Staff was OK, but once you get served they don't come back asking if you would wish anything else. In the afternoon when we were there the music from downstairs and people talking were waaay too noisy and we couldn't hear each other at all. During the day it could be a relatively nice space to share a coffee with your friend. We really liked the merch objects which with funny word games and puns. Unfortunately the chairs are not comfy at all, tables are tiny and low so you cannot cross your legs and also overall atmosphere is too cold and shabby. It needs some added cosyness, warmth and less echo. Coffee (flatwhite) was better average without standing out but their grapefruit lemonade was excellent.

Lovely little place on a quite side street of the lively hub of andel, smichov. Lovely staff, great coffee (on the picture: latte), some funny little sugar bags and related merch like tote bags). It seems to be a popular options for people to meet on semi official business like language tandem chat, and similar.

what a great coffee shop! coffee: had iced oat latte and it was pretty good - above average, oat milk available service: 10/10 really nice staff cakes: a great selection with 2 vegan cakes! Also the interior is just super clever and creative. Loved it, will be coming back

Wow..the chai latte was excellent and I had a chocolate Tart with raspberries. Time stands still here and is a nice place to meet a friend!

In this kind of place I first check the coffee. Cappuccino was just great, the milk was steamed properly, thus it was a pleasure to have that drink. The atmosphere inside is also something I liked, the taste in music is amazing, stuff was friendly and smiling, it wasn’t crowded and my table was clean. Haven’t tried any food though.

Could be very nice in the summer, next to the golf club. Single student lady was stretched with service and garden. Soup was great, potatoes old and stale unfortunately

Poor daily menu, when asked for baguette they announced in menu to salad- brought to me two old slices of white bread, really..?(photo attached) This time we r absolutely unsatisfied with food. They still have tasty home made lemonade and that's positive. It's still good quiet place for families with little kids but need better leadership

We went there for office party and it was a great place to hangout with your friends/colleagues. We played table tennis, beach volleyball and also some of my friends tried paddle boat.

Lovely place, highly recommend. Me and my sister had their whole breakfast menu (minus toast) and it was both cheap and excellent. Their eggs & bacon was amazing and more filling than you'd think! The pancakes were also a highlight, cooked very well and with a really nice vanilla (?) sauce + blueberries. My sister loved the scrambled eggs as well :] The owner was super kind and friendly without being overbearing, and all the staff was very accommodating. The vibe was just generally great and it seemed like everyone working there had a good time. Made us both very happy to visit and I recommend it to anyone!!

We will definitely visit again. The customer service was excellent, and the staff had a warm and welcoming attitude. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

Supercool place - this versatile little (yet three-level) place turns from coffee/ lunch place into a hip bar in the evening. We went there Thursday night for drinks and it was buzzing. Design and decor is very creative (especially the top level) and it had a fun vibe.

Great food and service! Even though they didn’t have pancakes in the menu, they still cooked it which I really appreciated. Everything was fast and tasty.

Really bad experience. We ordered and we waited more than 1h to get the food. They weren’t even fully booked -many empty tables. On top of that we see the owner of the place, that is the waitress, leaving the place with a friend and laughing. Also they served first another table that got to the place way later than us. In a nutshell, won’t come back ever again and I don’t recommend it to you

I ordered the full English breakfast well done to overcooked, so that the bacon will be crispy. It came with the meat products still pinkish, but this wasn’t the issue as only few minutes extra would fix it. Issue started when the bartender got in the conversation and started lecturing me that as he was a chef for 10 years he can tell me that the items are not undercooked. Then when I explained they are undercooked FOR ME he told me to go and learn English and terminologies… all in a rude, loud, belittling tone. To my surprise, when I asked for the manager he replied very full of himself that he is the manager. I worked in the industry and currently I am a world traveler focused on places and cuisines, but I have never encountered such behaviour. Getting back to the review, as a conclusion, as the location is in the park it gives it a nice ambiance, food is tasty, waitresses are really nice and they speak English as well, they apologised for the slow service - which made sense after I encountered the bartender. On the other hand, not because of the issue, but drinks do taste horrible - my strawberry lemonade tasted like water with frozen strawberries, also the fact that the steel straw wasn’t properly cleaned didn’t help as it gave an extra taste as well. The house filtered coffee tasted stall. And also the macchiato my friend had tasted burned. Can’t go wrong with the bottled ones… I hope🤞

It offers one of the best coffee and mouth watering crossiant amidst the beautiful natural setting. Service is pleasant, though they did not allow me to shoot coffee making video😉. Best place to start your day♥️

The selection is wide for breakfast -brunch meals. The full savoury breakfast and coffee for 250 Kč 🧡 The service is amazing as well, and the place is quite busy and full of energy😊 Would go back anytime!

