He has given an excellent & awesome service to me by providing all the information that a guess needs to know without me asking it at all. He has done a super job. He has done his duty perfectly well. Out of so many hotel I stayed in eastern Europe, he was the only front desk staff that were professional I meet. Keep up the good work Filipsimai.

Very nice restaurant: parking within the shopping mall garage in a separate, secured area; nice rooms; very good breakfast; wellness & pool; well-located; beautiful view from the roof bar/restaurant.

Very clean hotel, rooms are well designed, smells great and the cleaning staff is doing a phenomenal job. Close to a big mall where you can shop and eat! Food for breakfast and dinner has been incredible also. The dinner is served on the 13th floor with a view over the town and it’s both pretty and romantic!

The Hotel is quite nice in terms of location and overall setting, connected to a large shopping center. When we first came here it was in the middle of the pandemic and e certain reduction in services was normal. Now however, not having any food or drink service opportunity is not up to what one is used to or can expect for 4*. Also, the very nice outdoor terrace is closed after breakfast time. I’m sorry to say that the service beyond overnight stay is not good enough to justify the price. Sorry!!!

I had a nice stay in this hotel. Nice and clean room with a great view of the old town Bratislava. There’s a free safe, ref with mini bar and coffee amenities. Unfortunately the bar on the 13th floor is closed during the weekend. The pool costs extra to get in. Otherwise the buffet breakfast was really good. They have big variations and options to choose from. We’ll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Bratislava.

The location is excellent, the hotel has underground parking, the staff is friendly and the price is ok. So why the lowered rating? 1. The coffee maker in the room was not working 2. Also the coffee maker had old capsules from previous guests inside. 3. No kettle to make tea. 4. Quite poor breakfast selection 5. No restaurant inside!!!! Sorry but I expected more from 4 star hotel in an European capital city.

Conveniently reachable by car or public transport. Located right at the edge of the old town. Very nice spa and wellness area on the rooftop floor with a great view. Very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Great location near the castle and a short walk to the old town, the river and presidential palace. Breakfast with a €20 price tag was not something I tried. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Great location, a few minutes of walk from the historical centre. Spacious rooms, great breakfast. Has a gym and spa free of charge. We were allowed a late check out until 1pm free of charge, and we could leave our bags for a few hours until we left for the airport.

Room was not that clean as expected to be in a 4 star hotel. The spa center has a beautiful view of the city but the space in the sauna is shared for men and women together so it is not cool when you are, for example, girl and chilling alone in sauna (1.5x1.5m) and two completely naked guys (no towel or anything) come in. It is like por*hub vibe experience you didn't subscribe to. I feel really disgusted. Also there is no person in charge in spa center for that kind of situations as people at the reception told me.

A pleasant hotel located under the Bratislava castle, easily reachable by tram or bus. The rooms are clean and functional, could be a bit bigger, but they're comfortable and one has all their basics covered. There is a small bar near the reception area where one can get coffee and tea or wine and beer. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the old town and the castle, all the beautiful sights. The breakfast buffet is very good with a wide selection of savory and sweet dishes, coffee and tea.

Perfect spot, just a few minutes walk from the centre and the castle. The room was as expected for an ibis hotel; clean, spacious and modern. It wasn't the quietest, able to hear neighbours, rooms above and nearby trams with the window open (which was needed as a result of the Aircon breathing out hot air) frequently. However the bed was comfortable and the staff on desk friendly enough.

Very well positioned, close to the tourist attractions on foot, cleaning (under the bed could be done more often), lack of small towels but large ones changed daily, sufficient heat. Varied and rich breakfast, parking (for a fee but welcome considering the parking conditions in the area), young and very kind staff.

Normally we are fans of Ibis, but this time we are disappointed. The location was great and the breakfast was okay but that was about it. To start with, the staff is not friendly, and quickly irritable if something is unclear. Only the young lady at the reception was friendly. The rooms are dated, least comfortable bed so far experienced at Ibis, bedding was clean but the box spring was dirty on the sides. The air conditioning did not get cold and could only be turned off or super hard. The bathroom was more spacious than normal but the shower tray leaked on all sides, so that the entire bathroom floor is flooded. Mold is on the rubbers of the cabin and centimeters of dust or the extraction. Also no small towels only 2 large ones which is not standard at Ibis. It was not possible to call the reception or another room with the telephone, so I had to go downstairs myself to tell them that the shower was clogged. This was quickly rectified though. The breakfast was okay, but not what I'm used to from Ibis. I hope Ibis gives this hotel an update soon because this is quite below the level of Ibis. Fortunately we had a good deal through Agoda and we only stayed 1 night

The beds are really comfortable. Location is very good. Other than that, rooms are quite bad for the price. Shower holder was not working properly, there are no plugs near the bed, there is no safe in the room, no minibar. Considering that we paid 100 dollars for the night (had to pay 7EUR when checking in for a city tax), those things are pretty basic and could’ve been better.

