The owner of the place was really nice and also they had really good hospitality you have to try their draft beer it’s a must for sure !!

Have been to this cafe many times with family. In 2022, they prepared delicious ice cream, this year, 2023, everything was tasteless! There was only a beautiful picture, and the quality, unfortunately, deteriorated very much.

We've been here three times as a couple during daytime, here our opinion: + very friendly and attentive staff + the whole team appeared supportive to each other + the ordered meals were quite big + the prices were fair + the ice-cream is really tasty - loved it! + the salads are a secret tip for vegetarians - check it out! o the music could have more concept, very different from day to day. My suggestion @the owner: how about giving the team a try to create a suitable playlist? o i would also suggest to give the bar a new concept instead of the American Pirate aka Captain Morgan-look, because the quality of the service ist above the "feel" when you first see the bar. There's quite potential to improve this easily, in my humble opinion! - the tables in front of the bar in the left hand site are quite at an angle due to the uneven ground.

We were visiting this place for many years. They used to give huge portions of a delicious ice cream. There were many flavours to choose from, and all of them were great. The staff was always nice and smiling. Unfortunately this year it's the opposite... the portions are ok-ish. But the ice cream starts melting immediately. Also it's not so tasty as it was before. Plus, you have a feeling you are disturbing the staff from something much more important when making an order.

Good atmosphere. Nice waitresses. Pizza is ok. Toast chews like bubblegum :) the fresh pressed juices are nice though. But you gotta pay a good price for it.

After a long day we were starving so we stopped at the first restaurant.. it was late and we had a long drive to home but not with empty stomach, so we decided give it a try. What a lovely and relaxing atmosphere with pleasant food and good wine. I was amazed with the staff. Most of them were young people and honestly I expected inexperienced staff, but they are confident, kind, hospitable and professional. Exceptional food, tasty, delicious, and the pasta 😚👌🏼 mamma mia 😍 we will be back! Good job guys, keep going 👏🏻

We were really hungry after a hot day and chose this restaurant. We did not have a reservation but got a table relatively easy otside. Inside was also pleasantly cool because of the air-conditioner. A useful tip would be to avoid sitting under the roof on hot days. It is mush nicer and cooler a little bit on the side, where there is no cover. The food was ready surprisingly quickly, it even arrived before the bottle of wine, which we ordered. It was tasty and fresh. Even the kids' dishes were super huge, so choose wisely. We did not manage to finish everything. A nice surprise was the offered limoncello and sorbet as a desert

Nice place, served very fast. Pizza was perfect, milanese and burger better standard. Also good baby manü, kids enjoyed the food as well.

I took a vegan panini/sandwich Ella. Very big one, also very good, but nothing special. 8/10 At least you have something vegan in Lignano. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Recommended, but after 2022 the menu was changed. Before the menu was illustrated with pictures of the panini and burgers. Now it's only a simple paper menu without pictures. Before we ordered burgers and french fries separately. Now you have a small portion included with many burgers but the prices are much higher. The cheese also changed. Before it was melted cheese, now it's more like grilled cheese. We liked the old style more.

Burgers were full of fat, too much cheese and fatty ingredients. But maybe for some people that’s a good thing. Service was really good though. However, it’s super loud and hot in the restaurant, making the atmosphere quite bad. There were dogs barking like crazy, which ruined the whole experience for us.

Great service, super friendly staff (our waitress spoke spanish such a lifesaver) and our food was excellent. You can easily convert their multiple vegetarian panini options into vegan by asking for some minor changes which they are happy to do.

Pleasant place, excellent cocktails with acceptable prices for the location and size of the bar. A big minus is that they arrange where you will sit, instead of you choosing whether you want a table or a sofa, and they lead you to the table like a "dog".

Awesome vibe and awesome music. People are dancing and having a great time. Really cool and friendly staff. Amazing food: try the club sandwiches. Beer is also good.

great for a good breakfast before going to the beach, right in front of it, with fresh croissants and good coffee. also nice for nightlife, crowded and fashion. recommended in Lignano, despite of the high price still a nice place to enjoy with friends!

