The reviews are definitely real and the food is beyond amazing. Service is the quickest I have ever experienced in Europe! The 40 days old dried aged beef is to die for! They don’t trim fat, so it’s flavourful. They also know the difference between medium and medium well. Beef was cooked to perfection as ordered.

Very helpful and attentive waiter service. Friendly and made you feel very welcome. The food was excellent, ordered 2x Lamb ribs and a selection of deserts and everything was brilliant. The lamb was well cooked and full of flavour, they clearly care about their meat. If you are visiting, definitely go here. It’s down one level from the street so you can’t tell how nice it is. Defo worth it!

We came a group of 11 ordered a lot of food and drinks. The waitress was very patient and had great english. All the orders came without any delay and was perfectly made!!! The meat and seefood was amaizing :). Very recomended!

I’m used to going to the US so I can only compare. The chicken is good but it lacks some seasonings. We got some chicken tenders, about 12 pieces, good size pieces, and it only comes with 3 very small sauces. it’s not enough, they should give you more for the quantity of the chicken you have. I was looking forward to order some biscuits, but it didn’t look anything like the ones from the US, plus they didn’t have the gravy that usually comes with it. It also was expensive, would’ve been cheaper (like in the US) would’ve tried it anyway. They also didn’t have chicken popcorn’s. It’s big, 2 entrances, somewhat clean, no antibacterial in any of the dispensers. The wait for the food was decent.

The food was really greasy, it is expected from a fast food but this was too much. We waited 30 minutes for the food. They "forgot" to give us all the ice creams from our order and we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help us at the counter. The only good thing was the ice cream sandwich which was the best thing in the world.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We've been eating here for months and during the last couple of months the size has reduced to something that it's just fried bones. We always order a 12 piece menu and this time it was 8 small wings, a small thigh and 3 very small breast pieces. We asked the manager and the response was it is just aleatory... It seems I've been unlucky every time I've eaten here during the last course of months. AVOID

Fantastic. The sauce was good. I bought a bowl the next day and ate it with my fingers on the chairlift.

I underestimated this place at first! But I was very surprised by the excellent reception and food.

For light meals, there are only outdoor seats, and the price seems to be slightly different if you eat indoors. I ordered a salmon sandwich. It was about 17€. The view from the window was great because you could see the ski slope, but the inside of the restaurant was small and narrow, so it was hard to relax when there were a lot of people inside.

I initially gave 5 stars after my first visit, but I am now revising it to 2 stars after my second visit. The food is delicious. But the waiter was so insanely rude. My second visit was a one star experience. He would shout at you, not wait for you to finish your sentence, and if you speak in English, you will get a second tier service. There were several times when I called for him, he saw me, and then went to serve another table with Spanish people instead, even though they didn't even call him. That happened several times, so it is not a one time occurrence. At the end, he came with the bill, shouted the price at us, and told us to go quicker as he is busy. I also ordered chicken nuggets, which last time came with sauces. He forgot to give me the sauces, so I thought I would have to help myself and went to the open table with all the sauces. He came yelling at me that he is the waiter and that I should sit back and not mess up his work. Very rude! It was the younger man, the one with the curly hair and glasses. The female waitresses were much much better at their job!

Really nice & friendly place, good food freshly cooked. There are a couple of very friendly dogs by the door who welcomed scratches. Vegetarian pizza and vegan burger options available, which is a rarity around here. Would recommend.

There's an interesting relation between the guy who looks like the owner and the other waitresses, which I'd call micromanagement. Food isn't bad, but there are many better places around, hence in hindsight I'd avoid it. The burger with "Burrata" comes with mozzarella instead. Chips are proper deep fried and quite nice. Not one of the 'true food experiences' in Pas de la Casa, more like a mainstream tourist trap.

Man it's awesome! We went twice because I had to try the burger. Caesar's salad was so good. Tasty beer and drinks. The staff is welcoming, funny and made us enjoy this place so much. You guys are great! Fully recommend.

The food was horrible but the service was even worse. We had a full day of skiing and we were very hungry, the staff on the door convinced us to come in. They were friendly and sold the place well. Unfortunately, this was not the case once we got in. At first the waitress was nice but once we got our meals we realised how terrible the food was. We asked the waitress if this was normal and she left without saying anything. She came back with shots as an 'apology', we eventually got her attention again for the bill, paid and left unsatisfied There are so many other restaurants in the area to go to instead.

Went here this evening around 7pm and it was wonderful, the staff where pleasant and accommodating. The food was fantastic, we got this (sorry don't know the name of it) but it was beautiful, descent size and was served chips in a basket and some bread before hand. Overall a nice date out. Good job guys

We dined here three times in our week in Pas de La Casa. The food is good, portions are huge, the atmosphere is very cozy and everyone was super kind! Shout out to Marceau!

Came here for four nights skiing. The staff have been super friendly to us, very helpful, and very accommodating. We stayed on a deal that included breakfast, afternoon snack, and ski rental. The ski rental included the day of arrival and the day of departure so we still skied for five days as we arrived in the morning and were allowed to store our luggage. The hosts even allowed us to enjoy the snack and drink on the last day after skiing even though check out was several hours earlier. I was a bit apprehensive before the stay after seeing some of the recent reviews. Either those reviews worked and more effort has been put in recently, or those reviews were left by people expecting far more than what they paid for and had unrealistic expectations. At the end of the day our room was clean, bathroom was clean, price was good for what we wanted, I really enjoyed my morning eggs on toast, cereal with yoghurt, pastry, fresh squeezed orange juice and hot chocolate. To be fair, the wifi isn't great, but it didn't impact us as the show we're watching was downloaded anyway. I can't give half stars here though and 5 still seems more fair than 4. YouTube was fine on my phone though the few times I used it. Overall, really friendly people, kindness and effort comes from two sides, basic rules of life, and our experience has been superb!

