Wow! Quality food, service and atmosphere 💯 our server was wearing Green Bay Packers shirt and I was a Patriot shirt. We enjoyed a moment 👍🏽 Service was great. My son was just going to order pancakes with sausage side. She pointed out a better deal and for less money. Very clean. Locals eat here. And the food was delicious 😋 I was told best food in the West Valley, Utah. And they were right. ( 15 mini from Salt Lake. Two full meals with orange juice, $30.

Saw an old friend and spent nearly 4hrs here to catch up and laugh and console each other all awhile the waitress was so accommodating and didn't bother us much after my 5th cup of coffee and brought waters when we drank them halfway and still she was soooo nice...had the veggie omelette and it was yummy! Thanks for being so accommodating and super okay with us overstaying Lara!! 💖

The food was awesome. I ordered the Hamburger Gravy Sandwich. The potatoes were so good and the gravy complimented everything. Even ordered some coconut cream pie. That was spot o too!! My server, Jesus, was super attentive and patient sincenit was my first time eating. Thank you, Jesus, for being so kind!! Check out Jim's in West Valley City, the next time you are in the area!

The food was amazing! They definitely make sure you get your money's worth. The restaurant itself on the inside was very nice and the employees were so sweet and caring. Definitely a good local restaurant to try if you haven't yet. My husband and I will definitely be coming back! They also make fresh pies and desserts that will be on my list for next time.

Never can go wrong with Jim's. Visited and dined here the day before Father's day so as to beat the actual holiday rush but was packed nonetheless. Serviceaas fast, restaurant was clean a food spot on. Can't ask for more! Pics of new menu attached along with meal.

I'll be honest and say Im a fan of IHOP. Their French toast is the best when the serve the thick slices! Just delicious! Had a charming waitress, super friendly.

Alex was great. He was available but didn’t crowd us. Food was great! 5 stars for food and server. Knocked one for restaurant being a little dirtier than usual, but it’s a Saturday so maybe from the breakfast rush.

It was fine food was good being told to do a review by my server was cool. So here I am doing a review. Your welcome Gabby this review is the first I’ve done by force. Lol

Food is served on the cold side. Pancakes were hot but eggs and meat served cold. Meats must be cooked ahead of time and held in a warming drawer as they lack fresh cooked flavor. Service is always slow.

Wow. Don’t order delivery!! Not only is food incredibly expensive these days but we paid $14.00 for chips and queso and got about 2 ounces of queso with our chips. That’s pretty ridiculous. And they always have plenty of fries at the restaurant. We have about 10 fries. Poor poor poor service. Never again.

Chili's is a common chain restaurant so the menu and the atmosphere are what you would expect from a Chili's. We were seated quickly. Our server Bridgette was nice and made good recommendations. The food was actually better than expected. One of the best cooked steaks I've had in a while. The seasonal margarita was pretty good. However, the stars were taken off because of conversations we overheard from the manager, who's name I believe was Eric. He was negatively speaking about customers who tried to come in close to closing time, dropping multiple F-bombs before they walked in. There was another issue with someone calling in multiple times about a ToGo order being wrong and he told the other worker not to answer the phone. Hearing things like this doesn't really make customers feel valued. I understand people get frustrated in any job but maybe share your frustrations in the back where your other customers can't hear you.

Came just before 10 they close at 11. Seat was wide open. Clean. Friendly host. Waitress seemed in a little hurry. Food was great bathrooms are clean easy access off of the main road. I got the classic old timer with fries. It filled me up.

I’ve been coming to this Chili’s for a while and the service is always amazing, but I especially want to shout out Petra. She treats everyone like family and makes sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. She’s attentive, friendly, and you can tell she truly cares about her guests. Because of her, this location always feels welcoming and comfortable. Definitely one of the reasons we keep coming back!

