Fisch salad and Matcha with milk! The meal is both healthy and tasty. My husband had a coca Lorraine which also tasted amazing! Though the coca was rather small. The interior of the restaurant was classic and nice.

It’s my first time in Andorra and my fam and I decided to grab some food in Burger King Auto. And didn’t disappoint. Christmas ambience greeted as soon as I walked in. The place is clean and staff are easy get along with. Def recommend!!

Worst BK i've ever visit. Just 2 cashier in a frequented place... makes no sense, the boss should have no brain if he organizes the stuff like this. Kitchen is fast but need to wait more than 30mins until we get our order. "Fast"food...

Great value in a great location. Our room was a little small but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well situated, mere steps away from the famous Pyrenees Department Store. We were given a 10% off coupon for that institution at check-in. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The Best I've seen in the EU. Well worth the price. Highly recommended. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Andorra. From the outside, the building looks nice, but the moment you step in, everything feels extremely dated. The staff was… fine, but definitely not warm or welcoming — very mid at best. The room was the biggest issue. The pictures on Airbnb are extremely deceiving — they make the place look fresh and modern, but the reality is nowhere close. When we arrived, the door to our room was already open, which was unsettling. The smell inside was overwhelming — a strong, chemical odor, almost like bleach. It was so bad they even had a machine running in the room trying to “purify” the air, which only raised more questions. We had to sleep with the windows wide open just to breathe, even though it was 0 degrees outside. Absolutely not what you expect when booking a place that’s advertised as clean and comfortable. Overall, this was a rough stay. The hotel desperately needs better cleaning practices, and much more honest listing photos. Location was good though so that’s a plus? I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good hotel and good location. The restaurant is a fantastic experience that must be visited. Beware of the parking: whilst it is one of the lowest priced parking in the area (€19.50/day) it is one of the hardest places I've had to drive in and out of. On our last day we decided to go to a different one, 8 minutes walking, but worth it.

A great hotel in the middle of Andorra Viella at a reasonable price. Clean modern rooms, friendly service at the reception desk and they give you discounts in most of the local stores and for parking across the street.

My 50th bday treat was mentioned on the notes by my neice who booked the hotel... room was nothing special...facing back of the building where a few Cockerells were quite loud every morning. 1st issue the safe didn't work, called recptn and they sent maintenance to fix it, ..my clothes got dust on as inside the cabinets were dusty. next the Tv didn't work as cable was not connected, and had to call recptn again...he said no maintenance so we have to wait till the nxt morning, we were persistent and he said he'll come straight away to check...25 mns later and still no show... we went down to recptn and he was elsewhere so I explained to the lady recptn... she was busy and said will come up in 10-15 mns... I said I'll wait in recptn for her.. eventually she came up with me... i mentioned this was unacceptable and this holiday was a bday treat, so could she give us an upgrade.. She apologised for her colleagues no show and the problems we faced but no upgrade was given. Great way to start my 50th bday 😒🤨 (Sarcasm) After reading James' review it makes sense why we were treated like that. Like james mentioned the prejudice the staff made in spanish which James understood, we also felt it as we were Asians. I do not recommend staying in this hotel. I gave 3 stars as the spa facilities were nice.

Great location. Walkable to pretty much anywhere in the city centre. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. We didn't use the pool/sauna. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived we had to change rooms. The bedroom (221) smelt very strongly of mold and the bathroom smelt of blocked pipes and dirty drains. When we went to reception, the receptionist was very helpful and immediately changed rooms, however his colleague asked him "which room was it?" and when he told her, she replied in Spanish "yeah, better give that room to an Asian guest". Such an open display of racism I wouldn't expect to hear anywhere, let alone in the reception of a 4 star hotel. I don't think she realised I could understand her. While the new room (117) had clean beds, there were used plasters blocking the drain in the bathtub, a half eaten sandwich in the fridge from a previous guest and the bidet was leaking from two different points. Overall I can't recommend this hotel, try to find somewhere else.