Coffee was about 3 - 4 stars and our group enjoyed the banana bread. The service wasn't overly friendly and a bit abrupt. Nice atmosphere though with comfy chairs.

There was a big fat spider in the anti-grip juice we ordered! My wife noticed it in the bottom of her glass before she finished it 🤮 We were so shocked and immediately went to the bar and the waitress was almost annoyed at us for finding a spider in the drink! This is scandalous and at least you expect a sincere apology rather than an frustrated “SORRY!” thrown at your face. Unbelievable!

Absolutely fantastic service and great food and coffee. Highly recommend the breakfast and chef specials. The location is on the very fringe of the tourist hot spots so it is fabulous to stop and rest.

Very unfriendly service. We did not even get a "hello". Where staying there for to be seated but this was not recoginized. After taking a seat by our selfs, the menu was just placed very unfriendly on our table by the service. We decided ro leave and just crossed the street to the very friendly "Gourment Pauza" Restaurant.

If you have a work schedule until 23:00 is indicated everywhere, including on your page and on your own door but when come to you, in fact, you work until 22:00 - it is not respect for your own customers. It takes two minutes to change this information. No desire to come back again.

My boyfriend and I always visit this cafe when we're in Prague. The staff are always really nice, they speak both Czech and English fluently. The cafe always has a really good variety of fresh cakes, pastries and food. I highly recommend the cinnamon roll, its delicious, and so moist with the icing! The coffees and drinks never dissapoint either. I highly recommend this cafe!

The staff was welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy. On a hot afternoon, there was a good mixture of people chatting and solitary others writing or working on their electronics. You can get their yummy sandwiches toasted.

Cool, cozy place. Close to the center but it’s calm and quiet. Very good coffee, it’s worth drinking at the cafe and buying beans (Beansmith’s) for home, for the espresso and filter. The tea is also tasty. I didn't eat the cakes but the snacks (burrito and sandwich with goat cheese and beet) were ok. Not expensive, prices are right. The staff speaks English and is friendly. I recommend

Great coffee place, for a quick stop or small breakfast. Friendly baristas, really good coffee (especially the filter brew) and a large selection of cakes/sandwiches too. We went there a few times for a small breakfast as well, would recommend the granola and the burrito too. My only critique is that the batch brew is served in metal cups, which get super hot (also the handle) and make drinking the coffee a bit difficult.

Nice chill café in Malá Strana area of Prague. Excellent filter coffee choices (AKA batch brew) for such affordable prices. The vetřník was delicious! Service was quick, they brought our order within 2 minutes of being seated. We liked that they also served water with our coffee.

The best Starbucks in Prague! Actually took the time to make a couple iced black teas. Other locations won't make it if they run out. Great, friendly service! I recommend this location. The guy even brought them to the table once they were ready.

Okay so, I had a huge issue w my order! Obviously I lashed out and called the restaurant very angry because my order was absolutely flavor free! I was super mad since I order every single day!! BUT they managed it so nicely and swiftly! Absolutely apologised for a new employee and had red-done my order and also had it re-delivered! I am super grateful since I truly was grumpy😆 Thanks a lot starbucks team! It tastes amazing as it always does! Lots of love💖

My favourite Starbucks in my favourite mall. The team is great! Only missing more comfortable armchairs🤷‍♀️ My Matcha with oat milk is best here. If you try this drink have it hot in large cup with 5 coops of matcha, 5 instead of 4👆

I ordered a quad shot with oat milk and pumpkin spice syrup, and they charged me for an incorrect item and wouldn’t not change the ticket. They charged me for a matcha latte with pumpkin sauce???? This is obviously overcharged. Not the first time that my drink has been incorrect or badly made at this location.

A good place to hang out with friends, there are more sits inside/out but sometimes hard to take a sit specially in busy hours

The cats are awesome. They are super friendly and used to humans admiring them. The proprietor really takes care of them. They're really well looked after. The place is equipped with everything you could expect in a cat cafe in terms of toys and exercise equipment. For humans, you find everything you would in a cafe - sweets and various beverages. The only drawback is that they only take cash, but there is an atm nearby. Thumbs up!

