A great experience surrounded by mountains!!’ The restaurant is located at the base of the ski slopes, next to the teleferic station. The food was amazing and so was the service staff, enjoying a nice steak surrounded by mountains. Try the buffala and tomato salad!

It's OK, but in comparison to other restaurants in Pal/Vallnord, it's great. View and decor is impressive, food is OK, prices high and service highly variable. Working conditions for staff in Andorra are not great, the pay is poor and living costs high, so establishments struggle to find/retain good staff, and this is reflected in the service. Nice spot, but like much of Andorra, it could/should be much better.

We chose to dine here after reading positive reviews. The first concern was how empty the place was during what is usually a busy time in other places, but we stuck with it. We went for tapas and went for a variety of things, it soon became clear nothing was fresh. The meatballs were pretty awful, and the snails tasted rotten. We ended up being unwell after eating here, not what you want when you’re paying over the odds for frozen food.

Excellent food, big portions. Be careful ordering hungry, it's easy to end up with a table full of food and stuffed to the gills. Opens for dinner at 8 but is open before as a bar, which confuses Google's "open now" option.

There is no better restaurant in Andorra to leave feeling not only full, but that the meal you just consumed is well above average quality and flavor. Having been to Cal Silvino three times now, I think you would be missing out if you don't have the Posta (a thick, cooked rare steak, served seared at the table with just sea salt). This amazing, traditional Portuguese delicacy is the centerpiece of a great meal. Preceeded by seafood and presunto, you just can't go wrong. Looking forward to returning this winter.

I do not think that older ratings are justified. We had to leave the restaurant today without even eating as we had strong concerns about the cleanliness of this restaurant. Even the pages of the menue card stuck together....

What a great pub with amazing friendly staff and a bustling atmosphere. Just across the road from where we were staying we couldn't complain at all. Something on every night from live music and karaoke to a disco quiz night, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tia and Emily for putting up with us all week. Would defiantly visit here again.

Coolest pud in town! Highly recommend this place for a drink after a day on the slopes! Live music, good beer and friendly staff! Don't leave without visiting atleast once!

Would you pay more for a renowned restaurant❓ I mean, if a renowned restaurant and a random place offer the same type of scenery, the same service, the same food, would you be ok to be charged more for the renowned one? 🤔 To me, the name has no value. Especially if I've never heard about it.... 😅 In Andorra 🇦🇩, my wife took us to Borda Xixerella. I didn't know anything about it and I thought it was just another traditional restaurant. But as soon as you arrive there, you see a lot of football (soccer ⚽) jerseys 👕 signed by the players, hung in front of the door. I immediately realized the place was famous, somehow... It's a very elegant place with impeccable service, very attentive and professional. And as soon as you sit, you're served some appetizers 🫒. Of course they charge you for that, but nobody tells you you'll be charged nor how much you'll pay. It's €2.5 but I'd rather know it upfront or, even better, be given the choice. 😤 We started with some snails 🐌 that were good, but half of them got stuck in their shells... and some artichoke that was unusually prepared but was also half burnt and very expensive (€16.5 for at most 1 artichoke! 😳). Then we shared some rice 🥘 topped with matured (maybe they should mention that) entrecote 🥩. That was just excellent and the quantities were great. 🤩 I loved that we could combine a dish of rice and some meat in 1️⃣ dish, and that we didn't have to sacrifice one of them. I really loved it. 💙 Plus I found that rice rather affordable compared to the rest: €29 per portion but 3 people can eat enough with 2 portions. 👏 The desserts were ok. If you want a 3-course meal there, you need to count at least €60 (no wine 🍷), which, depending on what you order, can be reasonable or too expensive. In our case, I found it just slightly too expensive. . . . Quality & taste: 8/10 Quantities: 8/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Originality: 9/10 Ratio price / quality: 7/10 Service: 9/10 How I felt afterwards: 8/10

Beautiful traditional house renovated into a restaurant with beautiful views. The service is impeccable, fast, efficient and friendly. The food is amazing. Everything cooked to perfection. The wagyu steak was perfectly cooked. The cargols (snails) were exquisite. Piping hot and served with aioli. I highly recommend this place and congratulate the staff for the quality and service.