Normally this is our favorite franchise because there care for gluten free but tonight was a whole experience. First we pulled up and there was no one to take our order and no one answering the box. We finally got someone to get our order when I heard them talking to the cars behind me. I was very clear we need gluten free that my child would end up in ER if she is gluten. ( no exaggeration she has celiac we have been hospitalized for gluten) The girl who took our order made a note but unfortunately we still were given gluten bun and the fries were put in the bag with the other gluten food. After several attempts we thought they fixed it but when we got home and opened the bags the GF sandwich was still wrong 😢 so were the kids meals. Unfortunately my daughter was unable to eat her sandwich but she was able to enjoy her fries. I am grateful how nice the staff was but I am really bummed about the GF issues. I know lots of ppl eat chick fil a specifically for gluten free reasons. I am just glad we paid attention and avoided a er visit.

Placed a delivery last night for chicken strips and also redeemed a free chicken sandwich all for it to be completely wrong when I received it. Instead they put chicken nuggets and no sandhwich at all . I asked for no ice on both my drinks and they were full of ice. Very disappointed given the delivery fees I paid on top to get my meal and it all be wrong.

I had recently been hospitalized for a week and awaiting a very high-risk surgery. I have Celiac Disease and LOVE Chick-fil-A. From Montana to Arizona, they have ALWAYS taken good care of me (and my disease). Since I have only been able to have liquids to eat, I wanted to have a peppermint shake (which was wonderful), on the way to the residence I am staying at, the day I got it of the hospital. Like always, I let them know about my Disease. When we got to the window, my driver was handed her meal with gluten. Then I was given my shake and the gal handed me a straw. I was suprised that she did not put gloves on to take care of my things as I know they usually do at Chick-fil-A. I ended up getting 'glutened' and extremely ill on top of my surgery-related issues. This site was brand new, so I attributed it to them just not being experienced because, as I said, Chick-fil-A is sooooo good about catering to Celiac people. Skip ahead a week, still miserably on liquid diet, I was able to get out of the house so stopped at the above-mentioned site, which is a treat as the closest one is 175 from where I live in Idaho. In the drive through, I told the sweet gal, when I ordered my frozen lemonade, about being 'glutened' with, I believe, the straw being handled without clean gloves on. She called in and told them to "wash their hands or put gloves on for my order". She said no one answered. I could see my drink setting by the window when waiting in line. When I got to the window, there were several workers standing right there chuckling. A young fellow, rather than just putting gloves on, comes up to the window holding his arms up like he is going into surgery, and said he just washed his hands and 'here is the straw' and handed it to me. Then he reaches down with his elbows, grabbing my drink between them, he and everyone else chuckling, picks my drink up BETWEEN his elbows and leans out the window to give it to me. I have never felt so mocked and disrespected by younger people (I am 68) in my life. I think about it hourly and keep telling myself that was not his intention, but I know it was. Having experienced such humiliation, I will never go back there. The drink was, as usual, great. While I know I chance gluten cross-contamination and it can be expected wherever I go having this dreaded disease, I certainly do not need the total mockery because of it. I just wanted my culinary cuisine I am so used to from Chick-fil-A. I kick myself for not taking a picture of him doing it and them all standing there laughing

My experience at this Chick-fil-A wasn't the best here, but that's ok because the food is always really good! We were waiting in line for 20-25 minutes, I believe we are waiting a little too long for the usual wait. I highly recommend coming inside the restaurant instead because the fries started to get cold once I reached the window. The spicy chicken was really grease and juicy. Other than that, the vanilla shake was well done! 3/5

I ordered Drink and it was mostly ice. For food,,, ultimate nacho was mostly chips. A little cheese in the middle. No toppings. This my 2nd try. There is 3rd time

My server Rainee was really nice, attentive and knowledgeable. I had the bone in wings with thr Asian Zing that Rainee recommend..after I asked for something sweet and spicy. I enjoyed the sauce and the potato wedges. But the wings themselves are fried as heck and dry. It was ok. The service made my overall experience, a good one. Because of that, I will go back and try something else besides wings.

The food was delicious, the staff was a little disorganized with their ID for alcohol and getting the alcohol but all other services were great! The waiter was super friendly.

Very bad experience: the wings were overcooked, the burger was toasted from being so burnt. I ordered one of the new sandwiches because the photo showed something big and delicious.And what a disappointment, Subway sells a better sandwich.The service is terrible, we waited 20 minutes for them to start serving us and the place wasn't full. The only good thing about this place was the music and the drinks.