We’ve been coming here for more than a decade now. They have big portions of food per serving so it’s perfect for big family dinners. The service is quick and polite. Unfortunately the pizza is worse this year than before, I asked and they switched the tomato sauce. Hope they switch it back sometime:)

I visit this restaurant since I'm a little kid. And still, after 20 years, I enjoy it every single time! The portions are so big, the food is delicious and the waiters are very professional and quick. If you visit Lignano you should definitely try La Botte!

Nice experience, large portion of food…if you want to taste two dishes and you are in two persons, you have to order one each other and to share. Food quality is OK, not the super best but the big portion compensate it

The portions in this restaurant are huge so take care when ordering …we eat often here and we enjoy sharing the food. Yesterday we ate the Tagliatelle with ham and mushrooms, Gnocchi with spinach and Gorgonzola and one Lasagne. The pasta dishes were absolutely delicious but the lasagna I cannot recommend, it was only pasta and Béchamel sauce…the meat was hard to be found 😂😂😂

Big portions but very low quality. Pasta was way overcooked, the carbonara was sweet for some reason... The staff was friendly. Seating was a bit cramped. One portion is indeed for 2 persons no issue, but I would rather eat a normal quantity of really good Italian food for the same price rather than eat a huge portion of average food. It is difficult to find a good restaurant in such a large seaside town. We got to ARCO quite by accident, because it was located near our hotel on the way to the beaches. The menu is very extensive, quite a lot of dishes to choose from :) Sometimes you have to think for a while. Menu in Italian, English and German. The dishes are very good, made with fresh ingredients. Italian pizza tastes like Italian pizza, not the cheap imitation served in the city center. This is the place where I experienced the best organized service I have ever seen. Lots of waiters but everyone knows what to do. You don't wait long for your order, the waiters are always ready to help you. Each of them smiling, each of them communicates in several languages. The pace of their work and professionalism make a huge impression. The owner watches over the restaurant with a watchful eye, in times of increased traffic, he takes care of the guests himself, which is very professional. I recommend this place, try seafood dishes, pizza with wonderful tomato sauce or great tiramisu. Quality and service great, price very good for this level of culinary experience!

I think Arco is my favorite restaurant in Lignano! today lasagne and sword fish from gril and again food was delicious!!! so many thanks to kitchen and many thanks to staff coz they talking in english language😉 tanks for everything!!

We love to come here for a drink every time we are here on holidays. We love to have a drink and some snacks. The location is really nice and the service was also good. There is free wifi which is not to often if you are sitting on top of water. Would come over every time I'm near! Enjoy the drone pictures!

Beautiful and quite romantic 🤓 place. Massive and modern piece of concrete architecture. There are also picture presentations from time to time as well as cafes, shops and restaurant. A must see when in Lignano, especially at sunset and sunrise.

Perfect place, outstanding food and cocktails, incredible view, great team of waiters, I can highly recommend this place. It's "the symbol" of Lignano Sabbiadoro.

Amzing location, but no food served, except breakfast.

We did spent our whole week eating there! Variety of dishes, none of them will disappoint you. Reasonable prices and food quickly ready. Amazing pizza, amazing pasta, friendly waiters and great desserts. I can recommend for both casual lunch as well as romantic dinner.

Been there twice as a group, everybody was satisfied. Tried pasta, pizza, various fish and also meat products from menu, fish ok, pizza and pasta as well. In general, average tasting food. Fair price. Service/waiters nice. Quite a lot of people (both times), depending on the size of your group, your waiting time for the tablecan be up to 10 minutes. Still liked it and would come back for next dinner. 🙂

The pizza is really good there, but the seafood was a disappointment 😞 quite tasteless and small portions. The atmosphere is the biggest issue, though. The tables are placed so closely to each other that you can't even get to your table without pushing someone's table with your butt 😮‍💨 The service is pretty fast, though. To sum up, a good option for pizza takeaway, not more.