We visited commencal spot while we were on a ski trip, it was so good that we went 3 times!! Food is unbelievable especially the smashed burger! Staff are super friendly and made us so relaxed as they knew English. The service is great and the food came really quickly. Thank you so much :)

Modern and relaxed atmosphere right next to the Commencal showroom. Excellent food with a wide variety – from burgers to plenty of meatless options; honestly, the whole menu is worth recommending. Our favorites: squid tempura, and the veggie burger. Pleasant vibe with a great playlist and MTB videos on the screens. Friendly, attentive service (thanks to Nana and her team). We first came in for the showroom – but kept coming back for the food and great service.

Great little spot, just outside of town. We booked for 7 of us and were all accommodated on one table. The interior is spacious and nestled inside an impressive Bike/ski shop with some great ‘eye candy’!! Food is varied and of a great standard. We were greeted and served by Nana. She absolutely smashed the customer service and was the most attentive and diligent waiting staff we had in well over a week of our stay in Andorra! Good work Nana!!!

The new Commencal Spot has grown to be another favourite place, the old place I avoided, this new one has great food, coffee is awesome and overall superb ambiance. The staff are always great and appreciated by me. Definitely worth a a visit or three 😃

Overpriced. A simple grilled fish with steamed veggies for 2 cost €100. (Fish of the day, no price on the menu) Completely incompatible. Service is good. Galician green wine was amazing. All considered, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Excellent food, friendly and professional service! The restaurant has a huge open fireplace/grill in the middle, decorated in a rather rustic style. They have also accommodated our special requests and served one of their desserts, the apple tart as birthday dish. Highly recommended if you are at the area. P.S.: you might want to make a reservation as they are pretty booked out.

Borda de l’Avi is walking distance from our apartment; tasty, well prepared, varied borda-style menu with the usual grilled meats etc done on the open fire. Very friendly staff; dogs welcome. Reasonably priced. One of our local faves.

This was a recommendation for a traditional Andorran restaurant - we did not expect it to be so refined! Great and hearty food, and the desserts were decadent...must try!

A must restaurant in Andorra! Every time we go to Andorra we come to Borda Xicoies. It is dog friendly but is better to call and ask. The service is beyond good, they make you feel like home. The problem is the menu, it’s difficult to choose as they have so many amazing options. I recommend the Canelons de Pularda, Escudella, Mandonguilles and Fricandó. They have a good parking lot. The price is also good, we were 2 adults and one kid and paid about 90€. Then we went back again with 2 more adults and one kid and we paid 201€, all without wine but with desserts. Again, totally recommended. Make a reservation as they would definitely be busy.

This place is a revelation and I cannot remember the last time I was treated so nicely in a restaurant. The service is absolutely superb, very, very kind and helpful, while the traditional food of Andorra is incredibly tasty and served very fast. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Andorra - the country is so small it might be worth a drive from other parts just to eat at this restaurant.

Small borda restaurant at the top end of Arinsal. Really excellent local grilled meats; freshly prepared. The steaks were impeccable; melt in the mouth good (according to the other 3 who all had them 😁) My lamb chops were also delicious. Very generous portions. We had two bottles of Syrah: also very good. We had no room for postres! The two young women who run the place were super friendly & are doing a brilliant job. Thank you! 🙏 We will be back.

What an experience! The food is amazing, the service is perfect (including English menu), and the atmosphere is like in the movies.. highly recommended!

Everything here is homemade and delicious! Seriously everything - from the cheese to the yogurt, it's all made or produced by the owners of the restaurant. It's all delicious food. The building is from the 1600s and it's a family restaurant is owned by the same family that operates the famous Cal Serni restaurant in Calvinya. Very delicious.

We came in a busy night and got served right away. The waiter was attentive and nice. I got the pickle pizza and surprisingly loved it (I was a bit afraid of it at first) and my boyfriend had the pesto spaghetti. For dessert we had the chocolate thingy and they were wonderful to change the bailey's ice cream for a normal one because we don't drink. Prices were very good too

You’re probably thinking this is a jack of all trades restaurant, well nothing could be further from the truth. I had walked up from ALV to Massana and arrived just after 13:00, starving and thought ai would try here. I opted for the lemonade mocktail, filet de bou amb salsa de champis and a tiramisu. The lady who served me was delightful, a perfect combination of professionalism and fun. The mocktail was refreshing and large, a perfect drink for such a hot day. The steak was perfectly cooked to my liking and the mushroom sauce contained all sorts of mushrooms, including morels and was seasoned perfectly as a rich sauce. The chips (fries) were fluffy and crunchy, clearly cooked by someone that knows what they are doing. Regarding the tiramisu, honestly, it vanished in about 5 seconds barely touching the sides. It was the right combination of coffee/sweet. I will definitely return here for the food, the service and the ambience. Such a chatty and cheerful staff, congratulations.