The first hotel room they gave us was a standard quadruple room and in no way accessible, so we complained and we were given a lovely double disabled room with an adjoining standard twin room for my PA! This is much better, the room we are in is huge and the bathroom is the biggest we have had so far. There's an accessible shower and the sink is nice and high to get my knees underneath. The bed needed to be boosted up to get the hoist underneath but that wasn't a problem, the doorways too are really wide and I noticed there's a large disabled toilet in the lobby too, so in all, this hotel caters for its disabled guests pretty well.

I visit the hotel often. I go to BA on business trips. I like it here. Hotel service is great! The breakfast is of a high standard and a wide selection of food. They also cook great here. the price and performance are great. I recommend for short and long-term accommodation.

Room was only serviced twice in 8 days. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The breakfast was shocking. We are a married couple and had to sleep in single beds. Definitely never staying here again.

The staff that was bringing us food was horribly dissrespectful. She was yeling at us because some of the kids did not want to eat food and she started with rude comments like; this is catasrophe, this is dissrespect to our country and so on, also was throwing plates on tables and shouting angrily DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT? The hotel was very pretty.

Really disappointing place to come. We paid for 6 days left before then. Pillows were the cheap $2 ones. No coffee available unless purchased. Staff weren't welcoming at all. Breakfast was recycled from the previous morning.

It really was majestic... The ultra central position, the view over the Danube, the finest cuisine and excellent service. Quiet, very comfy beds, big, airy... I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the price for parking, but even that was well worth it. Everybody speaks nearly perfect English. 4 stars hotel but in the restaurant it certainly feels like 5.

I was pretty disappointed at first, when the hotel lost my reservation. I received a confirmation email months earlier, however, it was not confirmed by the hotel (I reserved directly with the hotel). However, 2 hours later, they made things right and booked us the same hotel room. The room itself was luxurious with an expansive terrace facing the square. The view was amazing. The location was near everything as well. Concierge was very nice and recommended lots of great local attractions and good food. The only thing I would do differently, is book with a major hotel broker. This is the 2nd time a hotel reservation has been lost, and both times it was when I booked with the hotel directly.

I have stayed in hotel Carlton several times. Unfortunately, this time, I didn’t have as great of an impression as the other times. I am a Radisson Premium member and stay at the Radisson chain quite often. This was the only hotel in the past few years that did not offer any upgrade (even though I am entitled to one based on the status - and they did have rooms available) and the receptionist that was checking us in also wasn’t keen on offering late check-out (again something I should be entitled to). Luckily, we were granted late check-out when I asked next morning. Considering this is also my “favorite hotel” in the Radisson app, I was really disappointed with the treatment. Also because I have been upgraded here several times previously. Guess just a bad luck with the receptionist. The room was nice enough and was fine for just one night. Had it been a longer stay I would have been more disappointed. The breakfast is great and we loved the option of having it at the terrace. Location unbeatable. However, I think I might go to a competitor’s chain hotel next time in Bratislava.

The location is unbeatable, it's essentially where all transport drops off tourists walking into Old Town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plush pillows and bedding. Towels are in need of updating to better quality. The Mirror bar in the lobby is a fun place.

Great location and lovely hotel. Simple rooms, not many amenities though, would enjoy having a toothbrush and bathrobe in the room. Staff is very nice though and breakfast was delicious and very good selection. Can recommend for short stay. Didn’t get to use their facilities so can’t comment on gym or pool etc.

nothing to complain about the private room - the shower is good, the bed is not the most comfortable but nothing out of the expected. they offer a welcome drink to guests and there’s a nice outside area to sit down and unwind. it’s also pretty easy to walk to the location which makes going anywhere downtown easy.