We had to make an unexpected overnight stay in Andorra and just walked in and asked for rooms. They were very accommodating and the rate was amazing (€110 per room). Staff were very friendly. There was a game room our kids really enjoyed. The restaurant had a buffet that was decent. Lovely reading area between 0 and 1st floor.

A decent price for a great location. The hotel is near to the coach terminal and buses stations, as well as many restaurants, shops etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful during all my stay, including helping me planning my trip to Pic de Coma Pedrosa. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, I could really rest after long days of walking. The breakfast was excellent! A wide selection in the buffet. Recommend!

We stayed as a family of four at this hotel during Christmastime 2024. Overall, it was a decent experience with both positives and negatives. Positives: The hotel is centrally located in Andorra, making it very convenient to walk to all the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, assisting us with various tasks such as ordering taxis and finding parking spots. Their kindness made a big difference in our stay. The hotel features a small swimming pool with warm water, which was perfect for winter. The saunas, while also small, were free to use and available from 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. These amenities were a nice touch. The gym, although not in the best condition, was functional and appreciated. Negatives: The hotel is showing its age and would benefit from some refurbishment. While the surface cleaning appeared fine, the cleanliness under the beds was lacking and could have been much better. The restaurant was underwhelming. The presentation of the food did not create a good impression. The Christmas Eve dinner was enjoyable, but the breakfast was average at best, offering nothing particularly memorable. Summary: For a budget option, this hotel is adequate, especially with its included amenities like the pool and saunas. However, if you're looking for something extra or more polished, it's worth spending a bit more for a higher-quality stay.

Luciano was our amazing server. Get him if you want to be treated like royalty! What a great find and magical place! The atmosphere was cozy yet elevated, rustic but refined. Think warm wood tones, stone accents, and just a hint of polish - the kind of place you’d visit after a day on the trails or for a relaxed night out. I ordered from the Mountain section, and my dad got a "Bavette" Premium black Angus, and the meat was ah-mazing, melting in your mouth, very tasty.

We were a group of 4. We had Seafood paella, beer and some desert. They were delicious, especially the paella. The crepe with dulce de leche was also very good. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. The staff was very attentive with our needs.

I have just 15 mins left to catch a bus. Went in to this restro and one guy guided me well about vegeterian pizza. For one pizza as it is take away got for lesser price too. Pizza is just awesome. Honey & nuts is my fav one!! Ambience is simply superb and all staff are friendly❤️

We ordered Salmon with fries and salad. It was 10/10!! Very fresh salmon, and very delicious. We ordered also Russian Tuna Salad, it was very good too. We came to the restaurant twice cuz of the good salmon 🤩

Came here on holiday, we spent most of our time in Spain. This is one of the better restaurant's we visited on our trip. The steak was very good. Done just right, the way I ordered it. The portions where generous. The desert my wife ordered sounded great, pineapple with coconut cream and chocolate sauce. but was quite disappointing. They have English menus and friendly English speaking waiters.

The Restaurante 120 is truly a must-visit in Andorra la Vella. I went there with my family on December 30th, 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We only stopped here for a beer, but the service was very friendly and we were able to order in English, which was not always easy in other places. They offer several different types of San Miguel beer, including some varieties I didn’t see anywhere else in Andorra. A nice spot — definitely recommended.

We had dinner here during our stay in Andorra. We had the seafood paella good for 2 persons and really loved it: it was really flavorful. Nice design too, close to our table were some old skis on display. Price was reasonable and staff were friendly.

Big place with large menu, choices go from pizza to Mexican to tapas and crepes, so nothing is done very well… avoid beef here.. avoid most food, ok if you want something big with average taste… we will not be back and I would really discourage having expectations or ordering expensive dishes..

I had a great evening meal here and would certainly return. On arrival there was some good banter with the member of staff who greeted me, but there was a bit of language barrier with the other members of staff. Despite this the service was great and the food brilliant. I ordered a number of the small dishes, intending for them to be a starter, but the portions were so large there was no need for anything else! The squid rings, whitebait, croquettes and suckling pork belly were all truly delicious with good presentation and I’d recommend each of them. There was a good atmosphere and loads of decent drinks available too, along with the really extensive food menu. Everywhere was clean, prices were reasonable and it’s well worth checking out for an evening meal.