We absolutely loved our stay at Les Neus! Everything was truly 5-star, from the facilities to the service. The value for money was fantastic, and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. One of the highlights was the afternoon snack included when booking directly through the hotel’s website—a really nice touch! Another great perk was that our reservation included snowboard and ski equipment, making everything super convenient. On top of that, they even gave us a discount when purchasing the forfaits for Grandvalira, which was a great bonus. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and every staff member was absolutely 5-star. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

It is a two star hotel but it is one in an amazing location with a reasonable price, ski rentals included, fault breakfast included and clean rooms. Rooms were comfortable but tight. You really dont need much more for a ski holiday.

We as a family are not expecting super high quality for a reasonable price, but this hotel is a joke. The room was clean but was very small and a lot of small things were broken: sink blocked, ventilation bathroom did not work, bath was leaking, etc. Although the staff is friendly, nothing is possible. Room was not what we have booked and no compensation was available. Also when we asked to have a drink and playing some cards in the restaurant it was out of the question. The place really misses a place where you can sit down in the evening to have a drink and have some good time with family and friends. Tip to the owner.... We went for the evening buffet and it was really terrible. I NEVER been to such a bad buffet in my life before, buy see as well the feedback other people gave. We would not recommend it, and the hotel will never see us again as there are so many other nice places.

Good relation price x quality (fair price). Service is good, the staff is helpful, hotel is located near the sqare where the buses from BCN stop and near ski station. I bought ski passes and equipment rental with the hotel and it worked perfectly. Breakfast is good, fresh fruits, breads, croissants, etc, coffee, natural juice. Room is simple, but good and clear. It can be a little noisy depending on other guests, but this can happen everywhere. I have had a good experience and I recommend.

The food was delicious! We ordered the raclette and banana split for dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant. Mica was our waitress and she was absolutely lovely and very attentive!

We ordered the cheese fondue and it comes with delicious ham, chorizo, saucissons, potato and bread! I love the cheese fondue, ham and potato the most! Our server Manuel is very friendly and the price is very reasonable plus it is so close from the ski place. Recommend!

Fondue muy rico! Recomiendo el de carne. Hay que llevar ropa oscura que salpica un poco pero no pasa nada, las salsas que te ponen compensan! Está buenísimo! Y los postres están increíbles. I would come back for the dessert alone!

Had an amazing dinner at La Braza! We had fondue and the staff was kind enough to add a salad and fries as sides to accommodate my dietary requirements (I don’t eat meat). The place is intimate and cosy, the staff lovely and the fondue so so good. I found the price very fair for the amount of food we got. Merci!!

We had an amazing dining experience here. The meat is super tender and well grilled served homemade potato chips. The welcome saussage snack was a tasty suprise for us. This is the best restaurant we have been in Pas de la case. Will certainly stop by next time

Had the €38, three course menu. This is a bit over priced in my opinion, the food was nice but the desert let it down (I had the crepe with Nutella). If you like meat then this is your place. Staff were welcoming and had a decent evening.

Best meat ever. Small familial business with friendly people. Best beef lasagna ever!! They saw us enjoying it and they even share another portion with us. They let us see the meat and we even share their strong alcohol. We can feel their passion throughout all the dishes serve. We coming back for sure!

I bought 5 items and spent more than 30euros at this franchise. As I was grabbing my food, I kindly ask for tap water from the drink machine. The rude cashier told me they only sell bottled water which is not true. I hope that guy works that same job until he dies. What a joke. I will support the local business during the rest of my trip instead. Can’t wait for fast food industry to disappear forever. Oh, btw, McDonalds is better and it’s one block away from this dumb place.

Two dudes who served us were well calm the Burger King was quick and great food recommend compared to the McDonalds round the corner

Nice place to grab a quick bite and relax after skiing as it's very close to the base of the ski lifts at Pas de la casa. Staff is friendly. Also offers free WiFi and service is quick. Has both indoor and upstairs open seating however upstairs was closed when we visited in April.

It's in the corner lot near the place for cable car and near shops and other apartments too. First meal after a long drive, very fast service, clean dining area, love my crispy burger, I don't know what happen to my oreo ice cream included with the meal but I got the biggest ice cream ever haha looks like shake to me but I love it. A five star service with a 0 star kitchen. Hamburger patties not even half the size of the bun (and more well done impossible), steak tartare that was basically raw minced meat (triple the size of the burger patty…), and a salmon that was reheated and overcooked. On top of that very overpriced, compared to really good restaurants around. Seeing a 4,8 rating and multiple tables returning quite a lot of food was quite surprising!

Excellent beef cuts. Home made french fries and affordable kid menu. Service is EXCELLENT. These guys actually care and attend you very well which contrast vs/ many places in Spain I would come back

Just called in for coffee but ending up staying for lunch. Unbelievable food, excepcional! We shared a Goats Cheese Salad and a Foie Gras! The biggest portion of home made Foie ever was unreal! Will definately be back here! The steaks looked fantastic, will try next time! Highly recommended

Excellent tasty food, even though we didn't have a reservation and they were busy ,they fitted us in and the attention from the busy staff was amazing. They made time to chat and made us feel very welcome. Food was served up quickly and was extremely good. We will 100% be returning. Can't recommend this place enough if you are in Pas de la casa.

We had an amazing meal! The Entrecôte Angus was perfectly cooked, the Duck Rossini was rich and flavorful, and the goat cheese salad was fresh and delicious. The highlight, however, was the outstanding service—our waitress was incredibly attentive and made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