A wonderful experience with very nice and professional staff. We spent there a couple of hours two days in a row when we visited Prague. Their tee made us warm and the cats cozy, when the weather was not the best outside. Keep up the good work! :)

Nicest cat cafe I’ve ever been too. The cats are all very lovely and beautiful. They’re all so well behaved and friendly. The cafe itself is very nicely decorated. Lovely murals on the walls, amazing details on cat decor. We really had a great time there. We went there 2 days in a row because we really enjoyed the atmosphere and of course the cats. The drinks are delicious as well as the cakes. The staff the served us was very kind and friendly. I really recommend this cat cafe if you’re happen to be in Prague. It’s easily accessible by tram. A reservation is advisable. Bring cash since they don’t accept payment by card.

The café is a real insider tip for cat lovers. You can also buy small souvenirs here. The cakes are delicious and so is the coffee. The staff are very nice and friendly. I recommend all cat lovers to visit this wonderful café at least once.

🐈I had an incredible experience at this cat cafe in Prague! The welcoming atmosphere, friendly black and white cat that sat on my lap, and the delightful tea and vegan cake made my day. The cute macarons and cookies looked tempting, but as they weren't vegan, I couldn't try them. The decoration adds to the charm, and the cats are exceptionally friendly. A must-visit for cat lovers seeking a cozy spot with vegan options! Or if you are traveling and you are missing your cat!

I have been visiting this beautiful place in Prague for the last three years and every time it has been fantastic. Super nice ambience, very nice service and great quality of food and drinks. Particularly recommended are the coffee and the poached egg as well as sandwiches and homemade lemonades.

The best hot chocolate I've had in Prague, as of now! It was thick, creamy and sweet; pretty much melted chocolate. The hot apple tea was good, too. Keep in mind that of you go there, be prepared to not have many options for breakfast. Even though there are few options, each of them are nourishing both the your health and taste. The place itself was very cute and comfortable, a perfect place to go for shelter on a rainy day. I highly suggest going there.

First of all, let me say that I hate eggs. However, the eggs Benedict I had for breakfast today was among the best breakfasts I've ever had in my life, and believe me, breakfast is one of the most important things in my life. Having this breakfast in Prague is a necessity for everyone. The cappuccino was delicious, and the coffee was of high quality. The dessert was incredibly tasty, and its combination with tea made it a delightful midday snack. The cafe had a suitable atmosphere for working and spending time. There are power plugs next to each table, and the internet works very well. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. The few hours we spent in this cafe were some of the best times we had in Prague. Despite having to catch up on some overdue work, it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience.

We visited this lovely place based on the Honest Guide’s recommendations on YouTube and it’s safe to say we were thrilled we did. The atmosphere was great, we sat at the gallery bit - which was a bit awkward with the table being fairly small and having to face side ways, so perhaps I’d wait for an actual table next time - but the paintings were lovely. The staff were nice and helpful. the food was definitely worth the money too. And the eggs!! I have no idea how they make them so fluffy but they tasted so good! Overall we had a lovely time at this gorgeous place and would go back again.

Located in Praha. It’s an open space concept pizza and sea food restaurant. For appetizers, we ordered Mediterranean salad and burrata. For main courses we ordered salmon, veggie pizza and steak. Everything was delicious, both taste and portion. The design of this place is arty, there’s no ac so you’re gonna sweat a lot while eating. Recommended!

The ambience is good, but the food is not really tasteful, the pasta was undercooked, the sauce didn't have much flavor and very thin. The service person was not enthusiastic and also served the wrong food (later replaced it but not very happily). Even the hot chocolate was very watery. The place seems to be popular with a lot of good ratings but the quality of food and service didn't give a good reasoning behind the good reviews.

A lovely italian trattoria style restaurant in an unlikely area of Prague, i.e. in Smichov. The atmosphere was vibrant in the morning with light jazz playing. The place opens quite early unlike most cafes, let alone restaurants in the city. I had a good cup of cappucino and a delicious omlette with prosciutto e provalone, and will now check out the menu for some dolci. Aside from eating at the restaurant, you can buy premium Italian food, beverages and spices in their shop. Definitely a place to drop by if you're in the area.