This resturant is great and the food is AWESOME!!! Me and my family visited Andorra when we came back to Spain and the food here is real good . The service is brilliant and the staff are really friendly . Angel , one of the staff was a really nice person and is very polite and professional while being friendly and positive ! The food we ordered was great and we are coming back for more tomorrow because we saw food from the other tables and it looked so good so we can’t wait to try it . The atmosphere was really nice and cosy , the ambience was great . I would totally recommend people to visit this restaurant when they visit!!

In 2017, I visited this restaurant with my family and, although I don’t have many clear memories, I remember it as a place with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience I had today, on the first day of 2026, was completely different and extremely disappointing. I decided to return with other family members to celebrate the first day of the year. I chose to go to La Taberna, which has a side entrance, different from the main entrance of the restaurant on the opposite side. As it was January 1st and I did not have a reservation, I arrived before 7:30 p.m. and waited in front of La Taberna’s door. I was the first person to arrive, and shortly after, more people came and a small line formed. The door is made of glass, and several staff members walked past us, clearly saw us waiting, and said nothing. It was obvious they were busy preparing to open the restaurant. At 7:30 p.m., one employee opened the door and asked us to wait about five minutes until another colleague came to receive us. A few minutes later, another staff member opened the door and asked us to go downstairs to La Taberna. Once inside, we were greeted by a female staff member who, seeing that we were a larger group, directed us to another area of the restaurant where tables were already set for bigger groups. We were already seated when the manager approached us, speaking in a loud, arrogant, and completely inappropriate tone, implying that we were in the wrong place and questioning who had authorized us to sit there. We were forced to stand up and move to the line on the other side of the restaurant, even though I clearly stated that I wanted to stay at La Taberna. Nowhere was it indicated that the correct entrance was on the other side, and none of the staff informed us of this — on the contrary, they opened the door and allowed us to enter. The staff members were clearly intimidated, said nothing, and did not stand up for us. The most serious issue was the manager’s attitude: arrogance, a total lack of empathy, and zero professionalism. I tried to file a complaint directly with the person in charge, but I was not allowed to speak, was ignored, and eventually was practically expelled from the restaurant, with a complete refusal to listen to me or to accept any complaint, either verbally or in writing. I am a regular customer of restaurants in many countries, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the most arrogant and disrespectful services I have ever experienced. What was supposed to be a pleasant family celebration turned into a humiliating and depressing experience. It is deeply disappointing that a restaurant located in one of the main tourist areas of Andorra la Vella, visited by people of many nationalities, treats its customers this way. The year 2026 has barely begun, and this place has already been marked, for me and my family, as the worst service we have ever experienced. Not recommended.

This place is nothing but marketing and hype. There is absolutely nothing worthy behind it. The food arrived cold, the sauce was terrible, and the overall quality was extremely poor. A complete waste of money and time. We ask the service in polite way to change but still after she brought , I left all the food in plate . The girl in service it was very nice and polite anyway . I would never come back and do not recommend it at all.

Amazing restaurant in Andorra city. The outside is a masterpiece and you could not resist to take a picture. Food is super and I recommend the fondue or raclette! Service is fast and efficient. Make sure to arrive not too late because there is no possibility to make reservation. First in, first eating 😅

The grilled meats are the highlight: I had local lamb with rosemary, perfectly cooked and tender. Portions are generous, ideal after a day of hiking or skiing. Staff greet you like family — they even offered a local herbal liquor at the end of the meal “for good luck.” Prices reasonable, service quick, and the view of the Pyrenees — breathtaking. Big deptment store with a large food and wine area. Great selection of wine and all kinds of food with large bakery, cheese area and of course meats. Sushi was better than most grocery stores. Worth. Visit.

From the front it looks like it's all cigarettes and booze, so initially I avoided it. But once you get past the entrance, there is so much more. The papereria in particular has a good selection of stuff.

Nice area, tour unfortunately only alloted and hour to visit here, we needed to get something to eat, this took almost an hour. Food was very good!
