Bought a half gallon yesterday, went back for more and was told it was discontinued 3 months ago company wide. When I indicated I had bought a half gallon yesterday, the employee, and later the MANAGER, called me a liar and said that if I could provide a receipt we could talk. Couldn't find the receipt, but was tempted to go pour out the dregs of yesterday's half gallon on their counter, but instead went to the next A&W over which, "shockingly" , had never heard of this "company wide change".

Food was too hot and not well presented. KFC chicken burger was okay, could do with bit more sauce. Staff seemed young and rushed. They also forgot fries but I drove back through and re collected them with no questions asked.

Place a family meal order; 6 cheeseburgers, 6 fries, a gallon of root beer. The establishment filled 6 drive-thru orders after my order, and i didn't even get my full order. I received 6 fries, 5 sandwiches, and 3/4 of a gallon of root beer, measured it. Waited 30 mins. for order. Mcdonald filled 18 orders in same time.

This was a rather poor experience initially. It took a little while for us to get service at the counter. Then when we did we were massively overcharged. The prices on the board were not the same as the prices in the terminal. The entered the wrong order for my son. After 3 tries they made it right, but it took a lot more explaining than should have been needed. Then they forgot the fries for my combo meal. A lackluster experience all around.

Service is way slow, we had to wait in a line off to the side. Poor guy in front of me was there before me and after me. My hamburger buns were cold for some reason which really took away from the burger. The Mac and cheese was barely warm. When they brought out the root beer there was no syrup in it so we asked for new ones. They said they didn't have any (even though it is "made in house") we didn't want any other soda (I'm not a big soda drinker and went there specifically for the a&w root beer) so we asked for ice cream instead. The manager put up a stink about it. I'm like, hey, I'm not the one who didn't keep on top of the root beer, which is literally the name of the restaurant. Won't be going back to this restaurant. On a positive note, there was a was a girl worker who was very nice. She was made the runner to take food to the people waiting in line (she gets 5 stars)

I bought a used toaster oven that looked designed to take a 12" pizza. I ran to PM half an hour before closing and got a pepperoni and large salad. Staff was courteous and attentive. The oven passed the test and so did the pizza. Salad very good too. One minor deficiency: they need to offer a packet of croutons or tortilla strips to put on the salad, but that doesn't justify a star deduction. (I added chips from home.)

Online order process was easy and I saw many appetizing images and options. I like that they allow for ordering at any time of their business hours in case I only had a moment available to order in a day. When I walked in staff was quick to address me and show me my pizzas. The pizzas were so good I almost wish I got a pizza just for myself.

Papa Murphy’s provides consistent, good pizza and desserts. I love the s’mores bars best personally. The best part about this trip though was the people that helped me there. I was having a terrible day honestly and the employees behind the counter actually asked how I was doing and listened to me when I replied honestly. Most people ask how are you as a greeting and don’t care what the answer is, but these employees actually cared. So, thanks Papa Murphy’s.

We were excited to have pizza night, but upon getting our pizza, we saw how skimpy they were on everything. The cheese didn’t even cover the whole pizza. There was maybe 6oz of chicken on the entire pizza and we had to spread the other toppings when we got home, and add our own spinach just so the pizza was covered. Every other location has been generous with toppings, but this was not worth it.

Over the years I have gone to this Papa Murphy's location and they never disappoint. They hold themselves to a high standard, and make wonderful pizzas. They go the extra mile to hold the door for people with a lot of pizza or who have other items or children they are juggling. Other times they have identified individuals who need further assistance and taken the pizza to their vehicles for them. They genuinely believe in providing quality service to their customers outside of just food service.

If I could go 0 stars I would! DO NOT order the large 3 topping pizza, unless it is for your kindergartner that doesn't care what the pizza is like! There are NOT 3 toppings, the amount of meat they put on the whole pizza wasn't enough for 1 slice! SIZEFLATION TO THE EXTREME!!!

Food was supposed to be ready at 6:50 Got to reasturant at 7 When my son went to get it the screen said it was ready. They told him that they were waiting on one pizza. We still had to wait over 20 minutes. So food was 30 minutes past when we should have been able to pick it.