The staff members, service, location are amazing. The rooms are fine, there is though a place for improvement, in terms of repairing windows, floors. The kitchen is well equiped with Kitchenware, BUT, needs better cleaning service throughout the day, 𝙉𝙊𝙏 only once in the morning. The elevator is slow, old and small sized one.

Staff is just incredible, everyone is super nice. The guy at the bar is chatty and respecting, reception doesn't want to just rip you off, they told me I can check breakfast places instead of their breakfast box. Incredible people. Rooms are okay, I wish they had curtains tho.

I have never written a Google Review before but for this place it’s a must!! Bratislava is gorgeous and is a very nice quiet inexpensive city with the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. Go to ufo tower to see them the best.We absolutely loved it and it was our first time in a hostel and won’t be our last. The hostel was amazingly priced and the location was incredible only a 10 minute walk from old town. Also if you like shopping there is a mall about 15 minutes walk. The hostel has a luggage room in the basement and a locker in the room for each person. There was no fear of getting anything stolen. There is also a nice garden area, bar, and a neon smoking room. If you like free shots which who doesn’t go here, you get a free welcome one and if you participate in activities, which are incredibly fun you get another one per activity. There are also free tours- we went to the spooky one and loved it. However the most important thing that made the stay the most memorable was Hasan. You can find him working in the bar and he is by far one of the nicest most lovable people. We had some of the best conversations with him and he treated us like family. Every time we went to the bar we looked for him. Very nice humble and lovable man please visit him :).

Clean and very budget friendly. It is easy to access anywhere in the city, location is great. Also the hostel offers different interesting services such as a bar with free shots etc

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. If u pay attention for the details u can notice a lot of funny things around the hotel. Over all it was a nice place.

The hotel website promoted a spa and a gym inside the hotel which don’t exist. The restaurant is closed since covid but all information online says it’s still open and there are still flyers and menus inside making you believe that the restaurant still exists. There is no bar and only place to sit and talk is the hotel lobby but we were asked to leave the lobby because we were consuming (non-alcoholic!) drinks. Rooms were not cleaned well and the shower drain was clogged.

I really don't wait anything from the staff but to not say even "Hello"?? I don't think the lady at the reception knows how to deal with the customers. We also asked for baby cot but the answer was that we don't have somebody who can bring it to you... The breakfast was good. Parking with extra charge.

Hotel Bratislava is perfectly fine if your only goal is to stay overnight without anything fancy. The rooms are a bit outdated, the wifi is abysmal and breakfast was good. No dining possible and the only café on scene shuts down at 8 pm, so if you fancy a beer or so after that, you will need to find a store or pub to accommodate you with that. That café is shut down the entire time during weekend. One of the receptionist did his best to accommodate us as pleasantly as possible, so props to him.

The hotel refused breakfast package at 6:26 even when the breakfast was prepaid. I had a flight at 7:40 and asked for a breakfast package explicitly when checking in. 6:20 in the morning breakfast room was ready and staff simply blocked access providing no help even reminded that package was requested.  Nowhere else in Europe I've had situation like this while staying in hundreds of hotels. Staff attitude is still like in socialist Slovakia.

By the check-in the staff was ignoring us for good 10 minutes, even though nobody was there except us. One receptionist was checking us in, while the rest of the three were speaking very loudly, laughing and cursing in slovak. One of them was even sleeping on the desk. Haven't seen such unprofessional staff in my whole life. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very tasty.

Nice clean rooms with good waterpressure in the shower + Rituals shower gel/shampoo 👌👌. The staff is indeed rather reserved but that's how it is in Czech/Slovakian republic 😆. During all 3 nights one of the elevators wasn't working. Parking is charged extra. Minibar included in the room rate. 😗👍

Nice hotel. Clean spacious room and seems to be newly refurbished. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Staff didn’t seem very friendly, I’m not sure if that’s just how they are or if they were being unwelcoming. I don’t remember any of the staff ever smiling, or welcoming me but it didn’t really bother me that much. I just found it a bit strange. The lifts during breakfast time are a nightmare

Rooms were clean and good equipped. Hotel is close to the bus station so location is fantastic. Food for breakfast was very tasty. One problem are people at the reception. They speak english fast and not clearly, so sometimes it was hard to understand them.

As we came to the hotel most of the staff were polite to us. The hotel has a salt cave, I recommend you to at least once to visit it. Rooms were pretty fine. Thus, I'd love to stay again.
