What our travelers says:
1 year ago Dimitrios Demertzis- in short, this experience can be described as follows:Vnitroblock is a fantastic place to have brunch alone or with someone or even to work there. Many young creative people work or meet there. You get the feeling that the place is a meeting place. In addition to fantastic coffee and very good desserts, this place also offers pop-up shops and art exhibitions. There is an area where service takes place, it is very nice and accommodating. We didn't have to wait long like some people here claim. Of course things like this can vary, but it was still full and everything was on time. Definitely recommend this place.
1 year ago Lorene Faivre- in short, this experience can be described as follows:Modern place with lots of light, plants and mix of vintage furniture creating different sitting areas. Service is at the bar and there was quite a queue.
1 year ago Raoul Jean-Ray P.what can I say about this place?Pretentious, dated, expensive and disappointingly polished. I walked around Holesovice for few hours and really enjoyed the laid-back vibes and interesting places. Which made Vnitroblock all the more disappointing. I was expecting a buzzing hub of creativity, with workshops, numerous small studios like Paris's “Les Frigos”, crafts exposed in a friendly chaos etc....Some websites described it as “Hip multi-functional space for all creative souls” and “warehouse artist concept”. Alas, what I found was more like a sanitized, Instagram-friendly “We-Work”-style co-working space, complete with industrial-themed lighting, red bricks, Feng-Shuied green plants and loud Eurobeat. The cafe serves the compulsory veggie burger, humus and ramen along with hand-picked organic craft bio cruelty free coffee beans + cute drawing on the foam. Seriously?? That’s all you could come up with? My concern is not just the utter lack of originality, but mainly that you reproduce a universal (and dated) brand of cool: by offering the same cliched products one can find in London’s Brick Lane or Tokyo’s Kichijoji, you contribute in the standardisation of taste, design etc…..How about pushing forward Czech style and culture instead of copying what’s already been done? Vnitroblock is a missed opportunity but has a fantastic potential: time to end self-congratulation and start a needed self-appraisal.
1 year ago Dušan Pavlovićwrote only this about this place:The place is gorgeous and the general atmosphere is awesome (there was a painting class in progress while we were there and it amped the experience) but, it's all about the place and concept. The servers are very indifferent and uninterested while at the same time acting smug and elitistic (might be because they are all very young but it is what it is) and sadly the coffee is very average, borderline bad. We went out of our way to visit the place, and again, we are glad we did, but it could have been better.
1 year ago Barbora Musilovaexplained best how he liked it:The place of this café is truly unique, beautiful and quite extraordinary - it's definitely worth the visit. Besides that, they have a nice coffee (bit probably not the best one you've ever tasted), cakes and also some brunch and lunch menu. During weekends may be difficult to find a free spot to sit, and probably the biggest disadvantage is surely the chaos they usually have concerning the orders - it happened to me several times that they've forget to prepare a part of my order etc...
