I really wouldn’t bother coming here to eat. I was wanting to grab something to eat before my flight back home. I had cheese and ham toastie and fries. It was all cold and disappointing. The service was to be desired. The staff were not friendly and it was dire. Don’t bother coming here. Go somewhere else if you want hot food and good service.

It's an OK place that relies on quantity over quality. The bathrooms were disgusting. I wouldn't visit this restaurant chain again

Fast food restaurant,burgers are solid and tasty although sandwiches not as good. I had the new sandwich with fried breaded beef and it was overcooked. Our waiter was nice though.

This establishment's performance was nothing short of a calamitous fiasco. Imagine, if you will, the sheer audacity: not one, but two of our orders vanished into thin air, obliterated without a whisper of explanation. This wasn't mere oversight; it was a flagrant display of chaos and ineptitude that left us bewildered and seething with indignation. When an order finally condescended to grace our presence, it bore no resemblance to what we had requested. This wasn't just a mix-up; it was an affront, a slap in the face delivered with the food we never asked for. The incompetence on display was staggering, a masterclass in how to dismantle the very essence of customer service. And then, the insult to injury—the utter absence of a compensatory gesture. Not even the merest morsel of a freebie was proffered to alleviate the mountain of errors we endured. This wasn't just poor service; it was a blatant disregard for the most basic tenets of hospitality, a stark testament to an establishment devoid of soul or care. As for the culinary abomination presented as 'food'—the chips, those bastions of fast-food delight, were an insult to the palate. Limp, lifeless, and utterly devoid of flavour, they were the final nail in the coffin of our dining experience. This wasn't just disappointing food; it was a culinary crime, an affront to taste buds everywhere. In sum, my encounter at McDonald's Palma Airport Departures was not merely unsatisfactory; it was a catastrophic plunge into the abyss of customer service hell, a ruinous experience that has not just marred my holiday but has inflicted a deep, festering wound on my very essence. The level of incompetence and disregard displayed by this establishment is not merely appalling; it is a grotesque caricature of failure, a dark stain on the fabric of the hospitality industry.

Today we visited McDonald's in the airport of Mallorca, after waiting in line for 20 minutes we got our food in like 5 minutes. When we opened the bag we saw why it was only 5 minutes... the fries were unbaked and they forgot all the sauces we had ordered. Instead we got a sauce we hadn't ordered... The hamburgers were good but a bit messy and not wrapped up the way they should be. The tables and floor were clean although it was very busy. Not the service we are used at McDonald's...

Wedge fries box half empty. Pastries in McCafe are very bad. Coffee is burnt. They would not give out two ice cubes because 'they have other ice based drinks'. Wouldn't recommend.

Chicken wings with buffalo sauce at McDonald's! I had to order this when I saw it on the menu. It came with chicken nuggets in a bucket. The chicken wings by itself aren't great but the buffalo sauce made it good! Worth a try if you don't normally have it on your menu. Usual busyness, have to order by touch screen displays. Orders are quick to arrive.

After passing the security control, you can see a big sign claiming 3mins walking distance to McDonalds. In fact, it takes at least 10mins if walking all the time on the transportation belt. If not, it can take much longer. The food is not McDonalds standard. I ordered a McCrispy burger. They used a strange sauce. Don't innovate too much on the classic burger if you are not sure about the innovation. Or give it another name! DIY chicken burger has the classic McDonalds taste. However, quality of the chicken is very bad. Anyway, I'll directly go to Burger King (which is right in front of the duty free store once you pass the security control) if I have to take fast food at the airport next time.

Located very close to the airport which was convenient when we arrived late, as the restaurant closes quite late. Really good the meat in general, the vegetables good as well but everything was covered in garlic, a little bit too much, even though it was good.

A decent place to have a Spanish grill restaurant experience albeit a tad too touristy for our liking. Our server was on point when we were finally able to get his attention. The meats were good across the board but some of the sides were lacking. The potato sides were unusually bland and the salad was wanting - but maybe you enjoy iceberg lettuce and refrigerated tomatoes.

One of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever was. Its so cute inside and so beautiful outside. The food is not much expensive and really very good. Then you come to Mallorca you have to go there. They have the best BBQ

Good range of shops. Is a bit out of the way. Ideally need a car or taxi to get there. Buses can be a bit of an issue as some buses are cash only.

Had taco bell, kfc, Dunkin donuts, footlocker, JD and GAME. actually really good Even tho its kinda small! Needs to fix resolution on this one screen tho.

Very nice Mall, you can find almost everything you need. The restaurants there are also good 😊 For those who don't have a car, the bus station is only 2 minutes away 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

Love shopping here. Parking is easy and free and so many of my favorite stores are all together. I get it all done in one day including groceries and having a yummy lunch bowl.

In general a nice place to go and do some shopping. Sometimes of course a little crowded. A good mixture of groceries, restaurants and shops. A plus: Palma Center or beaches are close to reach.

Luxury experience we had at this hotel. We opted for the full board ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) and each meal was delicious and special (no repeated options) There is also spa services downstairs, gym and pool. And a little bar by the pool. Everything was perfect and definitely recommending it 💯

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! We came here to celebrate our 5th year marriage Anniversary and our baby’s 1st Birthday. The service was impeccable, the room was luxurious and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my entire stay. I want to give special thanks to Nathalie for her help during our stay. We also enjoyed the exquisite dining options and the stunning views from the hotel. Definitely a memorable experience, and I can't wait to return!

We had an excellent three-night stay and would definitely recommend it! The hotel is beachfront and has a nice sea view. The bus stop to Palma was just opposite to the hotel, which was convenient to go to city centre for food. The room was spacious and clean. Also every staff here was helpful and friendly! We loved the breakfast which had a wide range of choices. Great value for money!

