It’s my first time here and we ordered beer and food after ski at soldeu. Really good ambience. We had to rush off and Analia was really nice to help us take away our food and even sauces for us ❤️❤️. Will definitely come back to this place

Horrible burgers. I got the chicken burger and it was like black rubber, as it was the thigh. My boyfriend got a raw beef burger. I do not recommend going to eat here. It is a great place to go for drinks. They stay open late too

Bar Villiger in Soldeu is a great place to relax, enjoy drinks, and feel truly welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and lively at the same time, perfect after a long day in the mountains. What really makes this place special is the service. Analia is by far the best — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. She makes sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of, and her positive energy truly elevates the entire experience. Highly recommended if you’re in Soldeu. I’ll definitely come back!

Had a lovely welcome and was really impressed with the restaurant, beautifully decorated with matching service and food. I sat down had a couple of beers and a few courses, absolutely delicious and to impress there were a few amuse bouche plates brought out. The Basque lady that ran was fantastic with her English and I enjoyed learning a couple of phrases with her. Overall well worth it, don't miss out.

A very fine rural Basque restaurant. We had a lovely comida in this beautiful mountain setting. The croquetas were outstanding as were the corn soup, fried eggs with patatas fritas and truffles, and Basque gambas. The server, chef and staff were very congenial and informative. A very nice experience.

Th food was amazing, the atmosphere warm and relaxed and the service absolutely fantastic, cannot recommend enough!!

This place is really special. Run by a lovely basque couple with a stunning wooden interior. Food incredible - the prices reflect the quality. It’s not a cheap meal, but it’s a damn good one! Highly recommend the jamon croquetas and the golosina ibérica. Booking is essential. No dogs apart from on the terrace.

We had such a wonderful time at Kao Soldeu! The food was above expectations — every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared, and each item we tried had its own unique and delicious taste. The service was truly exceptional as well. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing resturant, The menu offers a wide range of dishes, and everything we tried was packed with amazing flavors. The service was outstanding too. The team was friendly, quick, and made the whole meal feel effortless and enjoyable. A wonderful place to eat, with great taste and great people. We’ll definitely return!

There is authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by a skilled chef and the team. I have dined there three times, and each visit was delightful. The ambience is also pleasing.

It is really a great Chineese restaurant. I did discover great tastes. The price is consistent with the quality and the service. You should try! Ambiance is also adapted for 1:1 diner :)

Stopped for Lunch on the way down from a hike by chance. WOW great people, Great food and great ambiance. Loved the Boar on the wall, Slow home cooked food, wood fired Grill, wish I had time to go back. Next trip and take the drive up you won't regret it.

The food was amazing. We went to Mirador for the view and stopped by this restaurant to get something to eat. Everything was exceptional and the service was pretty good. They don't know English that well but they were friendly enough to help us with selection. They even insisted we try traditional catalnian dish free of charge. This is a must if you like cozy atmosphere and really good food.

The owners are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food delicious. Our group enjoyed lamb chops, onion soup, carpaccio, escudella, tart tatin and a brownie. Everything was flavourful and well prepared. Do make a stop after you’ve enjoyed a nice hike on Coll d’Ordino!

Do you accept being told what to eat❓ This is something I particularly dislike. 😤 Near our apartment in Canillo, Andorra 🇦🇩, there's a restaurant I've been wanting to try for years. And on our last night there this summer, I found out some friends of mine were also in Canillo (what are the odds?!), so I offered to meet at that place (that I won't name). I walked there to ask if they had a table for us. And they answered that they did but we basically had to eat what they would tell us. Only 1 set menu with 3 options, at night, in the middle of the high season. And I'm not talking about a Michelin star restaurant... 👎 Not to mention that they wouldn't allow us to bring my friends' dog. 😠 So I went to the place next door: La Cabaneta. There, no issue at all: we could seat as many people as we wanted, they would make room for us and for the dog (who behaved so well btw!). And we could order anything we wanted: sandwiches 🥪, salads 🥗, meat 🥩, pasta 🍝... 👍 The place is divided into a snack area, not nice at all, and a restaurant area, with stone walls and a fire pit. We chose to sit on the nice side even though there wasn't much room. But the servers who were easy-going and really willing to help did some magic 🪄 for us. 🙏 My wife and I shared a skirt steak and a duck breast. Big portions, balanced plates, correct food (these weren't the best meats but they were ok). 👍 We paid €20 each for enough food but not much more than 1 course each, including kids dishes, so not exactly cheap. 😐 Anyway we had a great time there, in great company. And it's good to know there's a solid, not too expensive option so close to our apartment. 👏 . . . Quality & taste: 7/10 Quantities: 10/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Originality: 6/10 Ratio price / quality: 7/10 Service: 9/10 How I felt afterwards: 8/10

We were a party of 7 and chose varied meals from the menu including children's and vegetarian meals. Our favourite was the mixed grill, all the meals were flame grilled. Dog friendly.