Visited with husband mid week. Superb food & entertaining service from the happy staff at Angelo’s in La Massana; the fresh raw veggies in the “poke bowl” were delicious, amazing houmous & a gorgeous pizza on a GF base (& a regular base for Simon). Added to the benefit that it’s only a 10 minute walk from home, we will definitely be returning soon. Update! A year later and it’s even better 🤩

Pizza Andgelos La Massana is a perennial favourite. The food is always good but what makes it a particularly good place to eat is the wonderful staff. ALWAYS a warm welcome and very helpful service. I congratulate management for employing such terrific staff.

We had both pizza and pasta but of the two we thought pizza was the pick! Was quite busy at opening (8pm) so recommend that you reserve.

The shear fact that one of the automatic selections to describe this hotel as ‘luxury’ is just laughable. A 4 star hotel is certainly a stretch! Of course, in reading the previous reviews, the hotel defend themselves by stating ‘We have a vast range of services amounting to 4 stars’, but a pool/spa does not solve their issues! The rooms (which let’s face it we are all paying for) were a real letdown. Small, out dated, tatty and draughty. The flooring was damaged, walls scuffed, chipped and doors ill fitting. Thankfully there was not much wind during our stay, as the 10mm gap the top of our exterior door would have certainly led to some cold, sleepless nights for our child. Just not acceptable at this price point. The customer service was some of the worst I have seen. We gave numerous chances to the ‘Sports Bar’ and the ‘ring for service’ system was a joke. After ringing, and a long wait for our order to be taken, we waited nearly 15minutes for 2 simple fantas with only 2 other tables occupied and 3 staff! Quite impressive!!! Then the restaurant….. It’s something to say that the dinner was the highlight of the hotel’s offering. The dining room was loud with zero ambience and a sensation making you want to get in, eat and get out! Whist food was varied it was, eating every night for a week, cold. Again, quite impressive considering the kitchen is meters away from the ‘hotplates’? Breakfast was substandard for this price point/4 star. Each morning the pastries tasted (and felt) like they were from at least one or days previous. As with the dinner all hot food offerings were cold and average. It was quite something to say that a pastry from a motorway service station on the drive home was streets ahead of any offering we had over the 7 days of attempting breakfast. My advice would be, look elsewhere! A disappointing stay and money is better spent elsewhere. Would be a one star but the location saved it from the lowest possible rating.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AnyósPark The Mountain & Wellness Resort – La Massana, Andorra This is hands-down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in — and I’ve been to over 50 countries! 🌍 The views are absolutely stunning, tucked away in the mountains yet close to everything. The wellness facilities are top-tier: indoor & outdoor pools, spa, gym, and relaxation areas that truly live up to the “wellness resort” name. Our room was cozy, clean, and perfect for winding down after a long day outdoors. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help with anything — from spa bookings to restaurant tips and hiking suggestions. Breakfast was varied and generous, and the overall atmosphere was calm, natural, and inspiring. A few things could be a bit more intuitive (like parking and navigation between buildings), but they’re tiny compared to the quality of the experience. If you're looking for luxury, wellness, and nature all in one place — this is it.

I had such a great time staying at Anyós Wellness Hotel in Andorra! The place is beautiful — super clean, cozy, and the views of the mountains are just incredible. The spa and gym are awesome, and the whole vibe is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I have to give a special shoutout to Natalia — she was absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful with everything we needed, and she made us feel really welcome from the start. You can tell she truly cares about the guests. I’d 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Andorra. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for the Christmas holidays for only two days in the apartments. When we checked in, everything was fine—no problems, and nothing bad happened.When we entered the apartment, it felt a bit average and quite old. The TV looked like it was from the early 2000s. The beds were decent, but they felt unusually warm just lying on them. The cooker was slow, and the power sockets were not in great condition.The hotel restaurant was okay, but the food was cold and there wasn’t much of a choice.On the day of check-out, we had to wait around 40–45 minutes to get the invoice, which was frustrating as we had a long drive ahead of us. Overall, I don’t think I would stay in these apartments again.

We stayed at the Anyós Park Resort for a week while exploring Andorra, and it was a wonderful experience. We absolutely loved the stunning natural surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff — especially Matias, who greeted us with such kindness and helped us enormously during check-in when we made a mistake with our reservation. Throughout our stay, he was always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. His cheerful smile truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