Very good place to be ! A friend told me which was the best spot to eat typical pizza when in Italy and he didn't lie ! The food is very tasty for an affordable price. The menu has plenty of dishes to offer. Waiters are very professional, welcoming and eager to provide to you the best experience when you're sitting at the table. Recommended. Very good selection of dishes and great taste. Reasonable prices compared to other restaurants, so definitely a winner and our current no. 1 restaurant. Fun fact: You will find a lot of german speaking people there including the helpful and professional staff.

Great place to eat, modern and high level Ambiente that matches the quality of the food. I especially recommend the Pasta dishes with their fresh Pasta. Also very good Pizza. The waitstaff is also friendly and competent and also showed an enormous amount of patience with a table of drunk and rude Girls next to us.

This restaurant may not be budget-friendly, but it truly justifies its price and more. The flavors in every dish were impeccable, from the delightful Caesar salad to the mouthwatering homemade barbecue sauce. I must give a special shout-out to the talented chefs behind the life-changing lasagna and the unforgettable pistachio tuna. The service was outstanding, even with the restaurant being fully packed. Our meals arrived promptly, and the serving staff was incredibly pleasant. Overall, I had an incredible experience, rating it a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this place to everyone

Everything tastes bad! Terrible service! Waiters are disrespectful to customers, too familiar! I ordered pasta with crab meat - tasteless 🤢, they put 1/4 teaspoon of crab meat on a huge plate and this is a “Tagliolini alla polpa di granchio gigante”??? Pizza is Terrible. Interior design is very nice. Highly not recommended

Great, delicious food and wine. Very nice service. Crowded, you have to wait in line to get the table, but it is pretty quick even in the main season - 10min. Having menu in different languages - English, Deutsch, Czech, Polski, Hungarian, Italian…

Easy to reach, nicely presented in the middle of the town. A very buzzing place with a lot of tables, but still cozy once you are seated. Extremely friendly, fast and helpful staff, I liked that a lot. The food came quickly, the portions were - well you did not stay hungry for sure. :) Kids friendly place too. I liked the Superhero theme. The prices are reasonable. The best place on our Italy trip so far. Well worth the visit.

If you want to take a seat, then come for lunch. In the evening you will wait for an hour. Here they know how to honour the guest. Very good food, very good personnel. Perfectly kids friendly. If you want to enjoy the food and please your kids, this is a good choice.

We've been here for the second time and it didn't fail us! There was a long line outside at 10:30 but the staff made sure that everyone is taken cared of. They informed us how long the waiting time is and kept us updated. The staff were very friendly and the service was so fast. The food were DELICIOUS!!!! Even the bread that they serve you while you wait. During our first time back in October, they gave us complimentary cheese pizza and it was so good. At the end of our meal, they gave us complimentary candies and limencello. So far, this is the best among the best restaurants in Italy!

I was very curious to try this place due to its popularity and it definitely met my expectations. The staff was very kind and welcoming and they gave us some cheese and garlic pizza slices as a starter while we were waiting. The seafood pastas we tried were all very good. I had the clams, tomato and olives paccheri and the combination of flavours was excellent. At the end, they brought a lemon sorbet and a candy jar, that again shows how attentive to client they are.

Short answer: I think everyone should go and eat here at least once during their vacation. Long answer: As someone who has worked in a restaurant before, I have nothing but respect for the employees of this place. Everything we ate tasted amazing (we went 4 times during our holiday) and the service was fast. I was especially impressed with the speed because the restaurant is usually so full in the evenings, that there is a line to get in. Even so everything feels and tastes fresh and is ready fairly quickly. Were there some small mistakes? Yes. But I am not gonna nitpick on it. (In case you are interested in what kind of things I mean: It is nice to get a bowl for the empty shells of the clams, but if you get that bowl only after you already had half of your food, it is also okay, you can stack the shells at the edge of your plate. No big deal.) The only thing we couldn't figure out if the limoncello was supposed to be in the coperto or not, because we have gotten some twice for free and didn't get some the other two visits. Coperto was around 4 euros for the two of us. It entails more than in most restaurants (Grissini, olive oil, Parmesan) but since I am not sure that it is always the same, just let yourself be surprised when you visit.