I tried two different stores to do the online coupon from the online app and they would not receive the order. If you’re gonna give out a coupon that can only be used online. You should at least honor it off-line when you can’t use it online.

Pizza Hut is 100x better than Little Ceasers but besides that they gave me an empty box for a White Elephant gift free of charge. Little Ceasers said they weren’t allowed to give an empty box, even if I bought something.

Apparently Pizza Hut outsources their phone calls out of the country. It’s impossible to actually speak to anyone at the local location. 🤦‍♀️I placed an order ln the app, and I forgot to order a 3rd pizza so I was trying to get a hold of somebody at the local store so that I didn’t have to pay to delivery fee. I tried calling three separate times and the calls never get answered. Every time the person from out of the country would try to transfer me to the location at ordering for probably four minutes and then just have a busy signal. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was trying to order out of the Magna Pizza Hut.

The food is authentic with wonderful flavor. The price is reasonable and the portions are big. I get the sweet and sour chicken entre with ham fried rice for 1.99 more and it feeds two. I love that this place is quick and they didn’t jack up their prices along with everyone else. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good Chinese place to go to and love the sweet and sour.

Okay, listen… I don’t usually do reviews, but Red Dragon Express needs some hype. I’ve lived in these parts for a while and just always drove past, until recently, and I'm mad that I've slept on this place for this long. First, the food came out HOT. Not warm, not sitting-under-a-lamp hot, but fresh-out-the-wok hot. The Honey Walnut Shrimp instantly became my new comfort order: big pieces of shrimp, not those tiny frozen kinds, perfectly crispy and coated in that creamy sweet sauce; the walnuts add just that little crunch. Legit chef's kiss. Then the General Chicken… man. The sauce wasn’t that watered-down sugary stuff you get at some spots. This had flavor — a little sweet, a little spicy, a little tang, and the breading actually stays crispy. You can tell the cook actually knows what they are doing. We also ordered House Lo Mein and Fried Rice, and both were good. Noodles had that perfect chew, not soggy. Fried rice wasn't greasy - just seasoned, fluffy, full of flavor. You can literally taste that they cook with a real wok, it makes a difference. Portions are BIG, too. You're getting a good meal and leftovers for later. Prices? Honestly super fair for the quality. The people working there were friendly, too — quick service, no attitude, just a good vibe. It's the kind of place you want to support because they actually care about the food. If you're anywhere near Magna, or just passing through, go try this place. Don't overthink it. Just go. I'm already planning what I'm ordering next time.

Service was good. Portion size are average. Like most reviews, the food was a little bland and lacked flavor.

Ordered take out on their website. Food was pretty bland for my taste and was probably meteokre at best. I've definitely had better Chinese food other places. Sesame chicken breading was soggy, Mongolian beef was basically half filler of carrots and onions, chicken fried rice tasted like the chicken was boiled before being added to the fried rice. The lady at the counter fulfilling my order was super nice and friendly. Overall I'll probably stick with Panda Express for better consistency and bang for my buck.

We just moved to Magna didn’t even know there was a Subway here! So glad we found this place! Awesome service! CJ was amazing! They were very busy and CJ was quick but definitely not careless!

I just had the best experience i have had when getting food in a long time! CJ went above and beyond to provide us with exactly what we wanted and had great suggestions and helped me to save money in the future. They were great!

My family has been to this Subway many times but this last experience was fantastic! CJ was wonderful and went out of his way to make our son feel comfortable enough to speak up and make his own sandwich for the first time. He even decided to try new things on his sandwich. Our son left there saying how much fun getting his sandwich was. Definitely will be going back again thanks to CJ and his customer service.

They burnt the HELL out of my sandwich and the second lady seemed like she said no idea what she was doing. she had a septum ring and tattoos. she kept asking what i meant when i asked for a cookie.

Friendly person at the window but 17.85 for a breakfast burrito and side of guac is sad. Food was okay but definitely not worth that price. Won't be back.