My family and I went to the restaurant last night to celebrate my nieces birthday. It was a big party, so I can’t fault them too much for the wait to sit. The problem is the food was not good, it came out cold, it took over an hour from the time we ordered our food to the time it came out, and as I mentioned it came out cold. The server did not check on us during our long wait, I sort of thought they forgot about us completely. I had finished eating my food before the rest of our party even got their food and again, the food was cold. I still tipped the server, I am not a complete jerk, but I was highly disappointed with the service and especially the food. This is the only branch of Buffalo Wild Wings that I have visited so I don’t know if all the branches are like this, but they really need to work on the quality of their food and service.

Service is always good , Karina waited on us and she was very friendly. Manager gave us complimentary guacamole that was little to be desired , didn't taste fresh, didn't have a good color. The Birria tacos were just "ok" , probably wouldn't order them again. Enchiladas with green sauce chicken and cheese were decent. Salsa was good but chips tasted stale. Margaritas were ok, not strong enough (due to Utah drinking laws)

This is truly an authentic mexican restaurant! Amazing atmosphere, live entertainment, great decor, friendly staff, full bar, great seating! No gringo food here! Love this place, dont pass up the chance to dine here!

Great service provided by Martha. Martha has been our waitress several times. She has always been very attentive and has a great sense of humor. She provides a great atmosphere and food experience. The wife and I will be back next week! 👍🏼 five stars!

I been coming here since I was 5 years old. Food is always amazing and fresh plus the service has always been great! Especially Saturday night Roger has great customer service. When a place has great food and great customer service it always feels great to come back. El molcajete is my go to. Very delicious. Thank you!

Stopped at Black Bear Diner in Salt Lake City while visiting from Alaska and on my way to the airport. The place was super clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious! Everything came out hot and fresh, and everyone was so welcoming. Definitely a great stop before catching a flight — I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

I order from here quite a bit and the food is okay for the most part but tonight I got the pot roast which I have gotten a few times before but tonight’s, omg it was soooo goood and my salad for the first time was done really good too. Whoever ever the cook is tonight, you all need them full time and he should get a raise. Seriously, one of the best pot roast I ever had and for the first time ever, great presentation, I was shocked to say the lease.

As always, Black Bear Diner is amazing. This was the first time I’ve come to the West Valley location, and along with the rest of the locations, it lived up to its reputation. Portions are always large, so if you can’t handle a giant plate of more than you need, try to order a little smaller. Prices may seem a little higher than you’d expect, but you always get more than you paid for, and for a great quality. Expect to pay about $20-25 per adult, including tax and tip. I came here on a Saturday morning, and it was about half full, as expected during its peak time. Trisha was a great waitress, and quickly attended to me when she found out she gave me the wrong check. First of all THANK YOU for being a Pepsi establishment! This lil diner helped me in a pinch and I wasn't expecting to go back - but I did. I got into town late and this was my 1st stop. Great dinner with big portions (thank you for the leftovers!). The staff was as quick as the kitchen allowed and the menu was ADORABLE (like a newspaper). My schedule allowed several visits to cover breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. For me personally, always plenty of seating and easy parking (huge lot). Would recommend if you're in the area and was something good, but simple. VERY convenient to the area too.

To begin, our waitress was very attentive, friendly, and answered our questions about the menu honestly. We appreciated that. She was trining another waitress and they were both smiling and seemed happy to be there. My husband was hesitant to go, as he had been to another Black Abear Dinerr and wasn't impressed but we were so hungry so he agreed. He was glad he did! We were both very happy with our food. It was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The food for our larger group was delicious and came pretty quickly even for a busy Friday night. Sapphire, our waitress, was attentive and quick to help. Overall, I highly recommend.

Ordered Carry out on 1/23/26 , picked up my food exactly at time suggested, upon returning home the breadsticks (order of 12) were hard as dry play dough, noodles were still hard on chicken Alfredo and basically no sausage in Tuscana soup… I figured for $40 something would be decent. But the hostess was very polite and professional

The food is good. Servers are attentive and courteous. This was a large party, reservation was made over a week in advance and I was assured there would be no issues. When we arrived, the table was not ready. The lobby was packed with walk ins waiting to be seated and we had to wait over 30 minutes. Why take reservations if you cannot manage to accommodate them? We will not be visiting this location again.