We are tourists who do not know French and Spain so for us it was a pleasures that waitress speaks English!! Food was delicious!! Music is cool… rock and jazz and fado)) really lovely place!! Please note that table to be reserve in advance

The only good thing about this restaurant was the service — the waitress was polite and adequate. But everything else was just terrible. The soup was basically water with a few pieces of macaroni and a tiny amount of meat. It wasn’t even salted — and there was no salt on the table either. The salad portion was very small, much smaller than what you’d normally expect. But even setting the size aside, the cucumbers were wilted, and for some reason the whole salad was covered in sugar. Maybe that was their idea of a dressing, but it was just strange. A sweet salad? Who does that? The meat dish we ordered was listed at €16, but showed up as €20 on the bill. The soup was supposed to be €8, but we were charged €20 for two. Even the salad had a different price on the check than in the menu. It was a complete mess. On top of that, the place was noisy, with dogs barking inside the restaurant, which made it impossible to enjoy the meal. Terrible food, dishonest pricing, and an uncomfortable atmosphere — never again.

Popular local spot in the area for grilled meats and potatoes recommended and tapas , simple but did not disappoint and we had good service.

Great place for ice skating. The rink is magnificent. Large size, great ice quality, renting equipment is in good shape and taken care after by the crew. The issue are the prices in the cafeteria. In my opinion expensive for the quality or sizes of the portuins served. The ambiance is great, yet the service isn't the most efficient. They're nice and welcoming, but not great at the job.

What a rip off! Very expensive for what it is. Changing rooms aren’t heated so the walk from the pool to the lockers is a horrid experience in winter, no hair driers (a bad combo of wet hair for -7c outside!) and most lockers’ key don’t work. Main pool water temperature is on the chilli side, and little ones aren’t allowed in the flumes unless they’re a certain height (my 6 year old wasn’t allowed which broke their heart!) - check height beforehand. Also had to buy swimming caps which added to the cost. We didn’t think the overall experience was worth the money.

I visited a skating rink and it was a nice experience. The Palau de Gel itself isn't big but the skating rink is huge. I bought tickets online and it's not necessary to print them. Just take gloves as they are required

When we open the side, it literally wins like blank without any pictures and without anything we tried to tap something which I do get tickets and it literally did not get us anything

An absolutely idyllic place. Borda del Pi is perfect for enjoying a peaceful and charming setting. The food is exellent ,everything was delicious and beautifully prepared, with authentic flavors and high quality. Above all, the service was outstanding -warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. A wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!

Having celebrated our wedding here, I expected this place to remain special. Sadly, my experience afterward was deeply disappointing. Despite the beautiful valley and the charming recreated borda with decent food, the service is overshadowed by poor management and a clear lack of care for customers. Reservations were canceled right before Christmas, without apology or consideration, which is unacceptable. If you’re only stopping by for a coffee, a photo, or a short walk with a nice view, this place may suit you. But in terms of service, responsibility, and respect for guests, it falls far short. Disappointed.

Such a beautiful place with incredible views! The food is outstanding, we had the best chuletón we’ve ever tried in Andorra and Marita takes wonderful care of you, making the whole experience feel special. Can’t wait to go back!

Great and cozy place! We escaped the afternoon rain and went and had lunch in the restaurant. Very good price quality ratio. I also had a 11 month old baby with me and it’s a very baby friendly place.

A junior suite and adjoining double room were ideal for an extended family of two young children, their parents and us, the grandparents. A great family location with a water park just across the road. The staff and especially Fatima on reception and Jose the bar man were particularly kind, helpful and professional. They even put up with my attempts at speaking the language. Prices in the hotel were also very reasonable for food and drink. The hotel spa was also, another added bonus. We will definitely return. Disliked · Only a small gripe. We had two children with us aged 4 and 6. A children’s play area was advertised and shown in photos as being a large soft play area with an Xbox ( my grandson was very excited) and other games and toys. Unfortunately, the soft play was even too small for the 6 year old. There was a snooker table and table football (for which you had to pay extra each time you played) and no Xbox or other suitable toys. This didn’t cause too much of a problem as we had glorious weather but, if it had rained, we could have had problems

The beautiful breakfast buffet was generous and fresh. Spa, playroom, and wellness area provided much-needed peace for adults while the little ones had fun. Palau de Gel access included, plus babysitting and kids activities—highly recommended for families."