This place is trash tried a few times to see if any changes or like it but man they are not it👎. Workers in the evenings/nights are very friendly but lady during lunch not so much. Ordered hot Cheetos carne asada fries the other day when I was on lunch and my food was drowned with hella cheese lol, just straight up soup of canned cheese and fries with barely any carne asada. Food was not even worth the price too. just go to rancheritos instead:).

Super friendly even though it was late at night, food just smelled absolutely excellent and turned out to be that way. Only we're in there about 4 minutes so I don't really have a lot to say but for a small little strip mall Mexican place this was very good. They also are open late in their drive-thru. I would suggest a chili relleno platter.

Got take out, service was friendly enough but the food wasn’t it. I got the tamale plate. My tamales were sweet for some reason? Which I really didn’t like. And it would crumble before I could even get a bite into my mouth. Everything else was just really meh. The taste, the texture, all of it.

This place has the best mexican food, and it has amazing people who run it. If your looking for great food this is the place. You can go down the street to for rancheritos for cheaper, but I doubt you will be able to eat it, and will regret it.

Love The Bell!!… my favorite is the Lexe Box with the Baja Mt Dew. Very flavorful. Clean place with a friendly staff. Quick service. Great Parking.

Ordered 2 items and switched the taco meat for black beans. There was more lettuce inside of the crunch wrap instead of the black beans. Looked like a sad quesadilla. Talk about shrinkflation at it's worst. Maybe next time y'all could put more in? Thank you. Otherwise it was very clean inside and my food was ready before I got there. I have nothing bad to say about my overall experience I just wish they'd given us more beans.

On our way home and craving taco bell. Stopped in and ordered the chicken burrito with guacamole ranch sauce. It was pretty good. When traveling by the magna location, I won't hesitate to stop in...

Love this place, it’s 2 minutes away from my house and I’ve been coming here frequently. Bathrooms and place inside is very clean. I ordered a large drink, medium nacho cheese fries, 5 layer burrito, gordita crunch for 10 dollars in total.

In this age and time (with all the things going on) I am surprised to run into excellent customer service. Yes the food was perfect, but as much as corporation(s) would expect to hear that, or about how good their business and product, I'd like to point out that the associate who helped me that tonight, Bailey C. (or as the receipt says) was very professional and a caring person. Side note: people need help, love, and caring, and for corporations to be able to help make the change, they need to focus their base foundation on conscious happiness, love towards customers. Not only in customer service, but also in the way the business(s) are ran. Now: That I (a loyal customer) suggest- why don't we go ahead and on Taco Bell tax write offs, and donations, we focus on fixing the issues of suffering and struggling, because big corporations today play the big role, and are responsible for the masses health. Suggestions to corporate: On your next donation, donate to cancer pacients and diabetes patients to begin with, and form there on, fix the world and give back to the poor and struggling, those with continous downfall of their health. Let Taco Bell begin with it, give raises to associates, for greater competition, and watch Taco Bell get more customers because there are alot of good people out there who would support Taco Bell's large donations, (without any behind the scene abuse or mis-use of the extra money made) and what, billions of dollars? while associates get paid very little, so they have to go find "economical stability" through the wrong relations to survive now a days? specially food being expensive? However, this is still a review, regardless of how real the message is, and what impact can it have. or else my review wasn't as appreciated.

My family will make the drive to the West Valley location, on 5600 west because we order classic cheese. Our toddlers are very picky eaters and the classic cheese is one of their favorites. But, not sure why these guys make their dough so dang thin. It’s like all your biting into, is their cardboard hard and everlasting chewy cheese. My 2 yr old, nearly choked. Im not even sure, why they can’t see how they never cook the middle, until it’s ready. Y’all should take note from the West Valley location. The dough is nice and fluffy, even amount of sauce and the cheese— is edible cheese. We made the mistake by stopping by this location, last night because of convenience. After all, they are just up the street. But, we will go back to making the drive to West Valley. If Google allowed, this is a negative star review.🙄🤢🤮

I worked with a great Lady by the nickname of “OG”. She helped in every way possible to get a discount/promo code from installing the Little Caesar’s App on my phone, to step-by-step ordering service. She made the whole ordering experience perfect. I would recommend the Magna Little Caesars pizza place any time to anybody!!