We went for dinner. Arrived about 16:30 were seated immediately at a great table in the bar. Only guests there. Nice and quiet for conversation. Food was very good. Server was attentive enough. Never felt rushed even though we stayed almost an hour after we finished. Very pleasant time.

The pork fried steak was so delicious! I was reminded about this place and chose to go after the viral controversy of their now cancelled rebrand. I decided to try it again to remember what the environment and food was like. Overall a great place to eat. I did ask for a root beer in a frosted glass which is what I remembered eating here as a kid. I was only given a bottle of root beer. All is good.

Photos were definitely halfway through eating them. The portions are much larger. Dylan was our server, big shout out to him on etiquette and menu knowledge. Excellent service from him. The food was quick and perfectly cooked. My only complaint is that there was only a little broth in the skillet. Other than those, fantastic sides and appetizers.

There once was a Cracker Barrel in West Valley, That almost went up in smoke, what a finale! A CEO not a fan, too woke to boot, Their logo change would've been a real hoot, But they kept it the same, and now it's a big rally. I'm back now, dining there two to three times a week, Their food's a delight, it's the treat that I seek. Except for those biscuits, pre-cooked and dry, They need to be fresh, or I'll start to cry, But their menu's a buffet of flavors, quite the winning streak. The staples are reliable, they never let you down, If only they'd focus on freshness, they'd wear the crown. This place is awesome, it's a barrel of laughs, Managers are always around, cutting through the chaffs, Helping out, making sure you're not left with a frown. The country store's got one cashier, an old man so slow, He tries his best, but it's like watching grass grow. The cooks are the stars, they're why we're here, Making yummy food, no need to bring a beer, Wait staff's mostly good, though some have a funky glow. With hair in bright colors and piercings on their face, They add some spice to this old country place. But you'll never go wrong eating here, that's for sure, Cracker Barrel in West Valley, you've got allure, Keep doing what you're doing, and you'll always score. So here's to Cracker Barrel, a place that's a blast, Their food and fun, it's a joy that will last. Just freshen up those biscuits, and you'll be the best, In West Valley, you'll stand out from the rest, A true country gem, with a hearty, delicious cast!

This resturant after you order your entree can send you home with a take-home meal for 5$. Store is delightful!

Fries are always fresh and delicious. Our burger’s bun was rock hard and majorly stale. No freshness at all. We could only eat half our burger before giving up. Maybe lack of rotation or the bread bag was left open. Really not worth it. I know people love this place but it’s not worth the hype. In and Out needs to do better with such a simple menu.

Taylor was absolutely amazing! He was so attentive to everyone dining in and made sure every single person was taken care of. His friendliness and positive attitude really stood out and made the experience even better. He truly delivered A+ service and definitely deserves a raise. In-N-Out is lucky to have him! We definitely need more people like him!

I had always heard about the in-n-out excitement and had the chance to try it for the first time while visiting form out of town. The burger was great, really good price too, but the fries were actually quite bad. We got them plain and they were kind of hard, and overcooked. Not sure if that was a usual thing or not, but it sort of killed the meal. The inside of the restaurant is also such a weird vibe, I get why most people do drive-thru. I'd come again for the burger but there are also so many other good burger options.

I’ve heard so much hype about In-N-Out, so I finally tried it and honestly… it was just OKAY🤷‍♂️ I don’t really get what the big deal is. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t hate it, but I also didn’t love it the way a lot of people talk about it. The food was OKAY, nothing terrible, but nothing mind-blowing either. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but if I’m with people who like it, I would take one for the team and go. Seriously y’all …Shake Shack is better …don’t @ me 😅

It just slaps! Anytime of day or year, in and out gets it! Friendly staff, clean building. Ordering is fairly easy and the food comes out quick ish. Obviously would recommend! Get the cheese fries! Also, a strawberry shake.