We stayed one week at the hotel with our little daughter. It was the perfect holiday for us. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy swimming in the heated pool. From our spacious room we had a nice view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. The staff was very professional and made us feel very welcome. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and of high quality. All the service employees we met were very friendly and efficient, however the waiter Hector really stood out for us in a very positive way, always making sure we had everything we needed while making jokes with our daughter. We rented a car and were always able to find a parking spot in the nearby streets. The bus stop to Palma is directly in front of the Hotel. The Hotel is very close to the Airport but there is no noise of airplanes.

Wonderful hotel and really lovely staff. The area is fantastic. We hired a car so we could explore outside the area, which I recommend, but not a necessity. Plenty of buses to the centre if you want to go shopping or grab a latte. We traveled with our one year old. Hotel couldn’t have done more to accommodate her. The hotel buffet (both dinner and breakfast) was absolutely wonderful. Such a wide and changing selection of really fresh and delicious food. We had no problem at all feeding our one year old. It was the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Definitely pay for half board - well worth it! We will definitely stay with this hotel again.

Burgers, coffee, service and the location. It is right in the heart of the iconic shopping street of Palma. So it is a good place to stop by for a coffee or French fries. The staff is nice and the service is fast.

It's always good to go eat at a Macdonald's in any city. And this one was no different! We love eating there. Ample space, with several tables, very friendly service.. We really enjoyed the experience!

Love this McDonald’s! McDonald’s Spain is definitely the best, with the best variety in the world! I ordered the wedges with cheese and bacon, can’t remember what burger but it was beautiful, it had a different cheese to usual and was amazing! The most beautiful McDonald’s I’ve ever visited and the deserts counter looked amazing. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Palma! It was amazing to have so many gluten free options over here!

Very busy restaurant but familiar for international visitors. Touchscreen order points can be changed to lots of languages. Good variety of food. Toilets are ridiculously small for such a large restaurant; literally 1 cubicle for each toilet.

Unless you are eating solely for economy, consider taking a hard pass on this place. The menu items are indeed inexpensive, but there is a reason: the poor food quality is matched only by its rough and careless service. There are so many other better options, even if you are on a budget. (the reason we are giving it 2 stars is because we saw other menu items that "looked" better, but try them at your own risk.)

Great value for money food! Staff is also nice ,they open 24 h . It does work well for family/friends meals. They do a menu of the day and you will find lots of different choices in their menu. Their desserts are also nice! Desserts are pricy because they donate some part to a charity.

Everything is okay. Nice staff but something is missing! You know when you sometimes eat something and it is good but not special. It could be more tasty. Prices and portions are fair.

Food here is ok. Isn't great. It's a place for a quick bite usually low waiting time while still better than McDonald's. Service is usually ok, not great. But this time, we waited way longer than usual, and didn't feel welcome. Let's see next time.

Great food ! Picanha a la plancha and Bacalao a la plancha were super tasty. The place is open 24/7, 363 days a year.

Professional, friendly, nice, helpful staff Perfect food ( price&taste and aspect) It would be even better if in the future there will be a diversity of sweet food and also traditional recipes. The place itself is soo big , easy entrance and well decorated, clean toilets. As we did spend the Christmas holidays in Palma, this was our favourite restaurant spending few days in a row here. The food is delicious, the waiters are very polite, the atmosphere is worthy of a rock themed pub. Yes, they fully deserve 5 stars.

I've had a quick lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and ended up being totally filled up & satisfied. The food was really tasty and the staff was nice and helpful catering to any needs. Thank you.

Great food and it has a great patio out front. We had the ribs, tho they are pretty pricey they are delicious that’s why we usually come back for the food. The tshirt tho get to expensive at some point - one thing that’s annoying is that, hard rock has their new unity system to earn points and get a mark on the map but it’s not working and not yet in the system here

A decent big mall in the outscurts of Palma, to have your shopping duties. It has everything; clothes, shoes, food, drink. It has a huge Carrefour on the base level, where you can get all the food supplies. The toilets are clean and very nice. The main problem with Porto Pi mall is that there is no AC and at summer time is unbearable.

This is reat place for families with great restaurants and shopping options. We spent there a long afternoon and watched the sunset from the lower terrace. Only criticism: we had to walk into the parking garage to get to the lift to the lower terrace. This was uncomfortable with a child and a stroller. I hope there's a better path for families in the future, mainly because of safety reasons.

Even when is not a big Mall you can find popular stores such as Zara; H&M; Mango; Guess; Tommy; etc. Few dining options and free wifi. Nice experience shopping here I found most what I was looking for.

It's a good shopping centre, most of the big stores and brands are available. You have options to eat there as they have restaurants and cafeterias also. They do have cinema also that's a new cinema in Mallorca and luxurious also. It's kids friendly as they have places where kids can play. So in all lot of things at one place and surrounding is absolutely amazing as there are other options to eat outside, bus stop is near for linea 3, 20 and 1. It's covered so if it's raining outside, this is the best place for shopping, dining etc They have very big supermarket Carrefour.

Great beer bong, and somewhat good vibes, however, it feels distance and too crouded. Tried to enjoy a full evening, managed to have 15 minutes of fun, after that, the croud won and we left.

Embarrassingly bad. Issued with A LITRE of alcohol on arrival then told we couldn’t take it into the “VIP” area (see video for how empty the space was at this stage). Such a terrible place with rubbish music and incompetent staff

Monument this place is unreal, so big. Outside seats very comfortable, far from the madness inside. Like real festival, Octoberfest or similar. Very German party. Good beers and cocktails, but pricy. Recommend! 👌🍹

Huge place big enough for thousands. 1 litre beer and lots of Germans. Open till 5am.