I ordered the stuffed crazy crust pizza last week and got regular stuffed crust. Took it anyway because I didn’t want to return it and wait for them to make another one. Ordered again today and they gave me the regular stuffed crust again, I went back in and let them know I got the stuffed crazy crust, she grabbed it and went back, came back 30 seconds later with sprinkled Parmesan and no garlic.. I don’t have many reviews under my name but I felt like I had to leave this review being the second time.

I don't know what it is but every time I go to little caesars, the pizzas always look like crap I had to wait 10 minutes for these, and I'm very disappointed because every time you bite into a pizza like this. Most of the toppings fall off. They put too much marinara and not enough toppings on it.

I went in to get 1 pepperoni and a ball of dough. OG and Kiara were so awesome to work with. They got everything i needed very quickly, they were kind and willing to help. Fantastic service!

Ranco Markets is a great place to shop! The store is always clean and well-organized, and the prices are excellent—definitely one of the best values around. The only downside is that lines can get long, but the staff are helpful and keep things moving. The self-checkout felt more like an employee assisting you directly, but honestly, that’s fine with me if it gets me out quicker. Overall, a smooth shopping experience with great deals.

I got a tamale from this place and came home to discover that it was raw. I was upset and went back and got another one, the worker opened it for me to check if it was cooked and it looked like it was cause it wasn't flopping everywhere. Then I got home and found that the bottom of the tamale was raw, I just threw it away in the end. Never coming back for the tamales, ive had issues before but never like this.

Today we had a sad visit. Not only did an entire family push my wife back so that she couldn't be in line where she had arrived first, the clerk then followed and also ignored her. She did not talk to her during the transaction. She asked for a receipt and said gracias to the clerk. She was given the receipt and nothing more. Something is really wrong with this. My wife had always enjoyed shopping there, chatting in Spanish with the staff or other customers. Being treated this way was repulsive in our own neighborhood. What is going on in your store?

Stopped in for the carnitas dinner meal, tasty food. They serve enough food for a family of 4, dont forget to also purchase Agua fresca. Gracias

Went to buy meat for pozole today August 14 2025 i bought 5 pounds when i got home and opened up the bag of meat it had the worst smell of rotten meat I've smelled and the meat was so slimy and to top it all off about a pound and a half was meat the rest was fat and and skin that didn't look like pork skin and bones that didn't look like pork either we had to throw away because we were afraid we might get sick or salmonella. I will never buy meat there again!!

Cute little corner coffee shop and deli. The mocha is really divine. Good hearty espresso came through the hot chocolate. Super nice people and a convenient drive through as well. Support local and give them a try! Good pastries and comfortable seating too!

I often take a long walk on Saturday or Sunday morning to get breakfast at Taco Bell or McDonalds. Brew Monkey is right in the same area. I thought they were just coffee and drinks via drive up. Turns out they do breakfast etc. and have inside seating. I got a sausage breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee. Burrito fresh hot and delicious. Friendly service. I think this place will be my go-to when I want an upgrade to cheap value menu items. Maybe pretty often. Highly recommended.

This is my absolute FAVORITE coffee shop! The staff is always so sweet not only to customers but to each other as well which is very nice to see. The coffee is 10/10, the pastries are delicious, and the sandwiches are always so good too. We go here almost every day and we've never been disappointed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a local cafe!

Brew monkey is by far the best coffee place in Salt Lake County. I go out of my way to the west end of Magna all the time just to get Brew Monkey. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the dining area is always spotless and welcoming. When they have rarely made a mistake, they have always promptly fixed it, no questions asked.

Very cool place! Top notch breakfast burritos- Hot, delicious, just the right size. The coffee drinks are unique and delicious. The staff was friendly and fast. I'll be making a point of going back on my way out of town, for sure!
